Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides an attachment device for a climbing frame at a bay window structure and an installation method thereof, so as to solve the problem that the stability of the whole climbing frame is influenced because a longer section of the top of the climbing frame in the prior art cannot be attached and fixed in time.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides an attachment device for a scaffold at a bay window structure, the bay window structure including a lower bay window beam connected in alignment with a lower floor slab and an upper bay window beam disposed above the lower bay window beam, the attachment device comprising:
the supporting columns are vertically arranged on the lower floor slab and are close to the lower bay window beam, and the top ends of the supporting columns are higher than the top elevation of the upper bay window beam;
transversely locate horizontal pole on the support column, the tip stretches out with encorbelmenting the window structure that wafts forms the link, the link with climb a frame erection joint.
According to the invention, the support columns are arranged on the lower floor slab, the cross rods are arranged on the support columns, the climbing frame is attached and fixed on the lower floor slab through the support columns and the cross rods, and the attachment device can be installed on the lower floor slab after the lower floor slab is constructed, so that the top of the climbing frame can be attached and fixed in time, and the problem that the stability of the whole climbing frame is influenced because the climbing frame needs to be attached and fixed on the upper bay window beam, so that a longer section of the top of the climbing frame cannot be attached and fixed in time is solved.
The invention further improves the attachment device of the climbing frame at the bay window structure, and also comprises an inclined stay bar which is obliquely supported and connected between the connecting end and one side of the lower bay window beam close to the climbing frame.
The attachment device of the climbing frame at the bay window structure is further improved in that a fixed seat is arranged on one side, close to the climbing frame, of the lower bay window beam corresponding to the inclined support rod;
the fixed seat is hinged with the bottom end of the inclined strut.
A further improvement of the attachment means of the ramp at the bay of the bay window structure of the invention,
a pair of first ear plates are arranged on the fixed seat at intervals;
the bottom end of the diagonal brace is provided with a second ear plate;
the second ear plate is hinged with the pair of first ear plates through a rotating shaft.
A further improvement of the attachment means of the ramp at the bay of the bay window structure of the invention,
the top end of the inclined supporting rod is hinged with the connecting end through a shaft rod.
The invention further improves the attachment device of the climbing frame at the bay window structure, wherein one end of the cross rod, which is far away from the climbing frame, forms a hinged end;
the attaching device further comprises a diagonal member supported and connected obliquely between the hinge end and the lower floor.
The invention further improves the attachment device of the climbing frame at the bay window structure, and the lower floor slab is provided with a support corresponding to the diagonal draw bar;
the support is hinged with the bottom end of the diagonal draw bar.
A further improvement of the attachment means of the ramp at the bay of the bay window structure of the invention,
the top end of the diagonal draw bar is hinged with the hinged end through a hinged shaft.
The invention also provides an installation method of the attachment device of the climbing frame at the bay window structure, which comprises the following steps:
after a lower floor slab and a lower bay window beam are constructed, providing a support column, vertically arranging the support column above the lower floor slab and close to the lower bay window beam, and enabling the top end of the support column to be higher than the top elevation of an upper bay window beam;
and providing a cross rod, transversely arranging the cross rod on the support column, enabling the end part of the cross rod to stretch out in an overhanging way to form a connecting end outside the bay window structure, and connecting the connecting end with the climbing frame in an installing way.
The invention further improves the installation method of the attachment device of the climbing frame at the bay window structure, and is characterized by further comprising the following steps:
and providing a diagonal brace, and obliquely supporting and connecting the diagonal brace between the connecting end and one side, close to the climbing frame, of the lower bay window beam.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The invention provides an attachment device of a climbing frame at a bay window structure and an installation method thereof, which are used for attachment and fixation of the climbing frame in the climbing process. The climbing frame comprises supporting columns, cross rods, inclined supporting rods and inclined pulling rods, wherein an overhanging type attachment device is arranged on a lower floor slab through the supporting columns and the cross rods so as to attach and fix the climbing frame on the lower floor slab and a lower bay window beam, the attachment and fixation are not needed after the construction of an upper bay window beam and an upper floor slab is carried out, the top of the climbing frame can be attached and fixed in time, and the stability of the whole climbing frame is ensured.
The following describes the attachment device of the climbing frame at the bay window structure according to the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in the present embodiment, an attachment device for a scaffold at a bay window structure, the bay window structure including a lower bay window beam 20 connected in alignment with a lower floor slab 10 and an upper bay window beam disposed above the lower bay window beam 20, the attachment device includes: the supporting columns 40 are vertically arranged on the lower floor slab 10 and are arranged close to the lower bay window beam 20, and the top ends of the supporting columns are higher than the top elevation of the upper bay window beam; the transverse rod 50 is transversely arranged on the support column 40, the end part of the transverse rod extends out of the bay window structure in an overhanging way to form a connecting end, and the connecting end is connected with the climbing frame 30 in an installing way.
In the embodiment, the attachment device is provided with an overhanging type attachment device on the lower floor slab 10 through the support columns 40 and the cross rods 50 so as to attach and fix the climbing frame 30 on the lower floor slab 10, the climbing frame 30 does not need to be attached and fixed after the upper bay window beam and the upper floor slab are constructed, the top of the climbing frame 30 can be attached and fixed in time, and the stability of the whole climbing frame 30 is ensured.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in one embodiment, the attachment apparatus further includes diagonal braces 60 diagonally supported and connected between the attachment ends and the side of the squat window beam 20 adjacent the creeper 30.
