Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which various details of embodiments of the invention are included to assist understanding, and which are to be considered as merely exemplary. Accordingly, those of ordinary skill in the art will recognize that various changes and modifications of the embodiments described herein can be made without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention. Also, descriptions of well-known functions and constructions are omitted in the following description for clarity and conciseness.
Currently, a portion of the personal mailing manifest originates from the return of goods from the e-commerce platform, and a large portion of the personal mailing manifest originates from the personal sales merchandise. For individuals, the sources of the bills are scattered, most bills are not monitored in real time by financial resources or material resources, and the logistics information is difficult to maintain and synchronize.
In order to solve the problem that the state of each manifest is difficult to monitor in time, the following technical scheme in the embodiment of the invention can be adopted.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a main flow of a method for monitoring a manifest according to an embodiment of the present invention, where an added manifest providing user may add manifest information in a logistics item, so as to feed back a logistics state of the manifest in time. As shown in fig. 1, the method specifically comprises the following steps:
s101, in the preset logistics items, adding a manifest providing authority for a user to process the manifest.
In the embodiment of the invention, the monitoring of the manifest can be realized according to the preset logistics items. The logistics item is a task of monitoring a manifest according to the kind of goods or the owner of the goods. It can be understood that a plurality of bills are included in one logistics item, and the logistics state corresponding to the bill information can be recorded in the logistics item.
As one example, a user having administrator authority may previously establish a logistics item. A shared logistics item table is created in a database. And filling the identification of the creation user, the name of the logistics item, the identification of the logistics item and the creation time in the shared logistics item table.
It should be noted that a user with administrator rights can create a plurality of logistics items. As one example, a user having an administrator authority establishes a logistics item by commodity kind, one logistics item for each commodity kind. Such as: and if the commodities comprise apples and bananas, establishing a logistics item 1 aiming at the apples and establishing a logistics item 2 aiming at the bananas. In this way, a user having administrator authority can monitor the manifest through the logistics item.
In a logistics project, a user with administrator rights can handle a manifest, such as: and inputting manifest information, editing manifest information or deleting manifest information.
In view of the scattered origin of the manifest, there are other manifest providing users that need to handle the manifest in addition to the users with administrator authority. Therefore, the manifest can be added to the preset logistics items to provide the user with the authority to process the manifest. Thus, not only can the user with the administrator authority handle the manifest, but also the newly added manifest providing user can handle the manifest. Wherein the manifest providing user is a user who provides a manifest in the logistics item.
As an example, a user with administrator rights may process all the manifests in the logistics item, and the manifest providing user may only process the manifest entered by the user in the logistics item.
In one embodiment of the invention, in the preset logistics items, the manifest is added through the sharing link to provide the user with the right to process the manifest. The sharing link may be a user with administrator authority to send to the manifest providing user. The manifest provides users to click the sharing link, and then the manifest is added to the preset logistics items to provide the user with the authority to process the manifest.
As one example, the sharing link may be a two-dimensional code. The manifest providing user adds the manifest in the preset logistics item by scanning the two-dimensional code to provide the user with the authority to process the manifest.
In one embodiment of the present invention, not only the user having the administrator authority but also one or more manifest providing users are included in the preset logistics item. In order to make clear the relationship between the manifest providing users and the logistics items, the corresponding relationship between the manifest providing users and the logistics items can be added in the item membership relationship table of the preset logistics items, so as to increase the authority of the manifest providing users for processing the manifest.
It is understood that the inclusion of the manifest in the item membership table provides correspondence of users to the logistics items. The manifest providing user in the item membership table has the right to process the manifest. As one example, processing the manifest includes entering manifest information, modifying manifest information, deleting manifest information, and the like.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic view illustrating a relationship between a logistics item and a manifest providing user according to an embodiment of the present invention. Among them, the user 1 is a user having administrator authority of the logistics item 1. The user 2, the user 3, the user 4, and the user 5 are all manifest providing users of the logistics item 1.
The user 4 is not only the manifest providing user of the logistics item 1 but also the manifest providing users of the logistics item 2 and the logistics item 3.
It will be appreciated that the manifest provides a corresponding many-to-many relationship of users to the logistics items.
