Abstract
The invention relates to the field of tire manufacturing, in particular to a tire fiber curtain machine and a positive and negative coiling device thereof, which comprises a bottom plate, a main clutch, a first auxiliary clutch, a second auxiliary clutch, a bottom plate sliding table and a bottom plate pushing device; the main clutch is positioned between the first auxiliary clutch and the second auxiliary clutch; the main clutch is connected with a driving motor which drives the main clutch to rotate around the axis of the main clutch; when the main clutch is matched with one of the first auxiliary clutch and the second auxiliary clutch at the same time, one group of the main clutch is used for forward coiling, and the other group of the main clutch is used for reverse coiling; the forward coiling is the same as the rotation direction of the two clutches, and the reverse coiling is opposite to the rotation direction of the two clutches; the lower part of the bottom plate is arranged on the bottom plate sliding table in a sliding mode, the sliding direction of the bottom plate is consistent with the length direction of the bottom plate, and the bottom plate sliding table is provided with a bottom plate pushing device. Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of tire manufacturing, in particular to a tire fiber curtain machine and a front and back coiling device thereof.
Background
Currently, two curling stations are provided in a tire fiber cord fabric cutting machine, and a positive-negative curling mode is adopted respectively, so that the positive direction curling is that the rotation directions of two winding rollers are the same (shown as a in fig. 5), and the reverse direction curling is that the rotation directions of the two winding rollers are opposite (shown as b in fig. 5). During production, two clutches on the coiling device are connected with two coiling rollers in one coiling station to perform coiling operation. When the winding station needs to be replaced, the equipment must be shut down.
With the process upgrading, the cord fabric variety and the rubberizing mode are changed, so that the single station is used frequently, the other station is used frequently, and the two stations are required to be used. However, when the equipment cannot be used, station switching is performed, and the equipment is stopped, so that the productivity is lost.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems, the invention aims to provide a tire fiber curtain machine and a front and back coiling device thereof, which can change a coiling station under the condition that equipment is not stopped, thereby improving the production efficiency.
For the purpose of the invention, the following technical scheme is adopted for implementation:
The front and back coiling device of the tire fiber curtain cloth machine comprises a bottom plate, a main clutch, a first auxiliary clutch, a second auxiliary clutch, a bottom plate sliding table and a bottom plate pushing device; the main clutch, the first auxiliary clutch and the second auxiliary clutch which are positioned in the same vertical plane are arranged along the length direction of the upper end surface of the bottom plate, the axes of the main clutch, the first auxiliary clutch and the second auxiliary clutch are all arranged along the horizontal direction, the main clutch, the first auxiliary clutch and the second auxiliary clutch are all arranged in a rotating way around the axes of the main clutch, and the main clutch is positioned between the first auxiliary clutch and the second auxiliary clutch; the main clutch is connected with a driving motor which drives the main clutch to rotate around the axis of the main clutch; when the main clutch is matched with one of the first auxiliary clutch and the second auxiliary clutch at the same time, one group of the main clutch is used for forward coiling, and the other group of the main clutch is used for reverse coiling; the forward coiling is the same as the rotation direction of the two clutches, and the reverse coiling is opposite to the rotation direction of the two clutches; the lower part of the bottom plate is arranged on the bottom plate sliding table in a sliding mode, the sliding direction of the bottom plate is consistent with the length direction of the bottom plate, a bottom plate pushing device is arranged on the bottom plate sliding table, the output end of the bottom plate pushing device is connected with the bottom plate, and the bottom plate pushing device controls the bottom plate to slide on the bottom plate sliding table; the bottom plate pusher is the cylinder, and the afterbody of cylinder articulates on the bottom plate slip table, is provided with the joint on the piston rod of cylinder, articulates the connecting plate on the joint, and the top fixed mounting of connecting plate is on the lower terminal surface of bottom plate.
Preferably, a speed reducer is also connected between the main clutch and the driving motor.
Preferably, the first auxiliary clutch and the second auxiliary clutch are both connected with a rotating shaft, a bearing is arranged in the middle of the rotating shaft, a brake is arranged at the tail part of the rotating shaft, and a dust cover is arranged at the outer side of the rotating shaft.
Preferably, the lower end face of the bottom plate is also provided with a limiting plate, and the bottom plate sliding table is provided with a buffer element and a first sensor which correspond to the limiting plate.
Preferably, a second sensor for detecting the positions of the main clutch, the first sub clutch and the second sub clutch is arranged on one side of the base plate sliding table.
Preferably, the first and second sub-clutches are the same in height, and the main clutch is higher than the first and second sub-clutches.
A tire fiber curtain machine adopts the positive and negative coiling device.
