1. An air-frying oven with a plurality of air-frying chambers, characterized by comprising the following steps:
the food box comprises a box body, wherein a cooking chamber is arranged in the box body, and comprises a first cavity for placing food;
a heating element disposed within the cooking chamber;
The first fan is arranged in the cooking chamber, and convection is formed in the first cavity after the first fan is started;
The controllable exhaust device is arranged on the cooking chamber and comprises an exhaust channel for enabling the cooking chamber to be communicated with the outside, and a valve plate movably arranged on the exhaust channel, and the valve plate controls the exhaust channel to be closed or opened;
The control unit is connected with each electric element, the plurality of detection sensors are arranged in the cooking chamber, the detection sensors are connected with the control unit and feed back detection data, the conditions in the cooking chamber are automatically regulated and controlled through the control unit, and when the cooking chamber is in a baking state, the controllable exhaust device is closed, so that the cooking chamber is in a sealing state; when the cooking chamber is in an air fryer state, the controllable exhaust device is opened, so that the cooking chamber is communicated with the outside;
The controllable exhaust device is further provided with a displacement monitoring device, the displacement monitoring device is arranged in the exhaust channel, the displacement monitoring device monitors the discharge amount of the water vapor passing through the exhaust channel and feeds back to a control unit in the air fryer oven, and the opening degree of the controllable exhaust device is adjusted by the control unit according to the discharge amount of the water vapor and the humidity condition in the cooking chamber.
2. The air fryer oven according to claim 1, wherein a second cavity is provided within said cooking chamber, said second cavity being in communication with said first cavity, said heating element and said first fan being disposed within said second cavity.
3. The air fryer oven according to claim 2, wherein a hollowed-out partition is provided between said first cavity and said second cavity.
4. An air fryer oven according to claim 2 or 3, wherein said heating element is located between said first cavity and said first fan.
5. The air fryer oven according to claim 1, wherein said controllable exhaust is disposed within said first cavity.
6. The air fryer oven according to claim 2, wherein said controllable exhaust is disposed within said second cavity.
7. An air fryer oven according to claim 5 or 6, wherein said controllable exhaust means comprises drive means, said drive means driving said valve flap in motion.
8. The air fryer oven according to claim 1, further comprising a steam generating device, said steam generating device comprising:
A water tank;
one end of the water delivery pipeline is connected with the water tank, and the other end of the water delivery pipeline is connected with the first cavity;
The water pump is arranged on the water supply pipeline;
The steam heater is arranged on the water supply pipeline and is used for heating water flowing through the water supply pipeline into steam and spraying the steam into the first cavity.
9. The air fryer oven according to claim 1 or 2, wherein a fan motor for driving said first fan to work is arranged in said oven body, said fan motor is located outside said cooking chamber, and an output shaft of said fan motor penetrates into said cooking chamber to be connected with said first fan.
10. The air fryer oven according to claim 9, wherein a second fan is provided on an output shaft of said fan motor, said second fan being located outside said cooking chamber, said second fan blowing heat away towards said fan motor.
