Compared with the first embodiment, the present embodiment provides a specific air supply mechanism 17, a screening mechanism 16 and a drying mechanism 19.
The air supply mechanism 17 includes a blower 171 and a three-way pipe 172, the blower 171 is mounted on the upper end of the base 1, and the three-way pipe 172 is connected to an air outlet of the blower 171.

The drying mechanism 19 comprises a heating box 191, heating wires 192, hot air pipes 193, a fan cover 194 and a connecting pipe 195, wherein the heating wires 192 are arranged on the inner side of the heating box 191, the bottom of the heating box 191 is connected with the hot air pipes 193, the bottom end of each hot air pipe 193 is connected with the fan cover 194, the top of the heating box 191 is connected with the connecting pipe 195, and the connecting pipe 195 is connected with the right end of the three-way pipe 172.

Based on the functional feeding device for producing the high-end edible oil and the using method thereof provided by the first embodiment of the application, the sixth embodiment of the application provides another functional feeding device for producing the high-end edible oil and the using method thereof. The sixth embodiment is only a further mode of the first embodiment, and the implementation of the fifth embodiment has no influence on the single implementation of the first embodiment.
The following describes an embodiment of the present invention with reference to the drawings and embodiments.
Compared with the first embodiment, the side wall of the screening box 8 in the embodiment is provided with a first baffle plate 11 and a second baffle plate 12 near the collecting hole 10. The first baffle plate 11 and the second baffle plate 12 are arranged to facilitate broken beans and impurities to fall into the collecting frame 13.
A use method of a functional feeding device for producing high-end edible oil comprises the following steps:
s1: pouring soybeans into a screening box 8 through a feeding pipe 9, and screening the soybeans through the matching of a screening mechanism 16 and an air supply mechanism 17 to screen out bad soybeans and impurities;
s2: the collection frame 13 is used for collecting bad beans and impurities, and meanwhile, qualified soybeans fall into the cleaning box 3 through the through holes 14 and the material holes 7;
s3: sufficient water is introduced into the cleaning box 3 through the water inlet pipe 22, and water and qualified soybeans are discharged into the water receiving frame 20 and the upper end of the conveyor 2 through the matching of the stirring mechanism 4, the water filtering mechanism 6 and the discharging mechanism 5;
s4: the cleaned qualified soybeans are transmitted by the conveyor 2, and are dried by the cooperation of the air supply mechanism 17 and the drying mechanism 19.
The working principle is as follows:
and (3) screening: soybean raw materials are added into the screening box 8 through the feeding pipe 9, are dispersedly discharged into two sides of the inner cavity of the screening box 8 through the upper end of the screening cover 161, and are discharged through the discharging plate 165, so that the discharging speed of the soybeans is reduced; the blower 171 is started to blow air through the three-way pipe 172, the air pipe 162 and the air outlet head 163, the air blows out through the air holes 164 on the screening cover 161, bad beans and impurities with light weight are blown out, the bad beans and the impurities fall into the collecting frame 13 through the collecting hole 10, and qualified soybeans fall into the cleaning box 3 through the through hole 14 and the material hole 7.
And (3) cleaning: introducing enough water into the cleaning box 3 through the water inlet pipe 22, starting the stirring motor 41, and stirring and cleaning the soybeans by using the stirring rod 42 and the stirring blades; after cleaning, controlling a rotating motor 55 to start, driving a discharging pipe 57 to rotate (rotate ninety degrees anticlockwise) under the coordination of a driving gear 56, a driven gear 54 and the like, so that the discharging pipe 57 rotates to the rear side, opening a valve on a discharging pipe 51, and discharging cleaning sewage into the inside of the water receiving frame 20; after the cleaning wastewater is discharged, the discharging pipe 57 is restored to the original position, namely, the discharging pipe is positioned above the conveyor 2, the electric push rod 61 is controlled to contract to drive the arc-shaped filter plate 63 to move upwards, and qualified soybeans are discharged to the upper end of the conveyor 2.
And (3) drying: the cleaned qualified soybeans are conveyed by the conveyor 2, air blown out of the air blower 171 is introduced into the heating box 191 through the three-way pipe 172 and the connecting pipe 195, is heated by the electric heating wire 192, and is blown out through the hot air pipe 193 and the air cover 194, so that the cleaned soybeans can be dried.

s4: the cleaned qualified soybeans are transmitted by the conveyor (2), and the cleaned soybeans are dried by the matching of the air supply mechanism (17) and the drying mechanism (19).
