The base component and the bladeless fan provided by the invention have the following advantages:

Specifically, the side wall of the first housing 18 is provided with a plurality of screw fixing columns 141, the side wall of the second housing 15 is provided with a plurality of screw holes 152, and the screw columns and the screw holes 152 are symmetrically arranged, so that the first housing 18 and the second housing 15 are buckled, and the screw holes 152 and the screw columns are fixed through screws.

The end face of the motor body close to the motor shaft 1142 is provided with a convex block, the convex block is provided with a first fixing hole 1141, the motor 114 is inserted into the mounting groove through the outside of the first shell 18, the convex block is matched with the groove, the first fixing hole 1141 and the fourth fixing hole 181 are fixed through screws, so that the end face of the motor body is matched with the groove body of the mounting groove, and the motor 114 is fixed on the first shell 18.
Further, a first screw column 182 is disposed on a side wall of the first housing 18, a positioning hole 113 is disposed on an inner wall of the base body 11, and the first screw column 182 and the positioning hole 113 are fixed by screws, so that the first housing 18 and the base body 11 are fixedly connected.
As shown in fig. 6 to 8, the wind wheel body 16 includes a mounting portion 161, the mounting portion 161 is disposed inside the wind wheel body 16, a through hole is disposed on the mounting portion 161, the motor shaft 1142 penetrates through the through hole and the end of the motor shaft 1142 extends out of the hole wall of the through hole, and the end of the motor shaft 1142 is connected with a knob 19 through a thread, so that the knob 19 is screwed to fixedly connect the motor 114 and the wind wheel body 16.
As shown in fig. 11, the middle of the second casing 15 is provided with an opening 151, and the opening 151 is a circular opening 151, and the shape of the opening 151 is mainly matched with the shape of the wind wheel body 16. The assembling process of the bladeless fan of the present invention will be briefly described with reference to the accompanying drawings:
the motor 114 is first mounted on the first housing 18, the first fixing hole 1141 provided on the motor 114 is aligned with the fourth fixing hole 181 provided on the first housing 18, and the motor 114 is fixed to the first housing 18 by screws, thereby completing the assembly of the motor 114. The mounting portion 161 in the wind wheel body 16 is tightly fitted with the end face of the clamp spring of the motor 114, the knob 19 is provided with a second assembling hole 191, and the motor 114 and the wind wheel body 16 are fixed through the second assembling hole 191. The knob 19 is screwed to the locking wind wheel body 16 to fix the wind wheel body 16 and the first housing 18.
Further, the second housing 15 is engaged with the first housing 18, and the screw holes 152 are fixed to the screw posts, thereby completing the assembly of the first housing 18 and the second housing 15. The sealing ring 17 is sleeved on the end portions of the first shell 18 and the second shell 15, so that the annular groove formed in the sealing ring 17 is assembled on the annular rib formed in the first shell 18, the clamping hole 171 formed in the sealing ring 17 is matched with the positioning block 183 formed in the first shell 18, and the sealing ring 17 is fixedly connected, so that the assembly of the volute and the wind wheel assembly is completed.
Further, the assembled scroll casing is assembled into the accommodating space formed in the base body 11, so that the first screw column 182 and the third fixing hole 153 provided on the side walls of the first casing 18 and the second casing 15 are respectively matched with the positioning hole 113 provided on the inner wall of the base body 11, thereby fixedly disposing the scroll casing in the base body 11.
Further, the fixing posts 141 of the air inlet panel 14 are engaged with the rotation holes of the base body 11, so that the air inlet panel 14 is fixed in the base body 11. The fan wheel component in the bladeless fan is detachably arranged in the volute, and after the fan wheel component is used for a long time, a user can automatically detach the fan wheel component for cleaning, so that dust on the fan wheel component is removed in time, and user experience is improved; the volute is provided with a mounting structure, the motor 114 in the wind wheel component is matched with the knob 19, and the knob 19 only needs to be loosened during disassembly, so that the wind wheel body 16 can be conveniently and quickly disassembled and cleaned.
