A dust removal device of a laser cutting machine comprises a dust collection cabin (1), a first cabin door (2), a second cabin door (3) and wheels (4); two symmetrical first cabin doors (2) are arranged at the upper part of the front side of the dust collecting cabin (1); a second cabin door (3) is arranged at the lower part of the front side of the dust collecting cabin (1); four right angles at the lower side of the dust collecting cabin (1) are respectively provided with a wheel (4); the method is characterized in that: the dust blowing device also comprises a dust blowing component, a first collecting component, a filtering component and a cleaning component; the rear part of the upper side of the dust collecting cabin (1) is provided with a dust blowing component for blowing off cutting dust; a first collecting component for transferring cutting dust is arranged at the rear part of the dust collecting cabin (1); the inner side of the dust collecting cabin (1) is provided with a filtering component for filtering cutting dust; a cleaning component for cleaning cutting dust is arranged on the inner side of the dust collecting cabin (1), and the cleaning component is positioned on the outer side of the filtering component; the filtering component is connected with the cleaning component.

The laser cutting machine dust removing device according to claim 1, characterized in that: the dust blowing assembly comprises a base (201), a first linkage block (202), a first linkage arm (203), a second linkage arm (204), a first linkage frame (205), a second linkage frame (206), a clamping seat (207), a gas spraying head (208) and a clamp (209); a base (201) is fixedly connected with the rear part of the upper side of the dust collecting cabin (1); the upper part of the base (201) is rotationally connected with a first linkage block (202) through a damping rotating shaft; the upper part of the first linkage block (202) is rotationally connected with a first linkage arm (203) through a damping rotating shaft; the rear part of the first linkage arm (203) is rotationally connected with a second linkage arm (204) through a damping rotating shaft; the rear part of the second linkage arm (204) is rotationally connected with a first linkage frame (205) through a damping rotating shaft; the lower part of the first linkage frame (205) is rotationally connected with a second linkage frame (206) through a damping rotating shaft; a clamping seat (207) is fixedly connected to the rear side of the upper part of the second linkage frame (206); the middle part of the clamping seat (207) is fixedly connected with an air nozzle (208); two symmetrical clamps (209) are arranged at the rear part of the second linkage frame (206).

The laser cutting machine dust removing device according to claim 2, characterized in that: the first collecting assembly comprises a trolley frame (301), a collecting hopper (302) and a first pipeline (303); a cart frame (301) is arranged behind the dust collecting cabin (1); a collecting hopper (302) is fixedly connected to the upper part of the trolley frame (301); the lower part of the collecting hopper (302) is communicated with a first pipeline (303); the front end of the first pipeline (303) is communicated with the dust collecting cabin (1).

The dust removing device of the laser cutting machine according to claim 3, characterized in that: the filter assembly comprises a partition plate (401), a connecting cylinder (402), a second pipeline (403), a limiting frame (404), a spring (405), a rolling column (406), a filter cylinder (407) and a sealing ring (408); a partition plate (401) is fixedly connected to the upper part of the inner wall of the dust collecting cabin (1); three connecting cylinders (402) are fixedly connected to the middle part of the partition board (401); the three connecting cylinders (402) are connected with two limiting frames (404) in a sliding manner, and the two limiting frames (404) are symmetrical front and back; the six limiting frames (404) are respectively sleeved with a spring (405), one end of each of the six springs (405) is fixedly connected to the limiting frame (404), and the other end of each of the springs (405) is fixedly connected to the connecting cylinder (402); a plurality of rolling columns (406) are rotatably connected to the six limiting frames (404); the lower bending part of each corresponding two limiting frames (404) is connected with a filter cartridge (407) in a sliding way; the upper parts of the three filter cartridges (407) are in sliding connection with a plurality of rolling columns (406); the upper parts of the inner sides of the three filter cartridges (407) are fixedly connected with a sealing ring (408); the three sealing rings (408) are respectively contacted with the three connecting cylinders (402); the partition (401) is connected to the cleaning assembly.
5. The dust removing device of the laser cutting machine according to claim 4, characterized in that: the inner top wall at the bending part of the upper part of the filter cylinder (407) is provided with a plurality of protrusions in a circular array.

The dust removing device of the laser cutting machine according to claim 4, characterized in that: the cleaning assembly comprises a first sealing sleeve (501), a second sealing sleeve (502), a telescopic cylinder (503), an air chamber (504), a flow deflector (505), a connecting block (506) and a third pipeline (507); the middle part of the left side of the dust collecting cabin (1) is communicated with a first sealing sleeve (501); the middle part of the right side of the dust collecting cabin (1) is communicated with a second sealing sleeve (502); two telescopic cylinders (503) are arranged between the dust collecting cabin (1) and the partition plate (401), and the lower parts of the two telescopic cylinders (503) penetrate through the partition plate (401); the lower telescopic ends of the two telescopic cylinders (503) are fixedly connected with an air chamber (504); a plurality of flow deflectors (505) are fixedly connected to the inner side of the air chamber (504); the left part of the front side and the right part of the rear side of the air chamber (504) are fixedly connected with a connecting block (506); the left part and the right part of the air chamber (504) are both communicated with a third pipeline (507); the left part of a third pipeline (507) positioned in front is fixedly connected with a connecting block (506) positioned in front; the right part of the third pipeline (507) positioned at the rear part is fixedly connected with the connecting block (506) positioned at the rear part.
7. The dust removing device of the laser cutting machine according to claim 6, characterized in that: the middle parts of the two third pipelines (507) are communicated with the air chamber (504).
8. The dust removing device of the laser cutting machine according to claim 6, characterized in that: the lower part of the air chamber (504) is funnel-shaped.