Referring to fig. 1, further, a fixing seat 80 is provided at one side of the lower bay window beam 20 close to the climbing frame 30, corresponding to the inclined strut 60; the fixed seat 80 is hinged with the bottom end of the inclined strut 60.
Referring to fig. 1, further, a pair of first ear plates are disposed on the fixing base 80 at intervals; the bottom end of the diagonal brace 60 is provided with a second ear plate; the second ear plate is hinged with the pair of first ear plates through a rotating shaft.
Referring to fig. 1, further, the top end of the diagonal brace 60 is hinged to the connecting end through a shaft.
Referring to fig. 1, further, the top end of the diagonal brace 60 is provided with a third ear plate; the connecting end is hinged with the third ear plate through a shaft lever.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in one embodiment, an end of the crossbar 50 remote from the creel 30 forms a hinged end; the attachment means further comprises diagonal braces 70 diagonally supported and connected between the hinged end and the lower floor slab 10.
Referring to fig. 1, further, the top end of the diagonal draw bar 70 is hinged to the hinged end through a hinge shaft.
Referring to fig. 1, further, a fourth ear plate is disposed at the top end of the diagonal draw bar 70; the hinged end is hinged with the fourth ear plate through a hinged shaft.
Further, a support 90 is arranged on the lower floor slab 10 corresponding to the diagonal draw bar 70; the support 90 is hinged to the bottom end of the diagonal draw bar 70.
Referring to fig. 1, further, a pair of fifth ear plates are provided at intervals on the support 90; the bottom end of the diagonal draw bar 70 is provided with a sixth lug plate; the sixth ear plate is hinged with the pair of fifth ear plates through a connecting shaft.
The operation of the attachment device of the platform 30 to the bay window structure of the present invention will be described.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, after the lower floor slab 10 and the bay window beam 20 are constructed, the support columns 40 are erected on the lower floor slab 10 and are arranged close to the bay window beam 20, and the top ends of the support columns 40 are higher than the top level of the bay window beam. The cross bar 50 is transversely arranged on the support columns 40, so that one end of the cross bar 50 is positioned above the lower floor slab 10 to form a hinged end, and the other end of the cross bar 50 is cantilevered out of the floating window structure to form a connecting end. Diagonal braces 70 are diagonally supported and connected between the hinged ends and the lower floor 10. The connecting end is connected with the climbing frame 30. The diagonal brace 60 is diagonally supported and connected between the connection end and the side of the lower bay window beam 20 close to the creel 30. After the attachment device is installed, the upper floating window beam, the upper floating window plate, the upper floor slab and the upper wall body are constructed.
The invention also provides a method for installing the attachment device of the climbing frame 30 at the bay window structure, which comprises the following steps:
referring to fig. 1 and 2, after a lower floor slab 10 and a lower bay window beam 20 are constructed, a support column 40 is provided, the support column 40 is erected on the lower floor slab 10 and is arranged close to the lower bay window beam 20, and the top end of the support column 40 is higher than the top mark of the upper bay window beam;
providing a cross bar 50, transversely arranging the cross bar 50 on the support columns 40, enabling the end part of the cross bar 50 to extend out of the bay window structure in an overhanging manner to form a connecting end, and installing and connecting the connecting end with the climbing frame 30.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in one particular embodiment, the installation method further comprises the steps of:
diagonal braces 60 are provided and the diagonal braces 60 are diagonally supported and connected between the connection ends and the side of the lower bay window beam 20 adjacent to the creel 30.
Referring to fig. 1, further, when the inclined strut 60 is connected to the side of the lower bay window beam 20 close to the creel 30, a fixing seat 80 is provided, and the fixing seat 80 is provided on the side of the lower bay window beam 20 close to the creel 30; the fixed seat 80 is hinged with the bottom end of the inclined strut 60.
Referring to fig. 1, further, a pair of first ear plates are disposed on the fixing base 80 at intervals; the bottom end of the diagonal strut 60 is provided with a second ear plate.
When the fixing seats 80 are hinged to the bottom ends of the diagonal braces 60, the second ear plate of the diagonal brace 60 is hinged to the first ear plates of the pair of fixing seats 80 through the rotating shaft.
Referring to fig. 1, further, the top end of the diagonal brace 60 is hinged to the connecting end through a shaft.
Referring to fig. 1, further, the top end of the diagonal brace 60 is provided with a third ear plate; when the inclined supporting rod 60 is connected with the connecting end in an installing mode, the connecting end is connected with the third ear plate in a hinged mode through the shaft rod.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in one embodiment, an end of the crossbar 50 remote from the creel 30 forms a hinged end;
diagonal braces 70 are provided to support and connect the diagonal braces 70 diagonally between the hinge ends and the lower floor 10.
Referring to fig. 1, further, the top end of the diagonal draw bar 70 is hinged to the hinged end through a hinge shaft.
Referring to fig. 1, further, a fourth ear plate is disposed at the top end of the diagonal draw bar 70; when the diagonal member 70 is connected to the hinge end, the hinge end is hinged to the fourth ear plate of the diagonal member 70 through the hinge shaft.
Referring to fig. 1, further, when the diagonal draw bar 70 is installed and connected to the lower floor 10, a support 90 is provided, the support 90 is installed on the lower floor 10, and the support 90 is hinged to the bottom end of the diagonal draw bar 70.
Referring to fig. 1, further, a pair of fifth ear plates are provided at intervals on the support 90; the bottom end of the diagonal member 70 is provided with a sixth ear plate.
When the brackets 90 are hinged to the bottom ends of the diagonal members 70, the sixth lug plate of the diagonal member 70 is hinged to the fifth lug plates of the pair of brackets 90 via a connecting shaft.
