The first assembling plate 101, the first structural plate 104, the second assembling plate 102 and the second structural plate 105 are sequentially connected, so that the first sub-part 100 is stable in structure and can provide support for the first brush rod 103, the first wringing roller 106 and the spraying structure which are arranged in the first sub-part. The first assembly plate 101, the third structural plate 204, the second assembly plate 102 and the fourth structural plate 205 are connected in sequence, so that the second sub-assembly 200 is stable in structure and can provide support for the second brush rod 203, the second wringing roller 206 and the spraying structure arranged in the second sub-assembly.
It should be noted that corresponding first wringing roller slots 210 are arranged on the first assembling plate 101 and the second assembling plate 102, and correspondingly, both ends of the first wringing roller 106 penetrate through the first wringing roller slots 210.
It should be noted that corresponding second wringing roller slots 211 are arranged on the third assembly plate 201 and the fourth assembly plate 202, and correspondingly, both ends of the second wringing roller 206 penetrate through the second wringing roller slots 211.

The rolling mill cleaning device can enable the spray beam 302 to rotate through the angle adjusting mechanism according to the thickness of the rolled plate, and adjust the area aligned with the spray nozzles 306 on the spray beam 302, so that the cleaning liquid can accurately reach the contact area of the first brush roll 103 and the rolled plate and the contact area of the second brush roll 203 and the rolled plate, and the oil stain removal efficiency of the surface of the rolled plate is improved.
In this embodiment, the spray beam 302 is a first pipe with an open end and a closed end, and the open end of the spray beam 302 is an input end; the nozzle 306 is a second tube body communicated with the first tube body, and the aperture of the second tube body is smaller than that of the first tube body.
The aperture of the second pipe body is smaller than that of the first pipe body, so that the cleaning liquid can be conveniently fed to the contact area of the brush roller and the rolling plate.
Specifically, the first pipe body is a galvanized pipe with one closed end and the specification of DN50, and the second pipe body is a galvanized pipe which is welded on the DN50 galvanized pipe and communicated with the DN50 galvanized pipe and the specification of DN 15. In other embodiments, the spray beam and the spray nozzle may be tubular bodies of other sizes and materials. In another embodiment, the spray beam and the spray nozzle can also be other structures which can conduct the cleaning liquid.
It should be noted that the spray beam 302 is rotatably disposed between the first adapter plate 101 and the second adapter plate 102, and between the third adapter plate 201 and the fourth adapter plate 202 through bearings.
During the operation of the rolled plate cleaning device, the cleaning liquid sprayed from the nozzle 306 is in the shape of fan-shaped column or cone.
In this embodiment, the distance from the nozzle 306 to the surface of the rolled sheet is between 10cm and 25 cm.
In this embodiment, the spacing between adjacent nozzles 306 on the spray beam 302 should not be too large or too small. If the interval is too large, the cleaning liquid provided by the nozzle 306 is difficult to cover the whole layout, and the cleaning effect of the board surface is affected. In this embodiment, the spray beam 302 has a spacing between adjacent nozzles 306 of 5cm to 15 cm.
In this embodiment, the included angle between the nozzle 306 and the vertical direction is not too large. If the included angle is too large, the installation of the spray beam 302 and the spraying of the whole plate surface are difficult, and in the embodiment, the included angle between the spray nozzle 306 and the vertical direction is less than 10 degrees.
In the embodiment, for the rolled plate with the thickness of more than 1mm, the spraying pressure of the cleaning liquid provided by the spraying mechanism and the surface of the rolled plate is 0.2 to 0.6 Mpa; if the spraying pressure is too low, the effect of fully cleaning the plate surface cannot be achieved, and if the spraying pressure is too high, the plate type fluctuation of the rolled plate in rolling is influenced. For the rolled plate with the thickness less than 1mm, the spraying pressure of the cleaning liquid provided by the spraying mechanism is between 0.1 and 0.4 MPa; if the spraying pressure is too low, the effect of fully cleaning the surface of the rolled plate cannot be achieved, and if the spraying pressure is too high, the plate shape fluctuation in the rolling process is influenced.
It should be noted that, when the rolled plate cleaning device works, the flow rate of the single spray beam 302 is not too small, if the flow rate is too small, oil stains are not removed completely, a white spot exists on the plate surface, and the flow rate of the single spray beam 302 is larger than 10m3/h。
The spraying mechanism further comprises: supply liquid module, with the input of spray beam 302 is connected, supply liquid module includes: a liquid storage tank 304; a water pump (not shown) having an input end located in the reservoir 304; a first cleaning pipe 305, wherein a first end of the first cleaning pipe 305 is connected with an output end of the water pump; a demultiplexer 307 connected to a second end of the first cleaning pipe 305; a plurality of second scavenge pipes 303, it is a plurality of the first end of second scavenge pipe 303 respectively with a plurality of output of demultiplexing adapter 307 is connected, it is a plurality of the second end of second scavenge pipe 303 with the input of spraying roof beam 302 is connected.
In this embodiment, the effective volume of the liquid storage tank 304 is 1 cubic meter. The liquid storage tank 304 is formed by welding steel plates with the thickness of 6 mm.
In this embodiment, the water pump is located in the reservoir tank for supplying the cleaning fluid in the reservoir tank 304 to the spray beam 302.

