step four: the plate arrangement conveying chain is used for supporting the anode plates for washing to the position of the anode plate extraction hook at the lower part of the plate lifting rack;
step five: the anode plate extraction hook lifts the group of washed anode plates, and the washing roller drives the motor to drive the flexible washing roller to rotate in the lifting process so as to wash anode mud on the anode plates;
step six: the cleaning process is completed when the anode plate is lifted and put down by the plate lifting device, the flexible cleaning roller drives the cleaning sheet to rotate, the anode mud surface of the anode plate is cleaned when the anode plate moves up and down, and the cleaning process is completed when the anode plate is completely put down by the plate lifting device;
step seven: the washed anode plate is conveyed out of the station by the plate arrangement and output device and then dispatched by the crane.
9. The flexible anode scrap washing process for the lead anode plate according to claim 8, wherein in the fifth step, the washing process of the anode mud on the anode plate is as follows: the flexible washing roller is rotated, the flexible washing sheet is driven to rotate, the washing sheet moves on the flexible washing roller, the washing sheet is rotated by the aid of centrifugal force obtained by the rotation of the flexible washing roller and is perpendicular to the flexible washing roller, the washing sheet is used for beating anode mud of the anode plate under the driving of the rotation of the flexible washing roller, the beating force is changed according to the rotating speed of the flexible washing roller, so that the flexible washing roller is adapted to various different anode mud, the beating force of the washing sheet is moderate by adjusting the rotating speed of the flexible washing roller, the anode mud is beaten and scraped, the anode mud is beaten and washed from the anode plate, and due to the fact that the anode mud and the lead plate are different in nature, the washing sheet can give way when being used on the lead plate, and therefore the lead plate cannot be damaged.
10. The flexible anode scrap washing process according to claim 8, wherein in step five, four sets of flexible washing rollers rotate simultaneously to wash four sides of two anode plates.
