The starch raw material crushing and precipitating equipment as claimed in claim 1, wherein the water pumping device comprises a second water pump (30), the input end of the second water pump (30) is connected with the precipitating tank (28) through a first water pipe, and the output end of the second water pump (30) is connected with a second water pipe.
