The invention relates to cooking equipment, in particular to a steam box, oven and microwave oven integrated machine.
Background
Along with the continuous improvement of the life quality of people, kitchen appliances are more and more abundant, and microwave ovens, steam boxes and the like are all gradually becoming kitchen electric products necessary for family life. The kitchen electrical products have single functions, each product occupies a certain kitchen space, and the independent purchase cost is high. In order to effectively utilize kitchen space and reduce purchase cost, a steaming and baking micro-machine integrating functions of a steaming box, a microwave oven and a baking box has been disclosed in the prior art. The existing steaming and baking micro-integrated machine is of a cabinet embedded type or a table type, and no embedded steaming and baking micro-integrated machine exists at present, so that the embedded steaming and baking micro-integrated machine has a very large effect in order to adapt to various kitchen structures and meet different kitchen area requirements. According to the embedded structural characteristics, the exhaust system of the steam baking tray needs to be correspondingly improved, so that the steaming baking tray is convenient to take, a new structure is required to be redesigned, a user can conveniently put and take food, and scalding of hands is avoided in the taking process. In view of the above, the existing steaming and baking micro-integrated machine needs to be further improved.
Disclosure of Invention
The first technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a steam oven and microwave oven integrated machine which is reasonable in space layout and exhausts air from the top exhaust port.
The second technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a steam box, oven and microwave oven integrated machine which can realize the functions of exhausting hot air and steam through one mechanism aiming at the prior art.
The third technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide the integrated machine of the steaming and baking oven and the microwave oven, which is convenient to take the steaming and baking tray and safe to use, aiming at the current state of the art.
The invention solves the first technical problem by adopting the technical scheme that the steam box and oven microwave oven integrated machine comprises a box body and an inner container arranged in the box body, wherein a steam generating device and a microwave generating device are arranged in an interlayer between the box body and the inner container, and a barbecue generating device is arranged on the inner container.
The steam generating device can have various structures, preferably, the steam generating device comprises a water tank assembly, a steam generator, a bidirectional water pump and a condensate water box, wherein a water outlet of the water tank assembly is communicated with a first port of the bidirectional water pump, a water inlet of the steam generator is communicated with a second port of the bidirectional water pump, a water inlet of the condensate water box is communicated with a water outlet at the bottom of the air guide cover, and a water outlet of the condensate water box is communicated with a third port of the bidirectional water pump. Therefore, steam generated by the steam generating device can smoothly enter the inner container, and the residual condensed water in the air guide cover can flow back to the condensed water box and then flow back to the water tank, so that recycling is realized.
Further preferably, the water tank assembly, the steam generator and the bidirectional water pump are all arranged on the left side of the inner container, and the air guide cover and the condensate water box are all arranged on the front side wall of the inner container.
The microwave generating device can be arranged at a plurality of positions, preferably, the microwave generating device is arranged at the bottom of the box body and is integrally positioned at the right side of the inner container, the microwave generating device comprises a high-voltage transformer, a high-voltage capacitor, a high-voltage protective tube, a magnetron and a waveguide tube, the waveguide tube is horizontally arranged, the head of the waveguide tube stretches into the lower part of the inner container, and a wave stirrer is arranged at the head of the waveguide tube. Thus, microwaves can enter the inner container from the bottom of the inner container.
In order to improve the cooking uniformity of barbecue, barbecue generating device includes preceding heating pipe, back heating pipe and air heater subassembly, preceding heating pipe is installed on the preceding inside wall of inner bag, back heating pipe is installed on the back inside wall of inner bag, the air heater subassembly is installed on the wind scooper, the flabellum of air heater subassembly stretches into in the wind scooper.
Further preferably, a control panel for integrally controlling the operation states of the steam generating device, the microwave generating device and the barbecue generating device is installed on the top plate, and the control panel is positioned at the left side or the right side of the inner container. Therefore, the control panel enables the integrated machine to be automatically switched among the steam box mode, the microwave oven and the oven mode in the single cooking process, so that the integrated machine is high in control integration level, a user can switch the working mode of the integrated machine to heat food in the single cooking process, different foods can have corresponding cooking modes, the types of foods which can be cooked are richer, and the cooking effect is better.
In order to enable hot air and steam to be blown out upwards from the top of the front side of the integrated machine, the air outlet hole and the hot air hole are formed in the front side wall of the inner container, the air outlet is formed in the front side of the upper edge of the front side wall of the inner container, the air guide cover is arranged on the front side wall of the inner container, and the air outlet is located right below the air outlet.
