Abstract

本发明公开了一种充电枪用开关结构,包括:按键电子开关,所述按键电子开关为贴片开关;PCB板,所述贴片开关通过SMT工艺贴装于PCB板上;充电枪壳体,所述PCB板固定于充电枪壳体内,充电枪壳体在与贴片开关相对应处开设有按键孔;防水按键部件,所述防水按键部件设置在按键孔处,用于实现对贴片开关的启闭。本发明通过选用贴片开关,集成在枪身内的PCB板上,大大节省了操作时间和成本,同时配合相应结构,保证了防水性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及新能源充电系统技术领域,具体涉及一种充电枪用开关结构。
背景技术
目前主流的充电枪开关设计均为单独的开关系统部件,需要螺钉与枪身固定、焊接连接线等步骤,操作繁琐成本高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种充电枪用开关结构。以期解决背景技术中存在的技术问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种充电枪用开关结构,包括:按键电子开关,所述按键电子开关为贴片开关;PCB板,所述贴片开关通过SMT工艺贴装于PCB板上;充电枪壳体,所述PCB板固定于充电枪壳体内,充电枪壳体在与贴片开关相对应处开设有按键孔;防水按键部件,所述防水按键部件设置在按键孔处,用于实现对贴片开关的启闭。
在一些实施例中,所述防水按键部件包括弹簧、防水按键帽、锁紧部件,所述弹簧设置在按键孔内,弹簧的低端置于贴片开关上,防水按键帽置于弹簧的顶端,且防水按键帽通过锁紧部件锁紧在充电枪壳体上。
在一些实施例中,所述防水按键帽的底部设有突出的圆台,所述锁紧部件包括锁紧盖板,所述锁紧盖板置于圆台上,所述锁紧盖板通过紧固件将圆台一同固定在充电枪壳体上。
在一些实施例中,所述圆台上在与紧固件相配合处设有避让凹槽,锁紧盖板在与避让凹槽处相对应出开设有过孔,紧固件通过过孔和避让凹槽锁紧在充电枪壳体上。

在本申请的实施例中,如图1-2所示,充电枪用开关结构可以包括:按键电子开关,PCB板6,充电枪壳体7,防水按键部件,所述按键电子开关为贴片开关5;所述贴片开关5通过SMT工艺贴装于PCB板6上,同时实现电气连接;所述PCB板6固定于充电枪壳体7内,充电枪壳体7在与贴片开关5相对应处开设有按键孔;所述防水按键部件设置在按键孔处,用于实现对贴片开关5的启闭。即实现了充电枪开关的安装固定、电气连接和防水性能。
在一些实施例中,所述防水按键部件包括弹簧4、防水按键帽3、锁紧部件,所述弹簧4设置在按键孔内,弹簧4的低端置于贴片开关5上,防水按键帽3置于弹簧4的顶端,且防水按键帽3通过锁紧部件锁紧在充电枪壳体7上。通过上述结构实现了贴片开关5按压回弹手感。
在一些实施例中,所述防水按键帽3的底部设有突出的圆台,所述锁紧部件包括锁紧盖板2,所述锁紧盖板2置于圆台上,所述锁紧盖板2通过紧固件1将圆台一同固定在充电枪壳体7上。凸出的圆台为防水裙边,具有较好的防水性能,同时又能作为连接部将防水按键帽3固定。
在一些实施例中,所述圆台上在与紧固件1相配合处设有避让凹槽,锁紧盖板2在与避让凹槽处相对应出开设有过孔,紧固件1通过过孔和避让凹槽锁紧在充电枪壳体7上。这种避让凹槽防止直接在圆台上开孔,防止破坏圆台结构,使得防水性能失效。
本申请所披露的充电枪用开关结构可能带来的有益效果包括但不限于:本发明通过选用贴片开关5,集成在枪身内的PCB板6上,大大节省了操作时间和成本,同时配合相应结构,保证了防水性能。

1.一种充电枪用开关结构,其特征在于,包括:
按键电子开关,所述按键电子开关为贴片开关;
PCB板,所述贴片开关通过SMT工艺贴装于PCB板上;
充电枪壳体,所述PCB板固定于充电枪壳体内,充电枪壳体在与贴片开关相对应处开设有按键孔;
防水按键部件,所述防水按键部件设置在按键孔处,用于实现对贴片开关的启闭。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种充电枪用开关结构,其特征在于,所述防水按键部件包括弹簧、防水按键帽、锁紧部件,所述弹簧设置在按键孔内,弹簧的低端置于贴片开关上,防水按键帽置于弹簧的顶端,且防水按键帽通过锁紧部件锁紧在充电枪壳体上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种充电枪用开关结构,其特征在于,所述防水按键帽的底部设有突出的圆台,所述锁紧部件包括锁紧盖板,所述锁紧盖板置于圆台上,所述锁紧盖板通过紧固件将圆台一同固定在充电枪壳体上。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种充电枪用开关结构,其特征在于,所述圆台上在与紧固件相配合处设有避让凹槽,锁紧盖板在与避让凹槽处相对应出开设有过孔,紧固件通过过孔和避让凹槽锁紧在充电枪壳体上。
