Abstract
The invention discloses a gas-liquid separator with adjustable discharge flow, which comprises a separation barrel consisting of a straight barrel section and a conical section, wherein the top end of the straight barrel section and the bottom end of the conical section are respectively provided with an inlet pipe and a bottom flow port, the inlet pipe is arranged in the tangential direction of the side wall of the straight barrel section, the top of the separation barrel is provided with a sealing cover with an opening, the opening extends downwards to form a discharge pipe, the opening is also provided with a fixing frame, the fixing frame consists of three support rods which are connected with the sealing cover into a whole, the bottom end of the discharge pipe is provided with a discharge hole, a throttling cone is placed in the discharge hole, the throttling cone is provided with a cap edge with a diameter larger than the inner diameter of the discharge hole, a fixing rod is arranged in the throttling cone, the bottom end of the fixing rod is provided with a baffle plate with a diameter larger than a through hole, a spring sleeved on the fixing rod is arranged above the throttling cone, and the fixing rod is connected with the fixing frame on the gas-liquid separator; the invention utilizes the spring to adjust the position of the throttling cone under different pressures, changes the sectional area of the annular hole formed by the throttling cone and the discharge hole and can adjust the discharge flow.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to a gas-liquid separation device, and particularly relates to a gas-liquid separator with adjustable discharge flow.
Background
The aluminum silver oxide battery generates hydrogen and aluminate which can obstruct discharge when discharging, so a gas-liquid separator is needed to separate and discharge the hydrogen, and a certain amount of electrolyte is needed to be discharged and seawater or clean water is needed to be sucked to replace the electrolyte in order to reduce the concentration of the aluminate of the electrolyte.
The discharge hole of the existing gas-liquid separator has a fixed diameter, and the discharge flow of electrolyte under different pressures is difficult to control.

The gas-liquid separator with adjustable discharge flow is characterized in that a through hole for placing a fixing rod is formed in the middle of a cone of a throttling cone and sleeved on the fixing rod, the diameter of the through hole is larger than the outer diameter of the fixing rod and smaller than the diameter of a baffle, and the cone angle range of the cone is 10-80 degrees.
The gas-liquid separator with adjustable discharge flow has the spring bottom end part abutting against the top of the fixed rod throttling cone.
The fixed rod of the gas-liquid separator with adjustable discharge flow is concentric with the discharge hole, and the diameter of the fixed rod is smaller than that of the discharge hole.
The length of the part of the fixed rod of the gas-liquid separator, which is exposed out of the discharge hole, is larger than the height of the throttling cone.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention adopts the spring to adjust the position of the throttling cone under different pressures, changes the sectional area of the annular hole formed by the throttling cone and the discharge hole, and can adjust the discharge flow of the electrolyte. When the device is used, a gas-liquid mixture enters the conical separation barrel from the inlet pipe to form rotational flow, most of liquid flows out from the underflow port, gas and a small part of liquid are discharged from the discharge hole at the lower end of the discharge pipe, the throttling cone can move up and down along the fixed rod under the action of the spring, and an annular hole with the sectional area changing along with the flow rate is formed at the discharge hole, so that the liquid discharge amount is adjusted.

The technical solution of the present invention is described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the scope of the present invention is not limited to the embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the gas-liquid separator with adjustable discharge flow disclosed by the invention comprises a separation cylinder 2 composed of a straight cylinder section and a conical section from top to bottom, wherein the top end of the straight cylinder section and the bottom end of the conical section are respectively provided with an inlet pipe 1 and a bottom flow port 3, the inlet pipe 1 is arranged in the tangential direction of the side wall of the straight cylinder section, the top of the separation cylinder 2 is provided with a sealing cover with an opening, the opening extends downwards to form a discharge pipe 4, the opening is also provided with a fixing frame which is a three-fork structure composed of three supporting rods and is connected with the sealing cover into a whole, the bottom end of the discharge pipe 4 is provided with a discharge hole 7, a throttle cone 6 is placed in the discharge hole 7, the throttle cone 6 is provided with a cap edge 9 with a diameter larger than the inner diameter of the discharge hole 7, a fixing rod 8 is arranged in the throttle cone 6, the fixing rod 8 is concentric with the discharge hole 7, the diameter of the fixing rod 8 is smaller than the discharge hole 7, and the bottom end part of the fixing rod 8 is provided with a baffle plate 10, the length of the part of the fixed rod 8 exposed out of the discharge hole 7 is larger than the height of the throttling cone 6, a spring 5 sleeved on the fixed rod 8 is arranged above the throttling cone 6, the top of the spring 5 is limited by a fixing frame, the bottom end of the spring abuts against the top of the throttling cone 6 of the fixed rod, and the top end of the fixed rod 8 is connected with the fixing frame on the gas-liquid separator.

A discharge flow adjustable vapour and liquid separator which characterized in that: comprises a separating cylinder (2) composed of a straight cylinder section and a cone section from top to bottom, wherein an inlet pipe (1) and a bottom flow port (3) are respectively arranged at the top end of the straight cylinder section and the bottom end of the cone section, the inlet pipe (1) is arranged in the tangential direction of the side wall of the straight cylinder section, a sealing cover with an opening is arranged at the top of the separating cylinder (2), the opening extends downwards to form a discharge pipe (4), a fixing frame is further arranged at the opening part and consists of three support rods connected with the sealing cover into a whole, a discharge hole (7) is formed at the bottom end of the discharge pipe (4), a throttling cone (6) is placed in the discharge hole (7), the throttling cone (6) is provided with a cap edge (9) with a diameter larger than the inner diameter of the discharge hole (7), a fixing rod (8) is arranged in the throttling cone (6), a baffle plate (10) is arranged at the bottom end part of the fixing rod (8), and a spring (5) arranged above the throttling cone (6) and sleeved on the fixing rod (8), the top end part of the fixed rod (8) is connected with the fixed frame.