The technical scheme includes that the steam box and oven microwave oven integrated machine is characterized in that a movable shielding piece is arranged in the air guide cover, the movable shielding piece moves to a position for shielding the hot air hole and opening the air outlet hole and enables the air outlet hole to be communicated with the air outlet in a steam mode, and the movable shielding piece moves to a position for opening the hot air hole and closing the air outlet hole and enables the hot air hole not to be communicated with the air outlet in a barbecue mode. Therefore, the hot air function and the existing steam exhaust function can be realized by using the same mechanism, the space of the assembly is greatly reduced, and the service efficiency of the mechanism is increased.
The movable shielding member may have various structures, preferably, the movable shielding member includes a vent shielding member and a hot air hole shielding member, the hot air hole shielding member is fixed below the vent shielding member, the vent shielding member and the hot air hole shielding member move up and down synchronously under the driving of the driving member, in the steam mode, the vent shielding member moves up to open the vent, and the hot air hole shielding member moves up to close the hot air hole, in the barbecue mode, the vent shielding member moves down to close the vent, and the hot air hole shielding member moves down to open the hot air hole.
In order to enable the hot air hole shielding piece to be smoothly closed or opened when moving up and down, the hot air holes are horizontally arranged in rows and are vertically distributed at intervals, the hot air hole shielding piece is a hot air hole shielding plate, strip-shaped ventilation holes which are vertically distributed at intervals are formed in the hot air hole shielding plate, the strip-shaped ventilation holes are in one-to-one correspondence with the hot air holes of each row, the strip-shaped ventilation holes are staggered with the hot air holes of the corresponding row to close the hot air holes in the state that the hot air hole shielding plate moves up, and the strip-shaped ventilation holes are aligned with the hot air holes of the corresponding row to open the hot air holes in the state that the hot air hole shielding plate moves down.
Further preferably, the air guide cover has a body portion and a head and neck portion arranged above the body portion, the head and neck portion is gradually opened from bottom to top, the top of the head and neck portion forms the air outlet, the air outlet shielding piece is an air outlet shielding block arranged in the head and neck portion, an air outlet gap is reserved between the air outlet shielding block and the inner wall of the head and neck portion in a state that the air outlet shielding block moves upwards, the air outlet is communicated with the air outlet through the air outlet gap, and the air outlet shielding block is attached to the inner wall of the head and neck portion in a state that the air outlet shielding block moves downwards so that the hot air outlet is not communicated with the air outlet.
Further preferably, the body portion is circular or substantially circular, and the hot air hole shielding plate is disposed in the body portion and has a shape adapted to the body portion.
In order to enable the driving piece to drive the air outlet hole shielding block to stably move, the driving piece is a wax motor arranged on the front side wall of the inner container, two wax motors are arranged on two sides of the head and neck, and the driving output end of each wax motor extends upwards into the head and neck and is connected with two ends of the air outlet hole shielding block.
The technical scheme includes that the steam box and oven microwave oven integrated machine is characterized in that a steam grill is installed in the inner container, a vertical guide rail and a transverse guide rail are arranged in the inner container, the vertical guide rail is fixed on the inner wall of the inner container, the transverse guide rail is arranged on the vertical guide rail and can move up and down relative to the vertical guide rail, the steam grill is arranged on the transverse guide rail and can move up and down synchronously along with the transverse guide rail, the door body is connected with the transverse guide rail through a connecting rod, the upper end of the connecting rod is rotatably connected to the door body, and the lower end of the connecting rod is connected to the transverse guide rail and can move horizontally along the transverse guide rail. Like this, through the elevation structure of steam grill, solved the steam grill and taken inconvenient problem, and difficult emergence scalds when taking, it is safer to use.
In order to enable the steam grill to stably move, four vertical guide rails are respectively arranged at four corners of the inner container, two transverse guide rails are respectively arranged at the left side and the right side of the inner container, correspondingly, two connecting rods are arranged, the upper ends of the connecting rods are connected at the left side and the right side of the lower surface of the door body, and the lower ends of the connecting rods are connected on the transverse guide rails at the corresponding sides.
In order to guide the vertical movement of the transverse guide rail, the vertical guide rail is provided with a vertical guide groove, and guide posts extending into the vertical guide groove are outwards arranged at two ends of the transverse guide rail in an outwards protruding mode.
In order to move the lower end of the connecting rod along the transverse guide rail, the transverse guide rail is provided with a transverse guide groove, and the lower end of the connecting rod is provided with a sliding piece extending into the transverse guide groove.
The connecting rods may have various structures, and preferably, the connecting rods include an upper connecting rod and a lower connecting rod that are telescopic with each other. Like this, when the door body rotates, can stretch out and draw back relatively through last connecting rod and lower connecting rod, the final vertical movement that realizes the steam grill.
