背景技术
轴承是当代机械设备中一种重要零部件。它的主要功能是支撑机械旋转体,降低其运动过程中的摩擦系数,并保证其回转精度。
目前,现有的轴承以及生产工艺仍存在不足之处,首先,在轴承应用过程中,轴承在负荷区或滚动接触区域位置总是最先疲劳,轴承也因会因接触区域的疲劳磨损而而被迫全部报废,而此时轴承的外圈与内圈外侧所受到磨损较小,这就使得轴承的更换周期缩短且存在较多材料的浪费,增加了材料的成本,同时在外部的硬质杂质卡入到滚珠的外侧时,滚珠与外圈以及内圈之间的过渡配合会导致人为较难将杂质取出,从而降低了轴承的使用效果;其次,在轴承生产过程中,为保证外圈以及内圈与滚珠的配合度,各个组件需要经过粗磨与精磨的操作,而现有的精磨操作大多是人为逐个将组件通过设备进行打磨,操作较为繁琐,且容易导致同批次的不同组件的加工程度不一,从而降低了轴承的加工效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述问题,而提出的一种耐磨轴承及其生产工艺。

步骤二、对锻造之后外圈、衬套一、衬套二与内圈的粗坯进行退火,然后进行车削加工,对车削加工的外圈与内圈的半成品进行热处理,并进行打磨与退磁清洗,接着通过精磨机对衬套一与衬套二进行精磨加工;
步骤三、滚珠加工,将滚珠的粗坯进行光球处理,然后进行热处理,在进行精磨和研磨得到滚珠;
步骤四、防锈处理,对加工完的外圈、内圈、衬套一、衬套二以及滚珠进行检查,并进行防锈处理;
步骤五、对加工完的外圈、内圈、衬套一、衬套二、保持架以及滚珠进行装配,即可得到完整的轴承。

1、本发明中,先取出保持架,将滚珠依次卡合在伸缩座之间,伸缩座往保持架内部收缩并挤压弹簧,弹簧则反向推动伸缩座外表壁与滚珠外表壁紧密贴合,在通过紧固杆结合保持架与伸缩座,完成滚珠与保持架的结合,且保证了滚珠与保持架之间的过渡配合效果,接着将衬套一与衬套二套合在滚珠的竖直端两侧,并完成衬套一与衬套二自身的组合,在将装配好的整体放置到外圈与内圈之间,并依次通过紧固杆完成外圈与衬套二以及内圈与衬套一的固定,进而完成轴承整体的组装,在衬套一与衬套二因磨损而到达使用寿命时,可将其拆出并进行新的衬套的更换,无需轴承的整体报废,进而节约的材料成本,同时在滚珠外侧卡住杂质时,可旋开伸缩座与保持架之间的紧固件,此时左右推动滚珠,其可推动伸缩座压缩弹簧,使得滚珠两侧出现更大的间隙,以方便杂质快速掉落,操作较为便捷,节约了材料成本的同时还能便于轴承的清理,从而提高了轴承的使用效果。
2、本发明中,选择将衬套一或者衬套二自身组成并套合在定位环外侧,并使得衬套一一侧靠合在固定环外侧,人为转动夹持环使其与定位环外表壁旋合,夹持环接触成型后衬套整体并与固定环配合完成衬套整体的定位,以此类推,直至多个定位环外侧均固定有衬套整体,控制驱动件转动,驱动件带动驱动轮转动,驱动轮通过与齿槽的配合而带动转动圈进行转动,此时支架二与卡槽二相配合,保证了转动圈的竖直位置稳定,在此过程中,转动圈顶部的凸杆与定位环内表壁的斜槽相滑动,以使得定位环以及定位环外表壁固定连接衬套整体进行轴向转动,转动中的衬套主体外表壁会接触磨片,完成多组衬套主体的精磨操作,无需人为进行逐个操作,且保证衬套整体精磨的均匀度,从而提高了轴承的加工效果。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例一:
请参阅图1-5,一种耐磨轴承,包括外圈1、内圈2与保持架6,保持架6包括有多组呈环形分布的弧形段,且相邻两组弧形段之间通过连杆固定连接,保持架6内表壁滑动连接有伸缩座7,伸缩座7竖直端外表壁与保持架6内表壁之间通过弹簧8弹性连接,相邻两组伸缩座7之间卡合连接有滚珠5,外圈1与内圈2相对面分别固定连接有衬套二4与衬套一3,衬套二4与衬套一3分别套合在滚珠5竖直端两侧,衬套一3与衬套二4均是两个半圆环组成,且衬套一3、衬套二4、外圈1与内圈2纵向端外表壁均位于同一水平面。
