Abstract
The invention discloses kitchen waste recycling treatment equipment which comprises a crushing device and dewatering equipment, wherein the dewatering equipment comprises a collecting tank, a material conveying device and a squeezing device; the collecting tank consists of a liquid storage tank and a solid storage tank; the material conveying device comprises driving rollers which are respectively erected at two ends of the top of the liquid storage tank and an annular filter belt which is sleeved on the 2 driving rollers simultaneously; the squeezing device comprises a plurality of groups of roller sets which are erected on the side edge of the liquid storage tank and are positioned between 2 driving rollers, each roller set comprises an upper roller and a lower roller which are vertically arranged, a gap is formed between the upper roller and the lower roller, and the part of the filter belt used for conveying materials passes through the gap at a constant speed; the garbage treatment device provided by the invention is used for solid-liquid separation of kitchen garbage, has a simple structure and is convenient to use, and the solid-liquid separation quality and efficiency of the kitchen garbage are greatly improved through the arrangement of the crushing device, the material conveying device and the squeezing device.

Background

the material conveying device 3 comprises driving rollers 31 respectively erected at two ends of the top of the liquid storage tank 21 and an annular filter belt 32 sleeved on the 2 driving rollers 31, the driving rollers 31 are driven by a motor 5, one end of the filter belt 32 close to the solid storage tank 22 is a discharging end 33, and one end far away from the solid storage tank 22 is a feeding end 34;

As a preferable mode of the above embodiment, in order to facilitate the attachment and detachment of the screen 15, the edge of the screen 15 corresponding to one surface of the material inlet 11 is provided with an attachment block 151, and the attachment block 151 is fixed to the outer surface of the crushing chamber 11 by screws.

the squeezing device comprises a plurality of groups of roller sets which are erected on the side edge of the liquid storage tank and are positioned between 2 driving rollers, the roller sets are also driven by a motor, each roller set comprises an upper roller and a lower roller which are vertically arranged, a gap is formed between the upper roller and the lower roller, the part of the filter belt used for conveying materials passes through the gap at a constant speed, the lower roller is tightly attached to the part of the filter belt used for conveying the materials and is far away from one surface for conveying the materials, and the distance between the gaps is larger than the thickness of the filter belt;
the crushing device is provided with a feed opening, a crushing cavity and a discharge opening, and the discharge opening is opposite to the feed end.

4. The kitchen waste recycling treatment device as recited in claim 2, wherein the screen mesh has a mounting block at an edge corresponding to one side of the feeding port, and the mounting block is fixed to the outer surface of the crushing cavity by screws.
5. The kitchen waste recycling device according to claim 1, wherein the driving roller and the roller set are fixed on the liquid storage tank through a bracket, and motors for driving the driving roller and the roller set to rotate are mounted on the bracket.

The kitchen waste recycling device according to claim 5, wherein a material homogenizing plate is further installed above the liquid storage tank, and the material homogenizing plate is located at the feeding end of the filter belt and has a gap with one surface of the filter belt for conveying materials.
