Oxygen indicating deoxidizer and method for producing same
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of deoxidizers, in particular to an oxygen indication deoxidizer and a manufacturing method thereof.
Background
The oxygen indication type deoxidizer generally comprises a deoxidizer part and an oxygen indicator part, wherein the deoxidizer part is filled in the food packaging bag, so that the growth of mould and aerobic bacteria can be effectively inhibited, the shelf life of the food can be prolonged, and the oxygen indication type deoxidizer has good effects in the aspects of preventing grease spoilage, preventing oxidative browning of meat, preventing loss of vitamins in the food and the like. To determine whether a deoxidizer is effective, many deoxidizer products currently incorporate an oxygen indicator to determine their availability.
At present, two modes of setting the oxygen indicator exist, one is to fix the oxygen indicator on the deoxidizer bag, and the mode can only observe the color change of the oxygen indicator through one side of the deoxidizer bag, which is not beneficial to daily use. And secondly, the oxygen indicator is arranged on the side surface of the deoxidizer, the oxygen indicator and the deoxidizer are packaged by adopting all plastic films, and the all plastic films are transparent in the area where the oxygen indicator is arranged, so that the color change of the oxygen indicator can be observed on the two sides of the deoxidizer, the all plastic films are PET/PE composite films and PET/CPP composite films adopting through holes or PET/PET/CPP composite films and PET/PE composite films adopting dislocation holes, and because the oxygen indicator and the deoxidizer are packaged by adopting the same all plastic films, if the aperture of the all plastic films is too small, the air permeability is very unstable, and the color change of the oxygen indicator is too slow, so that the judgment accuracy of the deoxidizer deoxidizing effect is directly affected. If the aperture is too large, powder leakage occurs, food can be polluted during use, inconvenience is caused, and customer experience is poor.
Therefore, how to realize both the double-sided observation of the color change condition of the oxygen indicator and the ventilation stability, the color change stability of the oxygen indicator, and the obvious improvement of the quality and the safety of the oxygen indicator is a difficult problem to be considered in the industry.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, an object of the present invention is to provide an oxygen indicating deoxidizer which is stable in ventilation, stable in discoloration of oxygen indication, and capable of observing the discoloration of an oxygen indicator on both sides, and a method for producing the same.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides an oxygen indicating deoxidizer comprising a breathable inner film accommodating a deoxidizer member and a perforated outer film provided with an oxygen indicator, the perforated outer film comprising a body portion covering the breathable inner film and an indicator introduction portion formed by the body portion extending outward and accommodating the oxygen indicator, the indicator introduction portion comprising a longitudinal edge sealing region and a transparent region interposed between the longitudinal edge sealing region and the body portion and covering the oxygen indicator.
In the oxygen indicating type deoxidizer of the present invention, the oxygen indicator is simultaneously surrounded by the gas permeable inner membrane and the perforated outer membrane, and the oxygen indicator is located only in the indicator introduction portion, so that the deoxidizer and the oxygen indicator can be separately installed. The oxygen indicator arranged in the indicator introducing part has the advantages that the outer film is perforated, the air permeability is high, the air permeability is stable, the oxygen indicator changes color quickly, the oxygen indicator can accurately and directly react to the deoxidization condition of the deoxidizer, the deoxidizer is wrapped by the air permeable inner film, the aperture is smaller, and the powder leakage phenomenon can not occur, so the oxygen indicator deoxidizer can realize air permeability stability, oxygen indicator changes color stably, and the quality and the safety of products can be improved by separately loading the deoxidizer and the oxygen indicator. Meanwhile, the area of the indicator introducing part covering the oxygen indicator is a transparent area, so that the color change condition of the oxygen indicator can be observed on two sides through the transparent areas on two sides of the oxygen indicator deoxidizer.
As an optimal technical scheme, the breathable inner film is a paper film or a PE layer/paper film/PE layer three-layer composite film, the PE layer is a PE perforated film, the aperture is 100-1000 mu m, powder leakage of the deoxidizer piece can be prevented through the arrangement of the paper film, and gas permeation can be guaranteed.
As a preferable technical scheme, the perforated outer film is a perforated PET/PE composite film or an OPP/PE composite film, the aperture of the perforated outer film is 100-1000 mu m, the perforated aperture can ensure higher air permeability, and the air permeability is stable.