伸缩座7靠近滚珠5的一侧呈内凹结构,且伸缩座7拐角均呈弧形结构,以便于滚珠5与保持架6的快速且稳定的结合。
先取出保持架6,将滚珠5依次卡合在伸缩座7之间,伸缩座7往保持架6内部收缩并挤压弹簧8,弹簧8则反向推动伸缩座7外表壁与滚珠5外表壁紧密贴合,在通过紧固杆结合保持架6与伸缩座7,完成滚珠5与保持架6的结合,且保证了滚珠5与保持架6之间的过渡配合效果,接着将衬套一3与衬套二4套合在滚珠5的竖直端两侧,并完成衬套一3与衬套二4自身的组合,在将装配好的整体放置到外圈1与内圈2之间,并依次通过紧固杆完成外圈1与衬套二4以及内圈2与衬套一3的固定,进而完成轴承整体的组装,在衬套一3与衬套二4因磨损而到达使用寿命时,可将其拆出并进行新的衬套的更换,无需轴承的整体报废,进而节约的材料成本,同时在滚珠5外侧卡住杂质时,可旋开伸缩座7与保持架6之间的紧固件,此时左右推动滚珠5,其可推动伸缩座7压缩弹簧8,使得滚珠5指定一侧出现更大的间隙,以方便杂质快速掉落,操作较为便捷,节约了材料成本的同时还能便于轴承的清理,从而提高了轴承的使用效果。
一种耐磨轴承的生产工艺,包括有以下步骤:
步骤一、按重量份计,称取以下原料,铜43-50份、铁53-60份,二硫化钼0.5-3份、锡0.5-2份、石墨0.5-2份,硬脂酸锌0.5-2份,将原料加入混粉机中混合,而后挤压成型,得到外圈1、内圈2、衬套一3、衬套二4与滚珠5的粗坯;
步骤二、对锻造之后外圈1、衬套一3、衬套二4与内圈2的粗坯进行退火,然后进行车削加工,对车削加工的外圈1与内圈2的半成品进行热处理,并进行打磨与退磁清洗,接着通过精磨机对衬套一3与衬套二4进行精磨加工;
步骤三、滚珠5加工,将滚珠5的粗坯进行光球处理,然后进行热处理,在进行精磨和研磨得到滚珠5;
步骤四、防锈处理,对加工完的外圈1、内圈2、衬套一3、衬套二4以及滚珠5进行检查,并进行防锈处理;
步骤五、对加工完的外圈1、内圈2、衬套一3、衬套二4、保持架6以及滚珠5进行装配,即可得到完整的轴承。
精磨机包括有转动圈10与底座9,底座9顶部通过多组支撑部一活动安装有多组定位环12,多组定位环12外表臂均固定安装有固定环14的同时旋合连接有夹持环15,转动圈10顶部固定安装有凸杆11凸杆11通过斜槽13与定位环12内表壁滑动连接,且多组斜槽13呈环形分布在定位环12内表壁,转动圈10底部通过支撑部而与底座9顶部活动配合,多组定位环12的下方均设置有与底座9固定连接的磨片20,底座9顶部固定安装有驱动件18,驱动件18输出端传动连接有驱动轮17,驱动轮17通过环形设置的齿槽与转动圈10外表壁传动连接。
选择将衬套一3或者衬套二4自身组成呈衬套整体并套合在定位环12外侧,并使得衬套整体一侧靠合在固定环14外侧,人为转动夹持环15使其与定位环12外表壁旋合,夹持环15接触成型后衬套整体并与固定环14配合完成衬套整体的定位,以此类推,直至多个定位环12外侧均固定有衬套整体,控制驱动件18转动,驱动件18带动驱动轮17转动,驱动轮17通过与齿槽的配合而带动转动圈10进行转动,此时支架二19与卡槽二22相配合,保证了转动圈10的竖直位置稳定,在此过程中,转动圈10顶部的凸杆11与定位环12内表壁的斜槽13相滑动,以使得定位环12以及定位环12外表壁固定连接衬套整体进行轴向转动,转动中的衬套主体外表壁会接触磨片20,完成多组衬套整体的精磨操作,无需人为进行逐个操作,且保证衬套整体精磨的均匀度,从而提高了轴承的加工效果。
多组磨片20均是通过螺丝与底座9顶部固定连接,以便于磨片20的更换。
固定环14与夹持环15相对面均固定安装有弹性垫层,避免对衬套整体竖直端外表壁的损伤。
支撑部一包括有固定安装有底座9顶部的支架一16,支架一16水平一端通过环形设置的卡槽一21与定位环12内表壁滑动连接,以保持定位环12在转动的同时琪水平位置不会发生改变。
