Description

Intelligent recommendation method for liver and gallbladder damp-heat medicine formula
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of traditional Chinese medicine, and particularly relates to an intelligent recommendation method for a liver and gallbladder damp-heat medicine formula.
Background
The pattern of damp-heat in the liver and gallbladder is caused by the dysfunction of damp-heat in the liver and gallbladder, and is caused by the dysfunction of the spleen and stomach in transportation and transformation, which leads to the generation of damp-turbidity in the interior and the long-term transformation of heat into heat in the liver and gallbladder. Generally caused by three aspects: firstly, the external damp-heat evil, such as autumn with heavy damp-heat; secondly, overeating spicy food, fat, sweet and thick taste and the like; third, it is commonly seen in young people with irregular diet and high working pressure due to the dysfunction of the spleen and stomach in transportation and transformation.
The pressure of modern people and irregular diet are more and more people with severe or mild syndrome of damp-heat in liver and gallbladder. The damp-heat in the liver and gallbladder may cause dry mouth, bitter taste in mouth, eczema, acute hepatitis, acute cholecystitis, and acute urethritis. The traditional Chinese medicine has numerous prescriptions for damp-heat in liver and gallbladder, for example, the Huangdi's classic points out: the liver-qi heat may cause the gallbladder to discharge bitter taste, i.e., bitter taste means the internal disease. The bitter taste is mainly caused by the following conditions: bitter taste in mouth is obvious, body feels fatigue, mouth is not thirsty, tongue is red, tongue coating is yellow and thick and greasy, pulse is forceful or rapid. The following can be used: 10 g of bupleurum, 5 g of gentian, 8 g of wrinkled gianthyssop herb (added later), 6 g of round cardamom seed (added later), 10 g of grassleaf sweelflag rhizome, 15 g of abrus herb, 10 g of virgate wormwood herb, 12 g of yam rhizome, 20 g of raw coix seed and 6 g of liquorice. Adding water and decocting to 300 ml, and taking 2 times a day with warm water.
However, the diversity of the traditional Chinese medicine prescription for treating damp-heat in liver and gallbladder is not favorable for the selection, use and optimization of the prescription.