As a preferable technical scheme, the body part and the breathable inner film are subjected to three edge sealing together to form a first transverse edge sealing and a second transverse edge sealing which are parallel to each other, and the first transverse edge sealing and the second transverse edge sealing are provided with a first longitudinal edge sealing at one side close to the indicator introducing part.
As a preferred technical solution, the width W1 of the first longitudinal seal edge formed by the body portion is greater than the width W2 of the first longitudinal seal edge formed by the breathable inner film. More preferably, each of the W1 and the W2 is 2 to 10mm, and W1 is 1 to 2mm larger than W2. Through the dislocation seal of body portion and ventilative inner membrance, this structure can prevent oxygen indicator and ventilative inner membrance contact, has avoided the pigment in the oxygen indicator to ooze into the paper membrane of ventilative inner membrance to the color and luster effect of oxygen indicator has been influenced.
As a preferable technical scheme, the width of the first transverse sealing edge formed by the body part is consistent with the width of the first transverse sealing edge formed by the breathable inner film, the width is 1-20 mm, and the width of the second transverse sealing edge formed by the body part is consistent with the width of the second transverse sealing edge formed by the breathable inner film, and the width is 1-20 mm.
As a preferable technical scheme, the width of the longitudinal edge sealing area is 0.1-10 mm, and the width of the transparent area is 0.5-10 mm.
As a preferred technical scheme, the body part is of a three-edge sealing structure and forms a containing cavity for containing the breathable inner film, the body part comprises a first transverse edge sealing and a second transverse edge sealing which are parallel to each other, and a first longitudinal edge sealing is arranged on one side, close to the indicator introducing part, of the first transverse edge sealing and the second transverse edge sealing.
As a preferable technical scheme, the width of the first transverse sealing edge is identical to that of the second transverse sealing edge, and is 1-20 mm, and the width of the first longitudinal sealing edge is 2-10 mm.
As a preferable technical scheme, the oxygen indicator is an oxygen indicator belt or an oxygen indicator line, and the deoxidizer is a powdery, sheet-like, block-like, granular, liquid-like or paste-like deoxidizer.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention also provides a manufacturing method of the oxygen indication type deoxidizer, which comprises the steps of stacking a breathable inner film and a perforated outer film with a size larger than that of the breathable inner film at least in the transverse direction, then placing the stacked breathable inner film on a double-layer packaging machine, adding the deoxidizer on the breathable inner film, packaging the breathable inner film and the perforated outer film together by three sealing edges, and heat-sealing the edges of the perforated outer film after introducing an oxygen indication piece between the redundant sizes of the perforated outer film.
According to the invention, through twice separate sealing, the deoxidizer and the oxygen indicator can be separately installed, so that ventilation stability, oxygen indicator color change stability and product quality and safety can be improved.

For better illustrating the objects, technical solutions and advantageous effects of the present invention, the present invention will be further described with reference to specific embodiments and accompanying drawings. It should be noted that the following examples are given by way of further illustration of the present invention and should not be construed as limiting the invention.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the oxygen indicating type deoxidizer 100 includes a breathable inner film 10 accommodating deoxidizer and a perforated outer film 30 provided with an oxygen indicator 50, the perforated outer film 30 includes a body portion 31 covering the breathable inner film 10 and an indicator introduction portion 33 formed by the body portion 31 extending outward and accommodating the oxygen indicator 50, the indicator introduction portion 33 includes a longitudinal edge sealing region 333 and a transparent region 331 interposed between the longitudinal edge sealing region 333 and the body portion 31 and covering the oxygen indicator 50.
Continuing with fig. 1 and 2, the body portion 31 and the breathable inner film 10 are sealed together by three edges and form a first transverse edge seal 311 and a second transverse edge seal 313 that are parallel to each other, the first transverse edge seal 311 and the second transverse edge seal 313 being provided with a first longitudinal edge seal 315 on a side adjacent to the indicator introduction portion 33. The width W1 of the first longitudinal edge seal 315 formed by the body portion 31 is greater than the width W2 of the first longitudinal edge seal 11 formed by the breathable inner film 10. More preferably, W1 and W2 are each independently 2 to 10mm, and W1 is 1 to 2mm greater than W2. By the dislocation sealing of the body part 31 and the ventilation inner film 10, the structure can prevent the oxygen indicator 50 from contacting with the ventilation inner film 10, and the pigment in the oxygen indicator 50 is prevented from penetrating into the paper film of the ventilation inner film 10, thereby influencing the color effect of the oxygen indicator 50. The width W3 of the first transverse edge seal 311 formed by the body portion 31 is identical to the width of the first transverse edge seal (not shown) formed by the breathable inner film 10, and has a width of 1 to 20mm, and the width of the second transverse edge seal 313 formed by the body portion 31 is identical to the width of the second transverse edge seal (not shown) formed by the breathable inner film 10, and has a width of 1 to 20mm. The width W5 of the longitudinal edge sealing area 333 is 0.1-10 mm, and the width W6 of the transparent area 331 is 0.5-10 mm.
