The applicant finds that a Chinese patent discloses 'automatic chamfering equipment for a roller of an overrunning clutch of medical machinery' through retrieval when applying the invention, the application number of the equipment is '201910652254.4', the patent improves the chamfering efficiency mainly by arranging a front turning tool and a rear turning tool to chamfer two ends of the roller simultaneously, although the patent improves the chamfering processing efficiency of the roller in the specification, the time wasted in the feeding and clamping process is more, and chamfers with different shapes cannot be processed, therefore, according to the invention of the applicant, a device capable of improving the chamfering processing efficiency of the roller is invented, and the problems that the feeding and clamping process is longer in time and chamfers with different shapes cannot be processed are solved.

Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides automatic roller chamfering equipment for an overrunning clutch of medical machinery, which solves the problems that the time of a feeding clamping process is long and chamfers of different shapes cannot be processed by arranging a first cylinder, a bevel lathe tool and a fillet lathe tool.

The working principle is as follows: when the roller clamping device is used, the crank 18 is driven by starting the second motor 17, the connecting rod 27 is driven by the crank 18 to do periodic motion, the movable frame 25 is driven to do circular motion, the roller is driven to move by the cooperation of the movable frame 25 and the fixed frame 24, when the roller moves to the position above the supporting piece 221, the second motor 17 stops running at the moment, then the supporting piece 22 is driven to move upwards by starting the hydraulic cylinder 20, the roller is positioned by starting the electromagnet 21 and is sent to a specified position, the clamping sleeve 4 is driven to move by starting the first air cylinder 3 at the moment, pressure is generated by enabling the plug 10 to be in contact with two ends of the roller, when the pressure reaches a certain value, the pressure sensor 5 drives the second air cylinder 12 to extend through the clamping piece 13 to clamp and position the roller by electric signals, and then the first motor 6 is started to drive the plug 10 to rotate along the axis, at this moment, the turning tools of different shapes are selected according to the processing requirement, the fourth cylinder 29 is started to push the bevel turning tool 28 for processing when the bevel is required to be processed, when the arc chamfer is required to be processed, the arc turning tool 14 is pushed by starting the third cylinder 15 for processing, the scraps generated by processing can fall into the collecting box 9 through the drainage plate 8 through the discharge hole 7 to be collected, after the processing is finished, the hydraulic cylinder 20 continues to push the support piece 22 to connect the roller, the second cylinder 12 and the first cylinder 3 are contracted simultaneously, the roller is placed on the movable frame 25 by the contracting hydraulic cylinder 20, and the second motor 17 continues to operate to drive the movable frame 25 to feed.

The invention provides automatic roller chamfering equipment for an overrunning clutch of medical machinery. The method has the following beneficial effects:
1. the device simple structure is reasonable, can solve prior art not enough well, improves the material loading clamping efficiency of roller effectively, is favorable to improving the efficiency of chamfer processing.
2. Through setting up oblique angle lathe tool and fillet lathe tool, can process the chamfer of different shapes, be favorable to the flexibility that improve equipment used.
3. Through setting up bin outlet and drainage plate, can collect the sweeps effectively, be favorable to making things convenient for the cleaning work in later stage, improve equipment's heat dispersion simultaneously.
