Background
The prior water dispenser has the following problems: when the water dispenser stops working in holidays or at night, the temperature in the heat exchanger is gradually reduced to room temperature, the water outlet faucet is in direct contact with air, bacteria and viruses in the air can be attached to the water outlet faucet and gradually enter the pipeline to pollute the water in the pipeline, the longer the water is in the idle time, the more bacteria and viruses are propagated, the more serious the water is polluted, and the water polluted by bacteria is drunk, so that the water is not beneficial to the health of a human body.
In order to solve the existing problems, chinese patent No. 201820950554.1 discloses a "water dispenser", which includes: a water storage tank provided with a heating element, and a water inlet and a water outlet arranged on the water storage tank; the first one-way valve is arranged at the water outlet; the water pump and the electromagnetic valve are arranged between the downstream of the first one-way valve and the water outlet; one end of the water outlet pipeline is connected with the first one-way valve, and the other end of the water outlet pipeline is provided with a water outlet valve; a water inlet valve connected with the water supply end; and a controller. Specifically, a water pump and an electromagnetic valve are arranged between a first one-way valve at a water outlet and a water inlet, so that the traditional emptying path is changed, overnight water to be emptied in a water storage tank is heated to boiling, and water is drained and sterilized by a first sterilization passage formed by communicating the water storage tank, the water pump and a water outlet pipeline. The high-temperature discharged water is utilized to disinfect and sterilize pipelines, and the high-temperature discharged water can play a role to a certain extent. However, in practical use, because the water body exists in the outer pipe of the heat exchanger and cannot be emptied, when high-temperature discharged water passes through the heat exchanger, sufficient heat exchange is carried out, and the temperature of the discharged water does not have the function of high-temperature sterilization or the sterilization effect is not ideal; meanwhile, the pipeline length of the whole discharged water is too long, so that the high-temperature discharged water is continuously radiated, and the sterilizing effect is weakened more and more along with the decreasing of the water temperature, so that the actual sterilizing effect is poor.
Therefore, further improvements to existing water dispensers are needed. In order to realize healthier and more sanitary water consumption, the real water consumption experience of a user is improved.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a water dispenser capable of fully sterilizing the whole pipeline of the water dispenser at high temperature.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: a water dispenser with a sterilization function comprises:
the water tank is provided with a water inlet and a water outlet;
the heating device is provided with a water inlet and a water outlet;
the heat exchanger comprises an inner pipe and an outer pipe, wherein two ends of the outer pipe are respectively connected with a water outlet of the water tank and a water inlet of the heating device through pipelines, and two ends of the inner pipe are respectively connected with a water outlet of the heating device and a water outlet pipeline through pipelines;
the pipeline connected with the water outlet of the heating device is divided into two paths, one path is connected with the inner pipe of the heat exchanger, the other path is connected with the water outlet faucet, and the front end of the water outlet faucet is provided with a first electromagnetic valve;
a connecting pipeline between the water outlet of the water tank and the heating device is a water inlet pipeline, and a first water pump is arranged on the water inlet pipeline;
the water outlet pipeline comprises a main pipeline and a bypass, one end of the main pipeline is connected with the water outlet faucet, a second water pump is arranged on the main pipeline, one end of the bypass is connected to the front end of the water inlet of the heating device, and a third water pump is arranged on the bypass.
Furthermore, a steam separation box is arranged on a pipeline connecting a water outlet of the heating device to the water outlet faucet. The problem that hot water and vapor mix out water when it goes out hot water of traditional water dispenser effectively to solve, the play water that leads to is not smooth and easy, and steam spouts outward easily, scalds user's hand easily, appears scalding the danger of falling the cup.
Further, one end of the bypass is connected to the water tank. The water outlet end is connected to the water tank, so that the high-temperature water circulation of each pipeline of the whole water dispenser is fully sterilized.
Furthermore, one end of the bypass is connected to the water inlet pipeline. Can circularly and fully sterilize the high-temperature water of all parts of the water dispenser except the water tank.
Furthermore, a first temperature sensor is arranged on a pipeline connecting the water inlet of the heating device and the heat exchanger. The water temperature monitoring device is used for monitoring the water temperature in real time and is convenient for equipment adjustment.
Furthermore, a second temperature sensor is arranged on a pipeline connecting the water outlet of the heating device and the heat exchanger. The water temperature monitoring device is used for monitoring the water temperature in real time and is convenient for equipment adjustment.
Further, the water tank is provided with a water level sensor. When the water level is detected to be too low, the technology replenishes the raw water.
Furthermore, a second electromagnetic valve is arranged at the front end of the water inlet of the water tank.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: a whole circulating water path is formed by connecting the warm boiled water outlet bypass of the heat exchanger to the water inlet pipeline. When high-temperature sterilization is needed, the heating device works to heat water to boiling, the second water pump and the third water pump are simultaneously started, at the moment, boiled water in the gas-liquid separation box enters the heat exchanger inner tube through the inlet of the heat exchanger inner tube under the action of the second water pump, flows out from the outlet of the lower heat exchanger inner tube, flows out through the second water pump, is sucked by the third water pump, is discharged out of the third water pump, enters the inlet of the heat exchanger outer tube, enters the heat exchanger outer tube, flows out from the outlet of the heat exchanger outer tube at the upper part of the heat exchanger, enters the heating device for circular heating, the inner pipe and the outer pipe of the heat exchanger are connected in series through a third water pump and form a circulating heating system with the instant heating body, when the circulating water temperature in the pipeline reaches the boiling water temperature, after the inlet temperature of the heating device reaches the boiling water temperature and the heating device continues to operate for a certain time, bacteria and viruses in the pipeline of the heat exchanger are killed and the operation is stopped. Through abundant circulation heating, disinfect the pipeline, when guaranteeing the drinking water, go out water and do not have bacterium and virus to the safety and the health of user's drinking water have been guaranteed.

Referring to fig. 1, as shown in the figure, a water dispenser with sterilization function includes:
the water tank 2 is provided with a water inlet and a water outlet;
the heating device 4 is provided with a water inlet and a water outlet;
the heat exchanger 8 comprises an inner pipe and an outer pipe, wherein the two ends of the outer pipe are respectively connected with the water outlet of the water tank 2 and the water inlet of the heating device 4 through pipelines, and the two ends of the inner pipe are respectively connected with the water outlet of the heating device 4 and the water outlet pipeline 14 through pipelines;
the pipeline connected with the water outlet of the heating device 4 is divided into two paths, one path is connected with the inner pipe of the heat exchanger 8, the other path is connected with a water outlet faucet 10, and the front end of the water outlet faucet 10 is provided with a first electromagnetic valve 11;
a connecting pipeline between the water outlet of the water tank 2 and the heating device 4 is a water inlet pipeline 3, and a first water pump 5 is arranged on the water inlet pipeline 3;
the water outlet pipeline 14 comprises a main pipeline and a bypass, one end of the main pipeline is connected with the water outlet faucet 10, the main pipeline is provided with a second water pump 9, one end of the bypass is connected to the front end of the water inlet of the heating device 4, and the bypass is provided with a third water pump 7.

The heating device may be: can be a metal electric heating tube heating device, an electrode type electric heating device, a ceramic electric heating rod heating device, a resistance wire heating device and other conventional heating devices of the water dispenser.
Example 2
As shown in fig. 2, the present embodiment is different from embodiment 1 in that one end of the bypass is connected to the water inlet pipeline. Can circularly and fully sterilize the high-temperature water of all parts of the water dispenser except the water tank. Meanwhile, the water inlet end can be directly externally connected with municipal water supply, so that the water dispenser is suitable for different water dispenser models.
A boiled water outlet flow: purified water enters the water tank 2 through the water inlet and the water inlet valve, the water level of the water tank 2 is controlled by a water level sensor 13 arranged in the water tank 2, when boiled water needs to be drunk, the first water pump works to extract the purified water from the water tank 2, the purified water enters the outer pipe of the heat exchanger 8 through the inlet of the outer pipe of the heat exchanger 8, the purified water flows out from the outlet of the outer pipe of the heat exchanger 8 at the upper part and enters the heating device 4 from the lower part for heating, the first electromagnetic valve 11 is opened after the purified water is heated to be boiled, and the boiled water flows out from the water outlet tap 10 for drinking.
A warm boiled water outlet flow path, when warm boiled water needs to be drunk, the first water pump 5 is started to pump purified water from the water tank 2, enters the outer pipe of the heat exchanger 8 through the inlet of the outer pipe of the heat exchanger 8, flows out from the outlet of the outer pipe of the upper heat exchanger 8, enters the heating device 4 from the lower part for heating, and after the heating is carried out to boiling, the second water pump 9 works, under the pumping action of the second water pump 9, at the moment, boiled water enters the inner pipe of the heat exchanger 8 from the gas-liquid separation box 12 through the inlet of the inner pipe of the heat exchanger 8, and after the heat is absorbed by the inlet water in the outer pipe, the water is gradually cooled to be warm boiled water which flows out from an outlet of an inner pipe of a lower heat exchanger 8 of the heat exchanger 8 and is discharged from a water outlet tap 10 through a second water pump 9 for drinking, and the warm boiled water is obtained by carrying out heat exchange and cooling with inlet water through the heat exchanger 8 after the boiled water which is boiled at high temperature is sterilized and disinfected, so that the outlet water is free of bacteria and viruses.
A high-temperature disinfection process, when high-temperature sterilization is needed, the heating device works, when water is heated to boiling, the first water pump 5, the second water pump 9 and the third water pump 7 are simultaneously started, at the moment, boiled water in the gas-liquid separation box 12 enters the inner tube of the heat exchanger 8 through the inlet of the inner tube of the heat exchanger 8 under the action of the second water pump 9, flows out from the outlet of the inner tube of the lower heat exchanger 8, flows out through the second water pump 9, is sucked by the third water pump 7, is discharged by the third water pump 7, enters the inlet of the outer tube of the heat exchanger 8 or the water tank 2, when high-temperature water which passes through the water tank 2 and the first water pump 5 or directly enters the outer tube of the heat exchanger 8 flows out from the outlet of the outer tube of the upper heat exchanger 8, enters the heating device 4 for circular heating, the inner tube and the outer tube of the heat exchanger 8 are connected in series through the third water pump 7, and form a circular heating system with the heating body 4, when the circulating water temperature in the pipeline reaches the boiling water temperature, namely the inlet temperature of the heating device 4 reaches the boiling water temperature, the operation is continued for a certain time, and then the bacteria and viruses in the pipeline of the heat exchanger 8 are killed and the operation is stopped. Through abundant circulation heating, disinfect the pipeline, when guaranteeing the drinking water, go out water and do not have bacterium and virus to the safety and the health of user's drinking water have been guaranteed.