The method for manufacturing the oxygen indicating type deoxidizer 100 having such a structure may include stacking the breathable inner film 10 and the perforated outer film 30 having a size larger than that of the breathable inner film 10 in at least a lateral direction, then placing the stacked breathable inner film 10 on a double-layer packing machine, adding the deoxidizer to the breathable inner film 10, and packaging the breathable inner film 10 and the perforated outer film 30 together in a three-sealed package, introducing the oxygen indicator 50 between the excess sizes of the perforated outer film 30, and then heat-sealing the edges of the perforated outer film 30. And can be cut off in the horizontal direction after sealing to become a single oxygen indicating deoxidizer, or can be directly rolled first and then cut off when being used for food packaging. The manufacturing mode is only two-step sealing, and the manufacturing method is simple in process, high in working efficiency and capable of realizing batch production.
The body portion 31 and the breathable inner film 10 may also be sealed by three sealing edges, as shown in fig. 3, the body portion 31 has a three sealing edge structure and forms a containing cavity for containing the breathable inner film 10, the body portion 31 includes a first transverse sealing edge 311 and a second transverse sealing edge 313 that are parallel to each other, and the first transverse sealing edge 311 and the second transverse sealing edge 313 are provided with a first longitudinal sealing edge 315 at a side close to the indicator introducing portion 33. The width of the first transverse sealing edge 311 is consistent with the width of the second transverse sealing edge 313, the width of the first longitudinal sealing edge 315 is 1-20 mm, and the width of the first longitudinal sealing edge 315 is 2-10 mm.
The method for manufacturing the oxygen indicator 100 of this structure may include forming the deoxidizer by three sealing edges using the breathable inner film and the deoxidizer body, wrapping the deoxidizer by the perforated outer film 30 having a size larger than the breathable inner film 10 in at least the lateral direction, and three sealing edges, and heat-sealing the edges of the perforated outer film 30 after introducing the oxygen indicator 50 between the excess sizes of the perforated outer film 30.
Meanwhile, it should be further described that the breathable inner film 10 is a paper film or a three-layer composite film of a PE layer/a paper film/a PE layer, the PE layer is a PE perforated film, the aperture is 100-1000 μm, powder leakage of the deoxidizer can be prevented by arranging the paper film, and gas permeation can be ensured. The perforated outer film 30 is a perforated PET/PE composite film or OPP/PE composite film, the aperture of which is 100-1000 μm, and the perforated aperture can ensure higher air permeability and stable air permeability. The oxygen indicator 50 is an oxygen indicator tape or an oxygen indicator line, and the deoxidizer is a powdered, sheet, block, granular, liquid or paste deoxidizer. The body portion 31 may be transparent, translucent or opaque as desired.
In the oxygen indicating type deoxidizer 100 of the present invention, the deoxidizer material is simultaneously enclosed by the gas permeable inner membrane 10 and the perforated outer membrane 30, and the oxygen indicator 50 is located only in the indicator introduction part 33, so that the deoxidizer material and the oxygen indicator 50 can be separately installed. The oxygen indicator 50 placed in the indicator introduction part 33 has a small pore diameter and does not leak powder because the outer film is perforated, the air permeability is large and the air permeability is stable, so that the oxygen indicator 50 changes color rapidly, the deoxidizer can accurately and directly react to the deoxidizing condition of the deoxidizer, the deoxidizer is wrapped by the air permeable inner film 10, and the oxygen indicator 100 of the invention can realize ventilation stability and oxygen indication color change stability and can improve the quality and safety of the product by separately installing the deoxidizer and the oxygen indicator 50. Meanwhile, the region of the indicator introduction part 33 covering the oxygen indicator 50 is a transparent region, so that the color change of the oxygen indicator 50 can be observed on both sides through the transparent regions 331 at both sides of the oxygen indicating type deoxidizer 100.