S102, receiving the manifest information input by the user and adding the manifest information in the logistics items.
After receiving the manifest information input by the manifest providing user, the manifest information may be added to the logistics item to facilitate monitoring of the manifest.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart of adding manifest information in a logistics project according to an embodiment of the present invention, which specifically includes:
s301, receiving the invoice and providing the delivery address and the receiving address filled by the user, and taking the delivery address and the delivery address as invoice information.
The manifest providing user can fill out a shipping address and a receiving address in the logistics item, so that the shipping address and the receiving address filled out by the manifest providing user can be received. The delivery address and the delivery address are used as manifest information in the logistics item.
For example, manifest information may be shared among manifest providing users in the logistics item, that is, each manifest providing user may view the manifest information in the logistics item.
S302, establishing a logistics manifest identifier corresponding to the manifest information in the item manifest relation table of the logistics items, and adding the corresponding relation between the logistics manifest identifier and the logistics items.
The logistics items comprise a plurality of manifest information, and a project manifest relation table can be established for conveniently monitoring the manifest. The item manifest relation table comprises the correspondence between the physical distribution manifest identification and the physical distribution item, wherein the physical distribution manifest identification is corresponding to the manifest information.
In order to monitor the manifest in time, after acquiring the manifest information, a logistics manifest identifier corresponding to the manifest information is established in an item manifest relation table of the logistics item, and a corresponding relation between the logistics manifest identifier and the logistics item is added.
As an example, a user with administrator authority may interact with the logistics system, fill in manifest information, receive a logistics manifest identifier fed back by the logistics system, and then establish a logistics manifest identifier corresponding to the manifest information.
As another example, a user having administrator authority establishes a logistics manifest identification corresponding to manifest information based on the manifest information.
It is understood that the manifest information is in a one-to-one correspondence with the logistics manifest identification.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of a relationship between a logistics item and a logistics manifest according to an embodiment of the present invention. The logistics items comprise 5 logistics bills, namely a logistics bill 1, a logistics bill 2, a logistics bill 3, a logistics bill 4 and a logistics bill 5. That is, 5 logistics manifests can be monitored in a logistics project. The corresponding relation between the logistics items and the logistics manifest is one-to-many.
In the embodiment of fig. 3, manifest information is added to the logistics item through the item manifest relationship table to implement monitoring of multiple manifests in one logistics item.
S103, in the logistics project, updating the logistics state of the manifest corresponding to the manifest information, and feeding back the logistics state of the manifest corresponding to the manifest information.
The method includes the steps that a manifest corresponding to manifest information is recorded in a logistics project, and each manifest has a corresponding logistics state. As an example, the logistics state includes, but is not limited to: the goods are to be delivered; the goods are delivered; in the transportation process; is being delivered; the goods are received.
In one embodiment of the invention, a plurality of manifest information are included in the logistics project, and the plurality of manifest information in the same logistics project can be processed uniformly, so that the processing efficiency is improved. As an example, the plurality of manifest information in the same logistics project are processed in batch, and the same pick-up time is set for the plurality of manifest information.
In the logistics project, after the manifest information in the logistics project is processed in batches, the logistics state of the manifest corresponding to the manifest information is updated, and therefore the logistics state of the manifest is updated to the logistics project. As an example, the logistics state of the plurality of manifest information is represented by: and updating to be: the goods have been shipped.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the logistics state of the manifest may change with time, and the logistics state of the manifest corresponding to the manifest information may be updated according to a preset update period. As an example, the preset update period is 6 hours.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the above two updating methods can be adopted: in the logistics project, after the manifest information in the logistics project is processed in batches, the logistics state of the manifest corresponding to the manifest information is updated; and updating the logistics state of the manifest corresponding to the manifest information according to a preset updating period.
The two modes are jointly adopted to update the logistics state of the manifest, the timely and accurate logistics state is considered, and the accuracy of monitoring the manifest can be guaranteed.
The logistics state of the manifest may be fed back to the manifest providing user or the consignee of the manifest. In the embodiment of the invention, the logistics state of the manifest can correspond to the query request feedback or the logistics state of the pushed manifest.
In one embodiment of the invention, the manifest information may correspond to the logistics state of the manifest through active feedback and/or passive feedback.
