The cleaning and recycling process for agricultural polyvinyl chloride plastic films as claimed in claim 2, wherein the film cleaning device (11) comprises a feed port (18) rotatably connected with a first rotating shaft (19), the first rotating shaft (19) is fixedly connected with an eccentric drum (17), a first garbage can (20) is arranged below the feed port (18), one side of the film cleaning box (13) close to the feed port (18) is symmetrically and fixedly provided with a first supporting plate (21) in parallel with the feed port (18), a plurality of second drums (22) are symmetrically and rotatably connected between the first supporting plates (21) at the upper end of the film cleaning box (13) in parallel with the first supporting plates (21), and each row of the second drums (22) is provided with a first pre-tightening belt (23).

s4: the second pre-tightening belt (41) presses on the surface of the plastic film to absorb water drops in rolling, water drops are extruded when the plastic film rotates and passes through the water scraping plate (42), and the plastic film is blown by air holes (52) to be further dried when passing through the third guide cylinder (44) and the fourth guide cylinder (45).
