Abstract
The invention belongs to the field of ceramic tile production, and particularly relates to a production process of a mosaic ceramic tile imitating wood grains and stone grains, which comprises the following steps: s1: carrying out ink-jet printing on the raw materials by an ink-jet printing device to form wood grains and stone grains; s2: putting the raw materials into a silk-screen printing device to perform silk-screen printing on the raw materials, and further improving the fidelity of wood grains and stone grains; s3: drying the raw material after silk screen printing by using a drying device, and then polishing the surface of the raw material; s4: coating the dried and polished raw materials, and then cutting the raw materials by using a cutting device; cleaning and polishing the raw materials before performing ink-jet printing on the raw materials in S1 to prevent impurities such as scratches and dust on the raw materials from influencing the ink-jet effect, wherein the raw materials in S1 are made of PVC and PET composite boards; the production process can effectively improve the simulation degree of the mosaic ceramic tile with wood grain and stone grain.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of ceramic tile production, in particular to a production process of a mosaic ceramic tile imitating wood grains and stone grains.
Background
The mosaic tile is a decorative material which is commonly used for being paved on the wall surface, the ground surface and the like of a toilet, the mosaic is one of the oldest known decorative arts, and the mosaic tile is smaller, more colorful than a normal tile by using small tiles or small ceramic block combination to form patterns.
With the development of society and the progress of technology, mosaic tiles have been greatly developed and have various types, such as ceramic mosaics, glass mosaics, crystal mosaics, shell mosaics, marble mosaics, jade mosaics, crystal mosaics, metal mosaics, and the like, and different mosaic tiles have different properties.
The mosaic ceramic tile with the simulated wood grains or the stone grains produced by the existing production process has poor fidelity, cannot well replace original wood or stone, has larger grain and color difference than the original wood or stone, has low fidelity, and is easy to be distinguished by people as not being real wood grains or stone grains; therefore, the production process of the mosaic ceramic tile imitating wood grains and stone grains is provided aiming at the problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a production process of a wood-grain and stone-grain imitated mosaic ceramic tile, aiming at overcoming the defects of the prior art and solving the problem that most of the wood-grain or stone-grain imitated mosaic ceramic tiles produced by the existing production process have poor fidelity.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: the invention relates to a production process of a mosaic ceramic tile imitating wood grains and stone grains, which comprises the following steps:
s1: carrying out ink-jet printing on the raw materials by an ink-jet printing device to form wood grains and stone grains;
s2: putting the raw materials into a silk-screen printing device to perform silk-screen printing on the raw materials, and further improving the fidelity of wood grains and stone grains;
s3: drying the raw material after silk screen printing by using a drying device, and then polishing the surface of the raw material;
s4: and coating the dried and polished raw materials, and then cutting the raw materials by using a cutting device.
Preferably, the raw material is firstly cleaned and polished before the raw material is subjected to inkjet printing in S1, so that the effect of ink jetting due to impurities such as scratches and dust on the raw material is prevented, and the scratches on the outer side of the raw material are polished to be flat by the raw material polishing and removing device during transportation so as to prevent the paint surface from cracking.
Preferably, the raw material in S1 is a PVC and PET composite board, PVC is a polymer obtained by polymerizing Vinyl Chloride Monomer (VCM) with initiators such as peroxides and azo compounds or under the action of light and heat according to a radical polymerization mechanism, PVC has good mechanical properties, can bear tensile strength of about 60MPa, 5-10 kJ/m2 impact strength, and has excellent dielectric properties, PET has good physical and mechanical properties in a wide temperature range, and a long-term use temperature of 120 ℃, and has good electrical insulation properties, and under high temperature and high frequency, the electrical properties of the tile are still good, creep resistance, fatigue resistance, friction resistance and dimensional stability are good, and the tile is not easily damaged in long-term use.
Preferably, when the raw material is subjected to ink jet in S1, the base color of wood grains and stone grains is firstly sprayed on the raw material, then the raw material is waited for 25-30min, after the base color is dried, the wood grains and stone grains are continuously sprayed on the base color, the raw material is dried again, and the raw material is sprayed twice to make the grains more real and three-dimensional.

Preferably, in the step S3, the drying temperature is 60-80 ℃ and the drying time is 20-30min when the raw material is dried, and the drying for 20-30min can ensure that the painted surface after silk-screen printing is completely dried, so as to prevent the painted surface from adhering to the film or falling off during the next processing.
Preferably, the coating film in S4 is made of a PE protective film, and the surface of the tile can be effectively protected by using the PE protective film, so as to prevent the paint surfaces from scratching due to mutual friction during transportation.

In S1, before the raw material is subjected to inkjet printing, the raw material is first cleaned and polished to prevent impurities such as scratches and dust on the raw material from affecting the inkjet effect.
The raw material in the S1 is a PVC and PET composite board;

In the step S3, the drying temperature is 60-80 ℃ and the drying time is 20-30min when the raw material is dried;
when the silk-screen printing machine works, the painted surface after silk-screen printing can be completely dried after 20-30min of drying, and the condition that the painted surface is adhered to a film or falls off when the next processing is carried out is prevented.
The coating film in the S4 is made of a PE protective film;
during operation, the protection film through using the PE material can effectually protect the surface of ceramic tile, prevents that the painted surface from scraping the condition of flower because of rubbing each other and producing in the in-process of transportation.
The working principle is as follows: carry out the inkjet through inkjet printing device to the raw materials and print, form wood grain and stone grain, put into the silk screen printing device with the raw materials again and carry out the silk screen printing to the raw materials, further improve the fidelity of wood grain and stone grain, then use drying device to carry out the drying to the raw materials after the silk screen printing processing, polish the surface of raw materials again, carry out the coating film to the raw materials of drying and polishing completion immediately, then use cutting device to cut the raw materials.