In the output direction of the rolled plate, two first spray beams 3021 are respectively arranged at the side parts of the first brush roll 103, two second spray beams 3022 are respectively arranged at the side parts of the second brush roll 203, during the cleaning process, cleaning liquid is supplied to the front and back contact areas of the first brush roll 103 and the second brush roll 203 and the rolled plate through the spray beams 302 and the nozzles 306 arranged thereon, and oil stains on the surface of the rolled plate can be easily removed without dead angles under the action of the first brush roll 103 and the second brush roll 203.
In other embodiments, the number of the first spray beams is one, and the first spray beams are located downstream of the second brush roller in the output direction of the rolling plate; the number of the second spray beams is one, and the second spray beams are located at the downstream of the first brush roller in the output direction of the rolling plate.
In this embodiment, the number of the spray beams 302 is four; correspondingly, a branch multichannel adapter 307 is a branch four ways adapter, the input of a branch four ways adapter is connected with the output of water pump through a first scavenge pipe 305, four outputs of a branch four ways adapter are connected with the input of four spray beams 302 through second scavenge pipe 305.
The rolled plate cleaning device further comprises: the first wringing roller 106 is located at the downstream of the first brush roller 103 in the plate rolling output direction, the first wringing roller 106 extends between the first supporting body 401 and the second supporting body 402 along the first direction, and two ends of the first wringing roller 106 are respectively arranged on the first supporting body 401 and the second supporting body 402. The second wringing roller 206 corresponds to the first wringing roller 106, is located at the downstream of the second brushing roller 206 in the plate output direction, the second wringing roller 206 extends between the first supporting body 401 and the second supporting body 402 along the first direction, and two ends of the second wringing roller 206 are respectively arranged on the first supporting body 401 and the second supporting body 402.
In this embodiment, the first wringing roller 106 and the second wringing roller 206 are located downstream of the first brush roller 103 and the second brush roller 203206, when the plate rolling cleaning device works, the first wringing roller 106 and the second wringing roller 206 are both in contact with the rolled plate by adjusting the distance between the first partition 100 and the second partition 200 in the vertical direction, the first wringing roller 106 and the second wringing roller 206 can absorb the residual cleaning liquid on the two surfaces of the rolled plate, the liquid carrying amount on the two surfaces of the rolled plate can be reduced, and the rolled plate is not easy to have a layer during the subsequent rolling process, so that the rolled plate is prevented from being scratched.
In this embodiment, the material of the surface of each of the first wringing roller 106 and the second wringing roller 206 includes nitrile rubber.
It should be noted that, when the rolled sheet cleaning apparatus is in operation, the pressure between the first wringing roller 106 and the second wringing roller 206 should not be too high or too low. If the pressure is too high, the loss of the first wringing roller 106 and the second wringing roller 206 is increased, and the service life of the first wringing roller 106 and the second wringing roller 206 is reduced. If the pressure is too low, the first wringing roller 106 and the second wringing roller 206 slip with the surface of the rolled plate, and even the wringing effect is poor. In this embodiment, when the rolled sheet cleaning apparatus is in operation, the pressure between the first wringing roller 106 and the second wringing roller 206 is 0.2Mpa to 0.5 Mpa.
It should be noted that the rolled sheet cleaning apparatus further includes: and the water suction roller structure is rotatably arranged between the first support body 401 and the second support body 402, and the water suction roller structure is contacted with the first wringing roller 106 and the second wringing roller 206.
The water absorbing roller structure is in contact with the first wringing roller 106 and the second wringing roller 206 and is used for absorbing water in the first wringing roller 106 and the second wringing roller 206, so that the water content of the first wringing roller 106 and the second wringing roller 206 is reduced, in the process that the first wringing roller 106 and the second wringing roller 206 are in contact with the rolled plate, the first wringing roller 106 and the second wringing roller 206 can better absorb residual cleaning liquid on the surface of the rolled plate, the liquid carrying amount of the two surfaces of the rolled plate can be reduced, in the subsequent rolling process of the rolled plate, the rolled plate is not easy to have a layer, and the rolled plate is prevented from being scratched.
In this embodiment, the suction roll structure includes a single suction roll 212. In other embodiments, the suction roll structure may further comprise a plurality of contacting suction rolls. During the cleaning process, suction roll 212 rotates with first wringer roll 106 and second wringer roll 206.
The rolled plate cleaning device further comprises: and a receiving plate (not shown) located upstream of the second brush roller 203 and the first brush roller 103 in the plate output direction, both sides of the receiving plate being connected to the first support 401 and the second support 402, respectively.
The material receiving plate is used for receiving the rolling plate and is prepared for entering between the first brush roller 103 and the second brush roller 203 for cleaning.

