The locking arm (66) is fixedly connected with a second bolt (67), the head of the second bolt (67) is located at the inner side of the locking arm (66), and the angle of the locking arm (66) is adjusted by rotating the third handle (63), so that the second bolt (67) at the inner side of the locking arm (66) is abutted to the locomotive cab chassis (101).
