Abstract
The invention discloses a chemotherapy pump structure for medical oncology, which comprises: the invention provides a drug storage box, a drug delivery tube, a tube body, a magnetic inner wall, a magnetic block and a guide ring, and provides a chemotherapy pump structure for the medical oncology.

Background
The killing effect of chemotherapy on tumor cells depends on the concentration of the drug and the effective contact time, and the existing chemotherapy pump which is arranged under the skin improves the local treatment effect by ensuring that the drug exists in the local part of the tumor focus for a long time at high concentration as much as possible. a drug storage box connected with a drug administration tube;
the direction filling tube is connected inside the medicine storage box, just the upper wall in the medicine storage box is seted up to the opening of direction filling tube, and the direction filling tube includes: the side wall of the pipe body is provided with a medicine injection channel, the medicine injection channel is communicated with the interior of the medicine storage box and the inner side of the pipe body, and the medicine injection channel is provided with a one-way valve which allows liquid in the inner side of the pipe body to flow to the interior of the medicine storage box; the magnetic inner wall is connected to the upper end of the pipe body; the magnetic block is connected to the bottom end of the pipe body and seals the bottom of the pipe body;
the guide ring is connected to the upper wall of the medicine storage box, and the opening of the guide injection pipe is positioned on the inner side of the guide ring.
The pipe body is divided into an upper section and a lower section, the upper section of the pipe body is in a horn shape, and the magnetic inner wall is connected to the upper section of the pipe body.
The hypomere medial surface of body is connected with the closed tube subassembly, the closed tube subassembly includes: one elastic layer covers and is connected to the inner surface of the left side of the lower section of the pipe body, and the other elastic layer covers and is connected to the inner surface of the right side of the lower section of the pipe body; and one side of each elastic layer, which is opposite to each other, of the two floating plates is covered and connected with a vertical floating plate.

The magnetic inner wall and the magnetic block are made of neodymium magnets.
The upper end of each floating plate is provided with a guide groove for guiding the injection needle to separate the two floating plates and to be inserted between the two floating plates.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
when the chemotherapeutic pump is injected with supplementary medicament, a user can roughly find the injection position of the invention by virtue of the self-luminous tritium tube and the guide ring, then the injection position is found under the magnetic attraction guiding action of the magnetic inner wall on the metal injection needle head, the magnetic force of the magnetic block pulls the injection needle down, the injection needle head is pulled down to the bottom by the magnetic force of the magnetic block after entering the tube body, and the user is prompted that the needle head is in place, so that the injection process is concise and rapid.

Referring to fig. 1 to 3, a chemotherapy pump structure for oncology comprises: the drug storage box 1 is implanted under the skin of a patient, the drug storage box 1 is an elastic drug storage box in the prior art of a chemotherapy pump and is connected with the drug delivery tube 2, the drug delivery tube 2 leads to a region to be treated, and the residual elasticity of the drug storage box 1 can deliver drugs in the drug storage box 1 to the region to be treated through the drug delivery tube 2; the direction filling tube is connected inside medicine storage box 1, just the opening of direction filling tube is seted up in medicine storage box 1's upper wall, and the direction filling tube includes: the injection device comprises a tube body 4, a magnetic inner wall 6 and a magnetic block 7, wherein a horizontal injection channel 3 is formed in the side wall of the tube body 4, the injection channel 3 is communicated with the inside of the drug storage box 1 and the inner side of the tube body 4 and is used for conveying the drug in an injection needle entering the tube body 4 into the drug storage box 1, and the injection channel 3 is provided with a one-way valve 5 which allows liquid in the inner side of the tube body 4 to flow into the drug storage box 1 so as to prevent the pressure in the drug storage box 1 from pressing the drug back into the injection channel 3 and even the inner side of the tube body 4; the magnetic inner wall 6 is connected to the upper end of the tube body 4 and is used for magnetically guiding a metal injection needle head to help a user to find an injection position; the magnetic block 7 is connected to the bottom end of the tube body 4 and seals the bottom of the tube body 4, and the injection needle is pulled downwards to the bottom by the magnetic force of the magnetic block 7 after entering the tube body 4, so that a user is prompted that the needle is in place, and the needle insertion smoothness is improved; the guide ring 8 is connected to the upper wall of the drug storage box 1, and the opening of the guide injection tube is positioned on the inner side of the guide ring 8 and used for preliminarily indicating the injection position.