In order to enable the grill to support two steaming trays, the grill includes an upper support sheet for supporting an upper steaming tray and a lower support sheet for supporting a lower steaming tray.
Preferably, in any of the above schemes, a steam inlet and a microwave inlet are formed in the inner container, the steam inlet is communicated with a steam outlet of the steam generating device, and microwaves generated by the microwave generating device enter the inner container through the microwave inlet.
Compared with the prior art, the steam box and oven microwave oven integrated machine has the advantages that the steam box and oven microwave oven integrated machine adopts a bench embedded installation mode, has three independent functions of steam cooking, barbecue cooking and microwave cooking, is novel in structure, in addition, the exhaust port is arranged on the top plate above the box body, the air guide cover is arranged in the interlayer between the box body and the inner container, under the steam mode, steam is discharged into the air guide cover through the air outlet hole on the inner container and then is discharged upwards from the exhaust port on the top plate of the box body, the steam is prevented from being blown to the body of a cooker from the front, and the user experience is good.

Detailed Description
The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the embodiments of the drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the integrated machine of the steam box and the oven in the embodiment comprises a box body 1 and an inner container 2 arranged in the box body, wherein a steam generating device 3 and a microwave generating device 4 are arranged in an interlayer between the box body 1 and the inner container 2, a barbecue generating device 5 is arranged on the inner container 2, a steam inlet and a microwave inlet are formed in the inner container 2, the steam inlet is communicated with a steam outlet of the steam generating device 3, and microwaves generated by the microwave generating device 4 enter the inner container 2 through the microwave inlet.
As shown in fig. 15, the integrated machine of the steam box and the oven adopts a table embedded installation structure, and after the installation is completed, the top plate 7 above the box body 1 is flush with the cabinet bedplate 16. The upper lifting door body 6 is mounted on the top plate 7, the top plate 7 is provided with an air outlet 71, and the air outlet 71 is in a strip shape and is transversely arranged at the front side of the upper edge of the front side wall 20 of the inner container. As shown in fig. 5, a wind scooper 8 is installed in the interlayer between the case 1 and the liner 2, and an air outlet 81 of the wind scooper 8 is communicated with the air outlet 71 and is located right below the air outlet 71.
As shown in fig. 2, the steam generating device 3 of the present embodiment includes a water tank assembly 31, a steam generator 32, a bidirectional water pump 33 and a condensate water box 34, the water tank assembly 31, the steam generator 32 and the bidirectional water pump 33 are all provided on the left side of the inner liner 2, and the air guide cover 8 and the condensate water box 34 are all mounted on the inner liner front side wall 20. Wherein the water outlet of the water tank assembly 31 is communicated with the first port of the bi-directional water pump 33, the water inlet of the steam generator 32 is communicated with the second port of the bi-directional water pump 33, the water inlet of the condensate water box 34 is communicated with the water outlet at the bottom of the wind scooper 8, and the water outlet of the condensate water box 34 is communicated with the third port of the bi-directional water pump 33. During cooking, steam generated by the steam generating device 3 can smoothly enter the inner container 2, the steam in the inner container 2 is discharged outwards from the exhaust port 71 after passing through the air outlet 81 of the air guide cover 8, and the residual condensed water in the air guide cover 8 can also flow back to the condensed water box 34 and then flow back to the water tank, so that recycling is realized.
As shown in fig. 3, the microwave generating device 4 of the present embodiment is disposed at the bottom of the case 1 and is integrally located on the right side of the liner 2, and the microwave generating device 4 includes a high voltage transformer 41, a high voltage capacitor 42, a high voltage fuse 43, a magnetron 44, and a waveguide 45, wherein the waveguide 45 is horizontally disposed, the head of the waveguide 45 extends below the liner 2, a stirrer 46 is mounted at the head of the waveguide 45, and glass ceramics (not shown in the figure) is mounted at the bottom of the liner 2. During cooking, microwaves generated by the magnetron 44 enter the liner 2 through the waveguide 45 after being stirred by the stirrer 46, and heat the food.