支撑部二包括有固定在底座9顶部的支架二19,支架二19顶部通过环形设置的卡槽二22与转动圈10底部内表壁滑动连接,且至少三组支架二19在底座9顶部呈环形分布,以保证转动圈10竖直位置的稳定。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,根据本发明的技术方案及其发明构思加以等同替换或改变,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (8)
1.一种耐磨轴承,包括外圈(1)、内圈(2)与保持架(6),其特征在于,所述保持架(6)包括有多组呈环形分布的弧形段,且相邻两组弧形段之间通过连杆固定连接,所述保持架(6)内表壁滑动连接有伸缩座(7),所述伸缩座(7)竖直端外表壁与保持架(6)内表壁之间通过弹簧(8)弹性连接,相邻两组所述伸缩座(7)之间卡合连接有滚珠(5),所述外圈(1)与内圈(2)相对面分别固定连接有衬套二(4)与衬套一(3),所述所述衬套二(4)与衬套一(3)分别套合在滚珠(5)竖直端两侧,所述衬套一(3)与衬套二(4)均是两个半圆环组成,且衬套一(3)、衬套二(4)、外圈(1)与内圈(2)纵向端外表壁均位于同一水平面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐磨轴承,其特征在于,所述伸缩座(7)靠近滚珠(5)的一侧呈内凹结构,且伸缩座(7)拐角均呈弧形结构。
3.一种耐磨轴承的生产工艺,其特征在于,包括有以下步骤:

步骤五、对加工完的外圈(1)、内圈(2)、衬套一(3)、衬套二(4)、保持架(6)以及滚珠(5)进行装配,即可得到完整的轴承。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种耐磨轴承的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述精磨机包括有转动圈(10)与底座(9),所述底座(9)顶部通过多组支撑部一活动安装有多组定位环(12),多组所述定位环(12)外表臂均固定安装有固定环(14)的同时旋合连接有夹持环(15),所述转动圈(10)顶部固定安装有凸杆(11)所述凸杆(11)通过斜槽(13)与定位环(12)内表壁滑动连接,且多组所述斜槽(13)呈环形分布在定位环(12)内表壁,所述转动圈(10)底部通过支撑部而与底座(9)顶部活动配合,多组所述定位环(12)的下方均设置有与底座(9)固定连接的磨片(20),所述底座(9)顶部固定安装有驱动件(18),所述驱动件(18)输出端传动连接有驱动轮(17),所述驱动轮(17)通过环形设置的齿槽与转动圈(10)外表壁传动连接。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种耐磨轴承的生产工艺,其特征在于,多组所述磨片(20)均是通过螺丝与底座(9)顶部固定连接。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种耐磨轴承的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述固定环(14)与夹持环(15)相对面均固定安装有弹性垫层。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种耐磨轴承的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述支撑部一包括有固定安装有底座(9)顶部的支架一(16),所述支架一(16)水平一端通过环形设置的卡槽一(21)与定位环(12)内表壁滑动连接。
8.根据权利要求4所述的一种耐磨轴承的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述支撑部二包括有固定在底座(9)顶部的支架二(19),所述支架二(19)顶部通过环形设置的卡槽二(22)与转动圈(10)底部内表壁滑动连接,且至少三组所述支架二(19)在底座(9)顶部呈环形分布。