Specifically, when an inquiry request of manifest information sent by a manifest providing user is received, the physical distribution state of the manifest corresponding to the manifest information is fed back. The manifest providing user needs to know the logistics state of the manifest in real time. When the logistics state needs to be inquired, the logistics state can be known by sending an inquiry request comprising manifest information.
In addition, considering that the physical distribution state changes with time, the physical distribution state of the manifest corresponding to the manifest information may be fed back when the physical distribution state changes.
That is to say, the logistics state of the manifest can be known through active and/or passive feedback, and the real-time monitoring of the manifest is realized.
In one embodiment of the present invention, it is considered that not only the manifest providing user needs to know the physical distribution state of the manifest, but also the goods receiver needs to know the physical distribution state of the manifest. Then, the inquiry request of the manifest information can be received through the sharing link, and the logistics state of the manifest corresponding to the manifest information is fed back.
Specifically, the manifest providing user can send the sharing link for acquiring the logistics state to the commodity receiver. The commodity consignee sends an inquiry request through the sharing link, and then receives the logistics state of the manifest.
In the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, in the preset logistics project, the right of a manifest providing a user to process the manifest is added; receiving manifest information input by a user and adding the manifest information in the logistics project; in the logistics project, the logistics state of the manifest corresponding to the manifest information is updated, and the logistics state of the manifest corresponding to the manifest information is fed back.
As the manifest provides the user and can add manifest information in the logistics project, the logistics state of the manifest information is fed back in time, a plurality of people can edit, share and establish the same logistics project together, and then each manifest state in the logistics project can be monitored in time.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a flowchart illustrating a method for monitoring a manifest according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as an example, the technical solution in the embodiment of the present invention may be applied to an APP of a mobile terminal. The method specifically comprises the following steps:
s501, creating a logistics project.
A user with administrator rights creates a logistics item in the APP. As one example, the logistics item can be created by the kind of product.
And S502, adding the manifest to provide the user.
In addition to the user with administrator rights, the manifest providing user also needs to process the manifest, and then the share link can be made to the social software through the open API interface to add the manifest providing user. Thus, the manifest providing user can add the sharing link to the preset logistics item by clicking the sharing link. Illustratively, the manifest provides for user additions to the item membership table.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of a system architecture for implementing a method for monitoring a manifest according to an embodiment of the present invention. The method comprises three parts, wherein the first part is APP and social software for realizing a method for monitoring the manifest. The second part is the monitoring manifest and the database. Three tables are stored in the database, namely: and sharing a logistics item table, an item manifest relation table and an item member relation table.
In monitoring the manifest, three tables in the database may be maintained. The manifest in the logistics item can be known from the manifest system based on the shared logistics item table and the item manifest relationship table. The logistics state of the manifest can be obtained from the logistics system based on the project manifest relation table; the relationship between users in the same logistics project can be known from the user system based on the project membership table.
S503, the manifest provides the user to input manifest information.
The manifest provides that the user sells through the offline and after the social network sells, the manifest is created in the logistics project and the manifest information is input.
And S504, distributing the order of the courier.
The bills generated in the logistics project can be uniformly placed in batches by an administrator, and the same pickup time is set. After the courier scans the manifest, the logistics information of the manifest is entered. And adding the corresponding relation between the logistics manifest identification and the logistics item in the item manifest relation table.
And S505, sharing logistics information of the manifest in the logistics project.
Users in the same logistics project can share the logistics information of the manifest in the logistics project. Namely, in the logistics project, the logistics state of the manifest corresponding to the manifest information is updated, and the logistics state of the manifest corresponding to the manifest information is fed back.
The user can also feed back the logistics state of the manifest to the designated user through the sharing link.
S506, creating returned manifest information.
The user receives the goods in the manifest, is not satisfied with the goods, and can initiate return of goods in the logistics item. Similarly, the manifest provides manifest information for the user to add returns in the logistics item. After receiving the manifest, the courier adds the logistics information of the manifest in the logistics items to monitor the manifest.
Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a schematic diagram of a main structure of a device for monitoring a manifest according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the device for monitoring a manifest may implement a method for monitoring a manifest, as shown in fig. 7, the device for monitoring a manifest specifically includes:
