Background

in the dipping process, the lifting mechanism 2 stretches out to enable the carrier plate 3 to descend and dip the PCB into the cleaning liquid, then the driving motor 4 is electrified, the driving motor 5 drives the driving wheels 6 to rotate, the driving wheels 6 drive the driving rods 9 to reciprocate through the abutting pieces 7 and the elastic pieces 8, the driving rods 9 drive the pistons 14 in the gas disturbance cavity 12 and the liquid disturbance cavity 13 to reciprocate, further the unidirectional ports 16 on two sides of the pistons 14 are enabled to intermittently spray gas into the liquid medicine tank 1, the external connection ends 15 intermittently provide gas for cavities on two sides of the gas disturbance cavity 12, further the liquid medicine tank 1 is enabled to be jumped in solution, meanwhile the cavities on two sides of the liquid disturbance cavity 13 are enabled to intermittently enter and discharge the cleaning liquid through the communication ports 17, and solution rolling and jumping are further achieved, so that the PCB is cleaned more cleanly. The invention enables the solution in the liquid medicine tank 1 to tumble and jump, so that the PCB is cleaned more cleanly.