Further, the closed tube assembly further comprises: and two auxiliary sealing plates 11, wherein one auxiliary sealing plate 11 covers and is connected to the inner surface of the front side of the lower section of the pipe body 4, and the other auxiliary sealing plate 11 covers and is connected to the inner surface of the rear side of the lower section of the pipe body 4.
Further, a self-luminous tritium tube 12 is embedded in the upper surface of the guide ring 8, the self-luminous tritium tube 12 is harmless to a human body, and can emit light under the condition of no need of power supply, so that the indicating effect on the injection position is enhanced.
As further claimed in claim 2, each of said elastic layers 9 comprises: the sponge layer is connected with the pipe body 4; the water-proof layer covers and is connected to the whole surface of the sponge layer, and the medicine is prevented from immersing the sponge layer.
Furthermore, the magnetic inner wall 6 and the magnetic block 7 are both made of neodymium magnets, so that the guiding effect of the magnetic inner wall 6 and the magnetic block 7 is enhanced.
Further, the upper end of each floating plate 10 is provided with a guide groove 13 for guiding the injection needle to separate the two floating plates and to be inserted between the two floating plates.
The use method of the invention comprises the following steps:
when the chemotherapy pump structure for the medical oncology is used, a user roughly finds the injection position of the invention by virtue of the self-luminous tritium tube 12 and the guide ring 8, then under the magnetic attraction guiding action of the magnetic inner wall 6 on the metal injection needle, the user is helped to find the injection position and insert the needle under the magnetic force traction of the magnetic block 7, the injection needle is downwards pulled to the bottom by the magnetic force of the magnetic block 7 after entering the tube body 4, the needle is prompted to be in place for the user, in the process, the injection needle can be inserted between the two floating plates 10 to separate the two floating plates and then enter the tube body 4 for injection, the needle is drawn out after the injection is finished, and the two floating plates 10 can be reset and closed under the action of the elastic layer.

a drug storage box (1) connected with a drug administration tube (2);
the direction filling tube is connected inside medicine storage box (1), just the upper wall in medicine storage box (1) is seted up to the opening of direction filling tube, and the direction filling tube includes: the side wall of the pipe body (4) is provided with a medicine injection channel (3), the medicine injection channel (3) is communicated with the inside of the medicine storage box (1) and the inner side of the pipe body (4), and the medicine injection channel (3) is provided with a one-way valve (5) which allows liquid on the inner side of the pipe body (4) to flow to the inside of the medicine storage box (1); the magnetic inner wall (6) is connected to the upper end of the pipe body (4); the magnetic block (7) is connected to the bottom end of the tube body (4) and seals the bottom of the tube body (4);
the guide ring (8) is connected to the upper wall of the medicine storage box (1), and the opening of the guide injection pipe is positioned on the inner side of the guide ring (8);
the pipe body (4) is divided into an upper section and a lower section, the upper section of the pipe body (4) is in a horn shape, and the magnetic inner wall (6) is connected to the upper section of the pipe body (4);
the magnetic inner wall 6 is connected with the upper end of the tube body 4 and is used for magnetically attracting and guiding a metal injection needle head to help a user to find an injection position;
the injection needle is drawn downwards to the bottom by the magnetic force of the magnetic block 7 after entering the tube body 4;
the hypomere medial surface of body (4) is connected with the closed tube subassembly, the closed tube subassembly includes: two elastic layers (9), wherein one elastic layer (9) covers and is connected to the inner surface of the left side of the lower section of the pipe body (4), and the other elastic layer (9) covers and is connected to the inner surface of the right side of the lower section of the pipe body (4); two floating plates (10), one side opposite to each elastic layer (9) is covered and connected with a vertical floating plate (10).

A chemotherapy pump structure for oncology according to claim 1, wherein the closed tube assembly further comprises: and two auxiliary sealing plates (11), wherein one auxiliary sealing plate (11) covers and is connected to the inner surface of the front side of the lower section of the pipe body (4), and the other auxiliary sealing plate (11) covers and is connected to the inner surface of the rear side of the lower section of the pipe body (4).
3. The chemotherapy pump structure for oncology according to claim 1, characterized in that the self-luminous tritium tube (12) is embedded on the upper surface of the guide ring (8).
4. A chemotherapy pump structure for oncology according to claim 1, wherein each of the elastic layers (9) comprises: the sponge layer is connected to the pipe body (4); and the water-resisting layer covers and is connected with the whole surface of the sponge layer.
5. A chemotherapy pump arrangement for oncology according to claim 1, wherein the material of the magnetic inner wall (6) and the magnetic block (7) is a neodymium magnet.
6. A chemotherapy pump structure for medical oncology according to claim 1, wherein the upper end of each floating plate (10) is provided with a guide groove (13) for guiding the injection needle to separate the two floating plates and to be inserted between the two floating plates.