Claims (19)

1. A rolled sheet cleaning apparatus for cleaning a rolled sheet, comprising:
a support structure comprising a first support and a second support arranged in parallel and opposite in a first direction;
the first brush roll extends along the first direction, and two ends of the first brush roll are respectively arranged between the first supporting body and the second supporting body;
the second brush roller corresponds to the first brush roller, extends along the first direction, and is respectively arranged between the first supporting body and the second supporting body at two ends;
and the spraying mechanism is arranged between the first support body and the second support body and is used for providing cleaning liquid in the cleaning process of the first brush roll and the second brush roll.
2. The rolled sheet washing apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising: the first wringing roller is positioned at the downstream of the first brush roller in the output direction of the rolled plate, extends between the first supporting body and the second supporting body along the first direction, and two ends of the first wringing roller are respectively arranged on the first supporting body and the second supporting body;
and the second wringing roller corresponds to the first wringing roller, is positioned at the downstream of the second brush roller in the output direction of the rolled plate, extends between the first supporting body and the second supporting body along the first direction, and two ends of the second wringing roller are respectively arranged on the first supporting body and the second supporting body.
3. The rolled sheet washing apparatus according to claim 1 or 2, comprising:
a first sub-section including a first fitting plate and a second fitting plate which are arranged in parallel and opposite to each other in a first direction;
the second sub-part comprises a third assembling plate and a fourth assembling plate which are parallel to each other in the first direction and are oppositely arranged; the spraying mechanism is rotatably arranged between the first assembling plate and the second assembling plate, and between the third assembling plate and the fourth assembling plate.

The rolled sheet cleaning apparatus according to claim 3, wherein the spray mechanism located between the third assembling plate and the fourth assembling plate is a first spray mechanism, and the spray mechanism located between the first supporting body and the second supporting body is a second spray mechanism;
the number of the first spraying mechanisms is two, and the first spraying mechanisms are respectively arranged on the side parts of the second brush rolls in the output direction of the rolled plate; the number of the second spraying mechanisms is two, and the second spraying mechanisms are respectively arranged on the side parts of the first brush rolls in the output direction of the rolling plate;
or the number of the first spraying mechanisms is one, and the first spraying mechanisms are positioned at the downstream of the second brush roller in the output direction of the rolling plate; the number of the second spraying mechanisms is one, and the second spraying mechanisms are positioned at the downstream of the first brush roller in the output direction of the rolling plate.
5. The rolled sheet cleaning apparatus according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the spray mechanism comprises: a spray beam;
the nozzles are arranged on the spray beam at intervals in the first direction;
the output end of the angle adjusting mechanism is fixedly connected with one end of the spraying beam and used for rotating the spraying beam.
6. The rolled sheet cleaning apparatus according to claim 5, wherein the shower beam is a first pipe body having an open end and a closed end, and the open end of the shower beam is an input end;
the nozzle is a second pipe body communicated with the first pipe body, and the aperture of the second pipe body is smaller than that of the first pipe body.

11. The rolled sheet cleaning apparatus according to claim 10, further comprising:
the first telescopic adjusting mechanism is positioned on the first supporting body, and the output end of the first telescopic adjusting mechanism is connected with the rotating power mechanism at the first end of the first brush roll;
the second telescopic adjusting mechanism is located on the second supporting body, and the output end of the second telescopic adjusting mechanism is rotatably connected with the second end of the first brush roll.
12. The rolled sheet cleaning apparatus according to claim 10 or 11, wherein each of said first and second telescopic adjustment mechanisms comprises a pneumatic cylinder.
13. The rolled sheet washing apparatus according to claim 2, further comprising:
and the second telescopic adjusting mechanism is positioned at two ends of the second wringing roller, and the output end of the second telescopic adjusting mechanism is rotatably connected with two ends of the second wringing roller.
14. The rolled sheet cleaning apparatus according to claim 13, further comprising:
and the second telescopic adjusting mechanism is positioned at two ends of the first wringing roller, and the output end of the second telescopic adjusting mechanism is rotatably connected with two ends of the first wringing roller.