In summary, the invention has the advantage that by arranging three clutches, namely the main clutch 2, the first auxiliary clutch 3 and the second auxiliary clutch 4, the coiling station can be replaced under the condition that the equipment is not stopped, and the production efficiency is improved.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, a forward and reverse winding device of a tire fiber cord fabric machine comprises a base plate 1, a main clutch 2, a first auxiliary clutch 3, a second auxiliary clutch 4, a base plate sliding table 5 and a base plate pushing device 6. Along the length direction of the upper end face of the base plate 1, a main clutch 2, a first auxiliary clutch 3 and a second auxiliary clutch 4 which are positioned in the same vertical plane are arranged, the axes of the main clutch 2, the first auxiliary clutch 3 and the second auxiliary clutch 4 are all arranged along the horizontal direction, the main clutch 2, the first auxiliary clutch 3 and the second auxiliary clutch 4 are all arranged in a rotating mode around the axes of the main clutch 2, and the main clutch 2 is positioned between the first auxiliary clutch 3 and the second auxiliary clutch 4. The first sub-clutch 3 and the second sub-clutch 4 have the same height, and the main clutch 2 has a height higher than the first sub-clutch 3 and the second sub-clutch 4. A drive motor 21 for driving the main clutch 2 to rotate around its axis is connected to the main clutch 2. A speed reducer 22 is also connected between the main clutch 2 and the drive motor 21. The main clutch 2, the first sub-clutch 3 and the second sub-clutch 4 are all used for connecting the winding roller. The main clutch 2 is engaged with only one of the first sub-clutch 3 and the second sub-clutch 4 at the same time, and when engaged, one of the groups is forward winding and the other group is reverse winding. The forward winding is the same as the rotation direction of the two clutches, and the reverse winding is opposite to the rotation direction of the two clutches. The lower part of the bottom plate 1 is arranged on the bottom plate sliding table 5 in a sliding mode, the sliding direction of the bottom plate 1 is consistent with the length direction of the bottom plate 1, a bottom plate pushing device 6 is arranged on the bottom plate sliding table 5, the output end of the bottom plate pushing device 6 is connected with the bottom plate 1, and the bottom plate pushing device 6 controls the bottom plate 1 to slide on the bottom plate sliding table 5.
The first auxiliary clutch 3 and the second auxiliary clutch 4 are both connected with a rotating shaft 7, a bearing 71 is arranged in the middle of the rotating shaft 7, a brake 72 is arranged at the tail of the rotating shaft 7, and a dust cover 73 is arranged at the outer side of the rotating shaft 7.
The bottom plate pusher 6 is a cylinder, the tail part of the cylinder is hinged on the bottom plate sliding table 5, a connector 61 is arranged on a piston rod of the cylinder, a connecting plate 62 is hinged on the connector 61, and the top of the connecting plate is fixedly arranged on the lower end face of the bottom plate 1.
A limiting plate 63 is further arranged on the lower end face of the base plate 1, and a buffer element 51 and a first sensor 52 corresponding to the limiting plate 63 are arranged on the base plate sliding table 5. A second sensor 53 for detecting the positions of the main clutch 2, the first sub-clutch 3 and the second sub-clutch 4 is provided on one side of the floor table 5. The second sensor 53 detects the position of the clutch and feeds back the position to the PLC to control the forward rotation or reverse rotation of the driving motor 21.
When the device is operated, the bottom plate pushing device 6 pushes the bottom plate 1 to move, so that the main clutch 2 and the first auxiliary clutch 3 are connected with a winding roller of a reverse winding station in the tire fiber curtain machine, then the driving motor 21 drives the main clutch 2 to rotate to perform reverse winding, when the winding direction needs to be changed, the clutch is separated from the winding roller, the bottom plate pushing device 6 pushes the bottom plate 1 to move, so that the main clutch 2 and the second auxiliary clutch 4 are connected with the winding roller of a forward winding station in the tire fiber curtain machine, meanwhile, the second sensor 53 detects the position of the clutch and feeds back to the PLC, the rotation direction of the driving motor 21 is changed, and the main clutch 2 and the second auxiliary clutch 4 drive the winding roller to perform reverse winding.
The invention has the advantages that the winding station can be replaced under the condition that the equipment is not stopped by arranging the three clutches of the main clutch 2, the first auxiliary clutch 3 and the second auxiliary clutch 4, so that the production efficiency is improved.

The tire fiber curtain cloth machine is characterized in that a front and back coiling device adopted by the tire fiber curtain cloth machine comprises a bottom plate (1), a main clutch (2), a first auxiliary clutch (3), a second auxiliary clutch (4), a bottom plate sliding table (5) and a bottom plate pushing device (6); a main clutch (2), a first auxiliary clutch (3) and a second auxiliary clutch (4) which are positioned in the same vertical plane are arranged along the length direction of the upper end surface of the bottom plate (1), the axes of the main clutch (2), the first auxiliary clutch (3) and the second auxiliary clutch (4) are all arranged along the horizontal direction, the main clutch (2), the first auxiliary clutch (3) and the second auxiliary clutch (4) are all arranged in a rotating way around the axes of the main clutch (2), and the main clutch (2) is positioned between the first auxiliary clutch (3) and the second auxiliary clutch (4); a driving motor (21) for driving the main clutch (2) to rotate around the axis of the main clutch (2) is connected to the main clutch (2), and a speed reducer (22) is also connected between the main clutch (2) and the driving motor (21); the main clutch (2) is matched with only one of the first auxiliary clutch (3) and the second auxiliary clutch (4) at the same time, and when the main clutch is matched, one group is forward coiling, and the other group is reverse coiling; the forward coiling is the same as the rotation direction of the two clutches, and the reverse coiling is opposite to the rotation direction of the two clutches; the lower part of the bottom plate (1) is arranged on the bottom plate sliding table (5) in a sliding mode, the sliding direction of the bottom plate (1) is consistent with the length direction of the bottom plate (1), a bottom plate pushing device (6) is arranged on the bottom plate sliding table (5), the output end of the bottom plate pushing device (6) is connected with the bottom plate (1), and the bottom plate pushing device (6) controls the bottom plate (1) to slide on the bottom plate sliding table (5); the bottom plate pusher (6) is a cylinder, the tail part of the cylinder is hinged on the bottom plate sliding table (5), a connector (61) is arranged on a piston rod of the cylinder, a connecting plate (62) is hinged on the connector (61), and the top of the connecting plate is fixedly arranged on the lower end face of the bottom plate (1).
