本发明公开了多功能高压充气阀,包括阀体、阀针,所述阀体下端孔内从下至上依次设置有内六角限位螺母、弹簧B、密封球、密封球阀座,所述阀体上端孔内从下至上依次设置有O型圈A、内六角固定螺母、弹簧A、阀针导套、顶杆螺母;阀针从上至下依次穿过顶杆螺母、阀针导套、弹簧A、内六角固定螺母、O型圈A、阀体中部、密封球阀座;所述阀针顶端设置有顶杆,所述顶杆上端穿过顶杆螺母与手轮相连接;所述密封球下部阀体一侧面连接有逆止阀。本发明结构新颖合理,自动卸压,使用便捷,充放一体,适用范围广。

技术领域
本发明涉及充气阀领域,尤其涉及一种多功能高压充气阀。
背景技术
充气阀作为高压压缩空气储气系统的关键控制阀门,应用较为普遍。充气阀进气端接空气压缩机,经由逆止单元,通过出口端向 高压储气罐充气。逆止阀可以确保高压气体的单向流动特性,防止在空压机停止供气的情况下高压气体反向回流。现有技术中充气阀在对小气瓶、汽车轮胎等高压空气灌充,充气完成后,需手动卸除软管中残信息留的高压空气,操作麻烦,使用不方便。
发明内容
本发明的目是解决上述技术问题,提供一种多功能高压充气阀。
为了实现上述技术目的,达到上述的技术要求,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
多功能高压充气阀,包括阀体、阀针,其特征在于:所述阀体下端孔内从下至上依次设置有内六角限位螺母、弹簧B、密封球、密封球阀座,所述阀体上端孔内从下至上依次设置有O型圈A、内六角固定螺母、弹簧A、阀针导套、顶杆螺母;阀针从上至下依次穿过顶杆螺母、阀针导套、弹簧A、内六角固定螺母、O型圈A、阀体中部、密封球阀座;所述阀针顶端设置有顶杆,所述顶杆上端穿过顶杆螺母与手轮相连接;所述密封球下部阀体一侧面连接有逆止阀。
优选的:所述阀体下部侧面设置有充气孔,所述充气孔与阀体下端内孔相通,所述充气孔与逆止阀相通;所述阀体下端设置有连接储气罐的螺纹;所述阀体中部侧面设置有出气连接口和压力表安装口。
优选的:所述顶杆通过螺纹与顶杆螺母连接。
优选的:所述阀针导套与阀体通过螺纹连接。
本发明结构新颖合理,操作方便,自动卸压,使用便捷,充放一体,适用范围广。

下面对本发明作进一步说明。
参照附图,多功能高压充气阀,包括阀体10、阀针5,其特征在于:所述阀体10下端孔内从下至上依次设置有内六角限位螺母11、弹簧B12、密封球14、密封球阀座9,所述阀体10上端孔内从下至上依次设置有O型圈A8、内六角固定螺母7、弹簧A6、阀针导套4、顶杆螺母3;阀针5从上至下依次穿过顶杆螺母3、阀针导套4、弹簧A6、内六角固定螺母7、O型圈A8、阀体10中部、密封球阀座9;所述阀针5顶端设置有顶杆2,所述顶杆2上端穿过顶杆螺母3与手轮1相连接;所述密封球14下部阀体10一侧面连接有逆止阀13。
本优选实施例中,所述阀体10下部侧面设置有充气孔,所述充气孔与阀体10下端内孔相通,所述充气孔与逆止阀13相通;所述阀体10下端设置有连接储气罐的螺纹;所述阀体10中部侧面设置有出气连接口102和压力表安装口101。
本优选实施例中,所述顶杆2通过螺纹与顶杆螺母3连接。
本优选实施例中,所述阀针导套4与阀体10通过螺纹连接。
本发明的具体实施,对储气罐充气时,将储气罐与阀体下端螺纹连接,手轮旋转到最上方,阀针在弹簧A6的作用下,向上移动,弹簧B12将密封球14顶紧在密封球阀座9上,将密封球阀座9内孔密封;然后将充气机通过管路与逆止阀相连接,开始对储气罐充气。出气口对小气瓶灌充气体时,旋转手轮向下,当阀针上A段51下移与阀体中部O型圈A相吻合时,气体不会向上跑,阀针向下将密封球14下移,打开气体向上通道,即可通过接头对小气瓶、轮胎、气动发射器、气垫等灌充气体。反向旋转手轮,手轮向上,阀针上移,密封球关闭密封球阀座通道,当圆锥面52离开阀体中部O型圈A时,出气口余压向上,自动卸压。

1.多功能高压充气阀,包括阀体(10)、阀针(5),其特征在于:所述阀体(10)下端孔内从下至上依次设置有内六角限位螺母(11)、弹簧B(12)、密封球(14)、密封球阀座(9),所述阀体(10)上端孔内从下至上依次设置有O型圈A(8)、内六角固定螺母(7)、弹簧A(6)、阀针导套(4)、顶杆螺母(3);阀针(5)从上至下依次穿过顶杆螺母(3)、阀针导套(4)、弹簧A(6)、内六角固定螺母(7)、O型圈A(8)、阀体(10)中部、密封球阀座(9);所述阀针(5)顶端设置有顶杆(2),所述顶杆(2)上端穿过顶杆螺母(3)与手轮(1)相连接;所述密封球(14)下部阀体(10)一侧面连接有逆止阀(13);所述阀体(10)下部侧面设置有充气孔,所述充气孔与阀体(10)下端内孔相通,所述充气孔与逆止阀(13)相通;所述阀体(10)下端设置有连接储气罐的螺纹;所述阀体(10)中部侧面设置有出气连接口(102)和压力表安装口(101)。