As shown in fig. 4, the barbecue generating apparatus 5 of the present embodiment includes a front heating pipe 51, a rear heating pipe 52, and a hot air blower assembly 53, wherein the front heating pipe 51 is installed on a front inner sidewall of the inner container 2, the rear heating pipe 52 is installed on a rear inner sidewall of the inner container 2, and the hot air blower assembly 53 is installed on the air guide cover 8. The air heater assembly 53 comprises a motor support 531, a motor 532 and fan blades 533, wherein the motor support 531 is arranged on the front wall of the air guide cover 8, the motor 532 is arranged on the motor support 531, the motor output shaft extends into the air guide cover 8, the fan blades 533 are arranged in the air guide cover 8 and arranged on the motor output shaft, and the fan blades 533 extend into the air guide cover 8. During cooking, the front heating pipe and the rear heating pipe can be adopted for heating independently, cooking uniformity of barbecue can be improved by heating simultaneously, and the motor 532 of the air heater assembly 53 rotates to drive the fan 533 to rotate, so that hot air in the inner container 2 is stirred, and barbecue uniformity is guaranteed.
As shown in fig. 5 to 9, the front sidewall 20 of the liner is provided with an air outlet 21 and a hot air hole 22, and the air outlet 21 is a steam outlet and is positioned above the hot air hole 22. The air guide cover 8 is arranged on the front side wall 20 of the inner container, and the air guide cover 8 is positioned below the top plate 7 and covers the air outlet holes 21 and the hot air holes 22. The air guiding cover 8 of the embodiment is provided with a body part 82 and a head and neck part 83 arranged above the body part, the body part 82 is circular, the head and neck part 83 is gradually opened from bottom to top, and an air outlet 81 is formed at the top of the head and neck part 83.
A movable shielding piece 9 is arranged in the air guide cover 8. The movable shielding piece 9 comprises an air outlet shielding piece and a hot air hole shielding piece, the hot air hole shielding piece is fixed below the air outlet shielding piece, and the air outlet shielding piece and the hot air hole shielding piece synchronously move up and down under the drive of the driving piece. The vent shielding member in this embodiment is a vent shielding block 91 disposed in the head and neck portion 83 of the air guiding cover 8, and the shape of the vent shielding block 91 is adapted to the head and neck portion 83. The hot air hole shielding piece is a hot air hole shielding plate 92 arranged in the body part 82 of the air guide cover 8, and the shape of the hot air hole shielding plate 92 is matched with that of the body part 82, namely, the hot air hole shielding plate 92 is circular. The hot air holes 22 of the present embodiment are horizontally arranged in rows and each row is vertically spaced, the hot air hole shielding plate 92 is provided with strip-shaped air holes 921 vertically spaced, and the strip-shaped air holes 921 are in one-to-one correspondence with the hot air holes 22 of each row.
The driving piece is a wax motor 93 arranged on the front side wall 20 of the inner container, the wax motor 93 is arranged on the outer side of the air guide cover 8, the two wax motors 93 are arranged on two sides of the head and neck portion 83, the driving output end of each wax motor 93 extends upwards into the head and neck portion 83 and is connected with two ends of the corresponding vent hole shielding block 91, and the vent hole shielding block 91 and the hot air hole shielding block 92 move up and down synchronously under the driving of the wax motor 93.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, in the steam mode, the wax motor 93 drives the air outlet shutter 91 and the hot air outlet shutter 92 to move upward. The vent hole blocking piece 91 is moved upward, the vent hole 21 is opened, a vent gap 84 is formed between the vent hole blocking piece 91 and the inner wall of the head and neck portion 83, the vent hole 21 is communicated with the air outlet 81 through the vent gap 84, and meanwhile, the strip-shaped vent holes 921 on the hot air hole blocking piece 92 are staggered with the hot air holes of the corresponding row to close the hot air holes 22 after the hot air hole blocking piece 92 is moved upward. The steam in the liner 2 is driven by the air heater component 53 to enter the air guide cover 8 through the air outlet hole 21, and then is discharged from the air outlet 71 through the air outlet 81 at the top of the air guide cover 8.
As shown in fig. 8 and 9, in the roast mode, the wax motor 93 drives the air outlet shutter 91 and the hot air hole shutter 92 to move downward, the air outlet 21 is closed, and the air outlet shutter 91 is attached to the inner wall of the head and neck 83, and at the same time, the strip-shaped ventilation holes 921 are aligned with the hot air holes of the corresponding row to open the hot air holes 22. At this time, the hot air hole 22 is not communicated with the air outlet 81 of the air guide cover 8 under the blocking of the air outlet blocking block 91, and the air heater component 53 blows the air in the air guide cover 8 into the inner container 2 to stir the hot air in the inner container 2, thereby realizing uniform baking and preventing heat from being dissipated from the air guide cover 8.
