a special die for a primary connector of a Siemens 8PT drawer cabinet comprises a die body, a steel plate and an operating platform, wherein the die body is of an inverted U-shaped structure, the bottom of the die body is provided with the steel plate, and the die body is arranged on the operating platform through the steel plate; the top of the die body is provided with a rectangular hole, a wire inlet and outlet support is arranged in the rectangular hole, and a copper right angle, a copper stool and a copper clamp are arranged on the wire inlet and outlet support.

Example five: assembling a primary connector of an 8PT drawer cabinet with four-phase double-spliced incoming and outgoing line connectors, placing an incoming and outgoing line bracket 4 in a rectangular hole of a die body, penetrating a bolt 7 with a flat gasket into mounting holes of two copper clamps 6, arranging the two copper clamps 6 oppositely, and then placing the assembly in the incoming and outgoing line bracket 4 to be propped by hands; vertically placing a copper stool 3 and two copper right angles 2 into an incoming and outgoing line support 4 by using the other hand, sleeving the incoming and outgoing line support 4 on a bolt 7 with a flat pad, overlapping the two copper right angles 2, and finally fastening the two copper right angles by using a nut 1 with a flat pad elastic pad to ensure that the copper stool 3 and the copper right angles 2 are installed neatly and not askew, and an insulating material of the incoming and outgoing line support cannot be pressed during fastening, so that the copper stool 3 and the copper right angles 2 have moving allowance, and taking the incoming and outgoing line support 4 out of a mold body 5 after fastening, thereby completing the assembly of the double-spliced incoming and outgoing line connector; and repeating the operation to complete the assembly of the other three-phase wire inlet and outlet connector.
The invention can be combined in multiple phases and multiple pieces as required, the special mould has simple structure and convenient use, and the assembly method has convenient and accurate operation, saves time and labor compared with manual assembly and improves the efficiency.
