The working principle of the invention is as follows: firstly opening the opening and closing door 5, closing the valve 7, then pouring the feed into a first batch according to batches, then opening the switch door 19 of the stirring box 18 and facing the discharging position of the collecting box 12, then dropping the feed into the collecting box 12, after buffering collection, dropping the feed into the stirring box 18, opening the button 28, closing the switch door 19, controlling the rotation of the rotating block 13 by the controller, simultaneously rotating the rod 21 to work, stirring the feed clockwise by the stirring rod 23, rotating the stirring box 18 anticlockwise, after full stirring, when the switch door 19 is facing the filter screen 25, stopping the rotation of the rotating block 13 and the rotating rod 21, opening the switch door 19 under the action of the rotating rod 20, the feed dropping into the filter screen 25, continuously dropping to the top of the discharging port 6 under the action of the cleaning rod 26, opening the valve 7, discharging the feed, then starting the operation of the water spraying pipe 10, controlling the rotating shaft 9 to rotate by the controller, and guiding out the residual feed out of the box body 3, the process ends.
