The invention aims to provide a diesel engine rotating speed signal preamplification device which comprises a power supply module, a rotating speed signal amplification module, a rotating speed signal shaping module and a sensor test signal module, wherein the power supply module is externally connected with a direct current signal, the rotating speed signal amplification module amplifies a rotating speed signal output by a double-winding magnetoelectric rotating speed sensor arranged on a gear at the front end of a diesel engine into a rotating speed signal with a fixed amplitude, the rotating speed signal shaping module shapes the rotating speed signal with the fixed amplitude output by the rotating speed signal amplification module into a square wave signal with a regular waveform and outputs the square wave signal to a rotating speed signal application device, and the sensor test signal output by the rotating speed signal application device is amplified in power through a sensor test signal amplification circuit. The invention outputs the irregular rotating speed signal with smaller amplitude output by the double-winding magnetoelectric rotating speed sensor into the square wave signal with larger amplitude and fixed amplitude, so that the rotating speed signal of the diesel engine can effectively resist attenuation and interference in the transmission process, and the signal-to-noise ratio of the rotating speed signal is improved.