As shown in fig. 10 to 14, a grill 11, a vertical rail 12, and a lateral rail 13 are installed in the inner container 2. The four vertical guide rails 12 are respectively arranged at four corners of the inner container 2, the vertical guide rails 12 are fixed on the inner wall of the inner container 2, vertical guide grooves 121 are formed in the vertical guide rails 12, two transverse guide rails 13 are respectively arranged at the left side and the right side of the inner container 2, guide posts 131 extending into the vertical guide grooves 121 are outwards arranged at two ends of the transverse guide rails 13 in an protruding mode, the transverse guide rails 13 can move up and down along the vertical guide rails 12, and transverse guide grooves 132 are formed in the transverse guide rails 13.
The grill 11 is fixed to the cross rail 13 so as to be movable up and down in synchronization with the cross rail 13. The steaming grill 11 of the present embodiment includes an upper support sheet 111 and a lower support sheet 112, i.e., can be used to support an upper steaming tray and a lower steaming tray, the upper steaming tray 151 is placed on the upper support sheet 111, and the lower steaming tray 152 is placed on the lower support sheet 112.
The door body 6 is connected with the transverse guide rail 13 through a connecting rod 14. The number of the connecting rods 14 is two, the upper ends of the connecting rods 14 are connected to the left side and the right side of the lower surface of the door body 6, and the lower ends of the connecting rods 14 are connected to the transverse guide rails 13 on the corresponding sides. The connecting rod 14 of the present embodiment includes an upper connecting rod 141 and a lower connecting rod 142 that are telescopic to each other. The upper end of the upper connecting rod 141 is rotatably coupled to the front side of the door body 6, and the lower end of the lower connecting rod 142 is provided with a slider 143 protruding into the lateral guide groove 132, so that the lower end of the lower connecting rod 142 can horizontally move along the lateral guide rail 13.
The working principle of the automatic lifting mechanism of the steaming and baking tray is as follows:
As shown in fig. 10, the door 6 is in a closed state, and the sliding member 143 at the lower end of the lower connecting rod 142 is disposed at the rear end of the lateral guide groove 132 with the direction indicated by the arrow a in fig. 10 as the front direction, and the grill 11 is in the lowest position, and at this time, the upper grill pan 151 and the lower grill pan 152 are both positioned inside the inner container 2.
As shown in fig. 11 and 12, the door body 6 is opened, the connecting rod 14 is rotated under the driving of the door body 6, and the transverse guide rail 13 is driven to move upwards along the vertical guide rail 12, and simultaneously, the sliding piece 143 at the lower end of the lower connecting rod 142 moves to the middle position of the transverse guide groove 132, and the grill 11 moves upwards along with the transverse guide rail 13 synchronously, and at this time, the upper steaming tray 151 and the lower steaming tray 152 move upwards for a certain distance.
As shown in fig. 13 and 14, the door body 6 is completely opened, the transverse guide rail 13 moves upward to the highest position of the vertical guide rail 12 under the driving of the door body 6 and the connecting rod 14, the sliding piece 143 at the lower end of the lower connecting rod 142 moves to the front end of the transverse guide groove 132, the grill 11 moves upward to the highest position along with the synchronous movement of the transverse guide rail 13, at this time, the upper steaming and baking tray 151 and the lower steaming and baking tray 152 rise to the upper side of the inner container 2, so that an operator is convenient to take the steaming and baking tray, and scalding is not easy to occur.
In addition, when the door body 6 is closed, the connecting rod 14 reversely rotates to drive the transverse guide rail 13 and the steaming grill 11 to move downwards, and finally the upper steaming tray 151 and the lower steaming tray 152 are completely hidden in the inner container 2 to the lowest position as shown in fig. 10.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the integrated machine of the steam box, oven and microwave oven of the present embodiment is provided with a control panel 10 on the top plate 7, and the control panel 10 is located on the right side of the liner 2. The control panel 10 has a control device, a man-machine operation interface and a display assembly, the man-machine operation interface and the display assembly are connected with the control device, the man-machine operation interface receives an external input signal and converts the input signal into an output signal which can be recognized by the control device, the control device receives the output signal and performs integrated control on the working states of the steam generating device, the microwave generating device and the barbecue generating device according to the output signal, and the display assembly displays the working states of the steam generating device, the microwave generating device and the barbecue generating device.
The integrated machine has multiple cooking modes of independent steaming, independent micro-baking, independent micro-steaming, steam-baking, micro-baking and steam-baking micro-lamps, and the optimal cooking modes of various foods can be preset on a human-computer operation interface. Before working, the cooking mode of food to be heated is selected, and when working, the control device can control the integrated machine to realize automatic switching of any cooking mode in a single cooking process. Like this, the control integrated level of all-in-one is high, and different foods can have corresponding best culinary art mode, and abundant culinary art mode can satisfy the culinary art of most foods, and the culinary art effect is better.
