Technical Field
The invention relates to a household wooden door pin.
Background
The existing door pin can only be operated at one side of the door, and the functional requirements of daily life can not be well met. Therefore, the door lock is generally installed on a wooden door in a home except for a hidden door, but the key of the door lock is not practical for most home users, and the situation that the handle of the door lock fails due to transmission for a long time and people are locked indoors sometimes occurs.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a concealed door pin which can be controlled on two sides, has simple and economic structure, can realize various switch functions required by daily life, is used for families without keys to replace wooden door locks, embodies simple aesthetics and does not have the hidden danger of back locking. The difference with the existing door pin lies in: the pin body and the pin shell are arranged in a groove on the side surface of the wooden door in a concealed mode, and the door is provided with a front handle and a rear handle, so that opening and closing operations can be performed from the inside and the outside of the door, and the form of the door is closer to the style of a door lock.
The invention consists of 6 parts: namely a pin shell, a pin body, a front handle, a rear handle, a front panel and a rear panel. Wherein the front handle and the front panel are located at the outer side of the door, and the rear handle and the rear panel are located at the inner side of the door.
The pin body is arranged in the pin shell and is connected with the front handle and the rear handle through bolts, the pin body can slide in the pin shell along the long axis direction of the pin body under the driving of the front handle or the rear handle, and the sliding range is limited by a front opening of the pin shell and a connecting rod of the front handle. At one end of the sliding range, the front end face of the pin body extends out of the opening of the side panel of the pin shell, the extending distance is the stroke of the pin body, and at the other end of the sliding range, the front end face of the pin body is flush with the surface of the side panel of the pin shell. The rear handle is connected with the pin body through a bolt in a specific form, the bolt head of the bolt is a sliding block, the sliding block is arranged in a groove in the side face of the pin body, the shape and the size of the sliding block are matched with those of the groove, the other end of the bolt is a round connecting rod with threads, penetrates through a round hole in the bottom of the groove and is connected with a screw port of a main body of the rear handle. The rear handle and the pin body are not fixed with each other, and the rear handle can slide along the direction perpendicular to the long axis of the pin body. When the distance that the front end face of the pin body stretches out of the opening of the side panel of the pin shell reaches the stroke, the position of the sliding block of the rear handle is just aligned with the rear half part of the front opening of the pin shell, the sliding block can slide out along the direction vertical to the long axis of the pin body by pressing down the rear handle and abuts against the rear side face of the front opening of the pin shell, and the pin body is braked. At this time, the front handle and the rear handle cannot move along the long axis direction of the pin body, and the door is in a locked state. If the locking is to be released, the handle at the back is pulled out backwards, and the sliding block is reset. When the pin body is in other positions, the pin shell can prevent the sliding block of the rear handle from sliding out along the direction perpendicular to the long axis of the pin body. The front panel and the rear panel are separate pieces and play a role in decoration and auxiliary limiting. The rear panel also serves to limit the travel of the rear handle in sliding movement in a direction perpendicular to the long axis of the pin body.
The round pin shell is installed in the side fluting of timber, front panel, rear panel are installed in the preceding, the rear surface opening part of timber, preceding handle, back handle pass through the preceding, the rear surface opening of timber and install the round pin body coupling in the round pin shell. And a groove is formed in the side surface of the door frame of the wooden door corresponding to the front end surface of the pin body, and a buckle box panel capable of accommodating the running stroke of the pin body are arranged, so that the method is the same as that of the lock catch of the door lock of the wooden door.
Preferably, cushion rubber pads are made on two side faces of the connecting rod of the front handle so as to reduce collision noise between the connecting rod and two side faces of the front opening portion of the pin housing and between the connecting rod and two side faces of the opening portion of the front panel. Meanwhile, the structural size is controlled, the pin body and the handle thereof are ensured not to collide with other parts in the stroke range, and the structure comprises a space between the rear end face of the pin body and the inner surface of the back plate of the pin shell, a space between the screw rod of the handle at the back and two side faces of the opening part of the back panel, a space between the screw rod of the handle at the back and the bolt head of the fixing bolt of the handle at the front and the side face of the opening part at the back of the pin shell, and a space between the front end face of the pin body and the bottom face of the buckle box, so that the use comfort level is improved.
Has the advantages that: the pin body and the pin shell are arranged in the side groove of the wooden door in a concealed mode, the front handle and the rear handle can be used for opening and closing the two sides of the door, the rear handle can be pressed down on the inner side of the door, and the locking of the door is achieved, and the function of the safety button is similar to that of the inner side of a door lock. And a muting measure can be adopted to improve the use experience. The structure is simple, economic and reliable, and no intermediate transmission device is arranged, so that the hidden danger of back locking caused by transmission failure of the door lock is fundamentally eliminated. The use characteristics and the form style are similar to those of a door lock, so that the door lock is convenient for families without the key function to replace wooden door locks.
