3) When the mud, sand and stones at the bottom of the pile hole are cleaned and then need to be continuously drilled, the suction pipe 2 is pressed down to drive the air bag 7 to slide downwards along the hole wall of the pile hole 5, fine sand stones in water or fine sand stones in mud are pressed downwards while sliding, meanwhile, the mud, sand and stones accumulated at the pile bottom are concentrated and upwards pumped into the sediment in the mud pit through the suction pump along the suction hole on the drilling mechanism and the suction pipe 2, and then the mud is continuously recycled; until the pile hole is drilled to the required depth, and thoroughly cleaning mud, sand and stones at the bottom of the pile hole.
The elastic member in the above embodiment 2 may be an elastic rubber block or an elastic plastic block, and the limiting member may be a threaded rod, a pin, or the like.

Claims (9)

1. The air bag type slag removing device for sucking the sand at the bottom of the pile is characterized by comprising a drilling mechanism, a slurry sucking mechanism, a porous partition plate (6), an air bag (7), an air bag fixing mechanism and an air bag inflating mechanism, wherein the drilling mechanism is communicated with the slurry sucking mechanism, the air bag (7) is connected with the slurry sucking mechanism through the air bag fixing mechanism, the porous partition plate (6) is connected with the air bag fixing mechanism, and the air bag inflating mechanism is communicated with the air bag (7); the air bag fixing mechanism comprises an annular fixing plate (3), and the air bag (7) is wound around the periphery of the annular fixing plate (3) for one circle; the perforated partition plate (6) is arranged along the radial direction of the annular fixed plate (3);
the air bag inflating mechanism comprises a cylinder barrel (8), a water pressure plate (9), a pushing rod (10), an elastic piece, an adjusting plate (13), a moving plate (16), a cone thorn (17) and a plurality of inflating bags (18), wherein the cylinder barrel (8) is fixedly connected to an annular fixed plate (3), one end part of the cylinder barrel (8) is sealed through the water pressure plate (9), the water pressure plate (9) can slide along the axial direction of the cylinder barrel (8), the other end part of the cylinder barrel (8) is arranged in an inflating cavity of the air bag (7), two adjusting holes (12) are formed in the barrel wall of the cylinder barrel (8), the two adjusting holes (12) are just opposite to each other, the adjusting plate (13) penetrates through the two adjusting holes (12) to be movably connected with the cylinder barrel (8), the adjusting plate (13), the cylinder barrel (8) and the water pressure plate (9) enclose an elastic cavity together, the two end parts of the elastic piece are fixedly connected with the adjusting plate (13) and the water pressure plate (9) respectively, the other end part of the pushing rod (10) is connected with the air bag (7) through the bottom wall (16) of the cylinder barrel (8) in sequence, a plurality of cone spines (17) are arranged on one side, opposite to the pushing rod (10), of the moving plate (16), the cone spines (17) are opposite to a plurality of inflatable bags (18), and the inflatable bags (18) are arranged in an inflatable cavity of the air bag (7).

The airbag type slag removing device for sucking pile bottom sand according to claim 1, wherein the airbag fixing mechanism comprises a connecting rib plate (4), the annular fixing plate (3) is connected with the slurry sucking mechanism through the connecting rib plate (4), the perforated partition plate (6) is connected with the connecting rib plate (4), and the perforated partition plate (6) and the connecting rib plate (4) are arranged along the radial direction of the annular fixing plate (3).

The airbag type slag removing device for sucking pile bottom sand according to claim 2, wherein the slurry sucking mechanism comprises a slurry sucking pipe (2) and a slurry sucking pump, a slurry sucking hole is formed in the drilling mechanism, the slurry sucking pipe (2) is communicated with the slurry sucking hole in the drilling mechanism, the slurry sucking pump is communicated with the slurry sucking pipe (2), and the slurry sucking pipe (2) is connected with the annular fixing plate (3) through a connecting rib plate (4).

2) When the drilling needs to be continued after the mud, sand and stones at the pile bottom are extracted, the slurry suction pipe (2) drives the air bag (7) to slide downwards along the wall of the pile hole (5), fine sand stones in water or fine sand stones in mud are pressed downwards while sliding, and meanwhile, the mud, sand and stones accumulated at the pile bottom are extracted upwards in a concentrated way along the slurry suction hole and the slurry suction pipe (2) on the drilling mechanism through the slurry suction pump; until the depth required by the pile hole is reached, and thoroughly cleaning mud, sand and stones at the bottom of the pile.
9. The slag removal method based on the air bag type slag removal device for sucking pile bottom sand according to claim 7, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
1) When the pile hole (5) is drilled to the depth of slag removal, water or slurry is continuously poured into the pile hole (5); before drilling, the position of the movable plate (16) is regulated through the limiting piece, when the whole air bag type slag removing device is lowered to a position where slag removal is needed, the hydraulic pressure can push the hydraulic pressure plate (9) to move along the axial direction of the cylinder barrel (8), the hydraulic pressure plate (9) drives the push rod (10), the movable plate (16) and the cone thorn (17) to puncture the inflatable bag (18) along the axial direction of the cylinder barrel (8), the protective film (19) is blasted and the air bag (7) is inflated by gas released by the inflatable bag (18), gaps between the hole wall of the pile hole (5) and the annular fixed plate (3) are filled by the air bag (7), fine sand and stones suspended in water or fine sand and stones in mud are downwards pressed by the air bag (7) and the perforated baffle (6), so that the fine sand and stones suspended in water are gathered at the bottom of the pile hole, the mud, sand and stones gathered at the bottom of the pile hole play a role of balancing pile hole, and the suction pump are pumped up along the suction pipe (2) of the suction pump;
