Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a mini-type bag feeding and packaging machine includes a rotary platform 1, a bag feeding mechanism 2, a bag opening mechanism 3, a discharging hopper 4, a vacuum mechanism 5, and a sealing mechanism.
The outer edge of the rotating platform 1 is provided with a plurality of clamping jaws 7, and the clamping jaws preferably adopt electric fingers and pneumatic fingers. The rotary platform 1 is autorotated through a rotary driving device to link a plurality of clamping jaws 7 to sequentially pass through a bag feeding mechanism 2, a bag opening mechanism 3, a discharging hopper 4, a vacuum mechanism 5 and a sealing mechanism.
In this embodiment, the bag feeding mechanism 2 is a conventional technique, and therefore this embodiment is not described herein in detail, a plurality of packaging bags are placed on the bag feeding mechanism 2, and the single packaging bags are taken out one by the bag feeding clamping jaws of the bag feeding mechanism 2, so that when the clamping jaws 7 on the rotary platform 1 pass through the bag feeding mechanism 2, the packaging bags on the bag feeding clamping jaws are clamped by the clamping jaws 7, and the rotary platform 1 moves the packaging bags to the station of the bag opening mechanism 3.
The bag opening mechanism 3 comprises a first suction nozzle 31 and a second suction nozzle 32, the first suction nozzle 31 and the second suction nozzle 32 are connected with an air source, the first suction nozzle 31 and the second suction nozzle 32 are driven by a suction nozzle driving device to move close to each other or move away from each other, bag surfaces of the packaging bags are respectively adsorbed through the close movement of the first suction nozzle 31 and the second suction nozzle 32, and then the bag openings of the packaging bags are pulled open through the movement of the first suction nozzle 31 and the second suction nozzle 32 away from each other, so that the automatic bag opening of the packaging bags is realized.
The rotary platform 1 is fixedly provided with a mechanical arm, a bag opening mechanism is arranged above the bag opening mechanism 3 and comprises a first inserting sheet and a second inserting sheet, the first inserting sheet and the second inserting sheet are driven by a bag opening driving device to move close to each other or move away from each other, the bag opening driving device is arranged on the mechanical arm, when the first suction nozzle 31 and the second suction nozzle 32 pull open the bag mouth of the packaging bag, the first inserting sheet and the second inserting sheet are driven by the mechanical arm to extend into the bag mouth of the packaging bag, the bag mouth of the packaging bag is opened through the cooperation of the first inserting sheet and the second inserting sheet and the first suction nozzle 31 and the second suction nozzle 32, the bag opening driving device preferably adopts pneumatic fingers and electric fingers, so that the first inserting sheet and the second inserting sheet move to the station of the discharging hopper 4 along with the packaging bag, the opening state is kept in the material receiving process of the packaging bag, and the blanking is convenient for the station to carry out the blanking.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, a buffer mechanism 41 is disposed at a lower portion of the lower hopper 4, the buffer mechanism 41 includes a first clamping piece 411 and a second clamping piece 412, the first clamping piece 411 and the second clamping piece 412 are respectively rotatably disposed on front and rear side walls of the lower hopper 4, wherein a connecting rod is connected between adjacent ends of the first clamping piece 411 and the second clamping piece 412, a driving device is fixedly mounted on the side wall of the lower hopper 4, in this embodiment, the driving device preferably employs an air cylinder, a front guide piece 43 and a rear guide piece 44 are extended downward from a bottom of the lower hopper 4, the lower hopper 4 is driven by the hopper driving device to ascend and descend, the hopper driving device 4 preferably employs a cam connecting rod manner, the present invention is not repeated herein, when a packaging bag moves to a lower portion of the lower hopper 4, the hopper driving device drives the lower hopper 4 to discharge the material, so that the front guide piece 43 and the rear guide piece 44 of the lower hopper 4 extend into the packaging bag, then, the driving device drives the first clamping piece 411 and the second clamping piece 412 to clamp the bag surface of the packaging bag on the front guide piece 43 and the rear guide piece 44, so that the material is guided into the packaging bag through the discharging hopper 4, the packaging bag is prevented from being separated from the clamping jaw under the impact of the material, or the bag opening of the packaging bag is damaged, the hopper driving device drives the discharging hopper to ascend after the material falls into the packaging bag, the packaging bag is transferred to a station of the vacuum mechanism 5 through the rotating platform 1 to be vacuumized, and meanwhile, the mechanical arm drives the first inserting plate and the second inserting plate to be separated from the bag opening of the packaging bag.
Referring to fig. 2 and 4, the vacuum mechanism 5 includes a vacuum tube 52, the vacuum tube 51 is connected to a vacuum pump, the vacuum tube is driven by a lifting driving device to move up and down, a first clamping plate 52 and a second clamping plate 53 are arranged below the vacuum tube 51, the first clamping plate 52 and the second clamping plate 53 are driven by the clamping plate driving device to move close to each other or move away from each other, the packaging bag moves between the first clamping plate 52 and the second clamping plate 53, the lifting driving device drives the vacuum tube 51 to descend and extend into the packaging bag, meanwhile, the first clamping plate 52 and the second clamping plate 53 move close to each other to clamp the bag mouth of the packaging bag, then the vacuum pump is opened, the vacuum tube 51 pumps the interior of the packaging bag to vacuum under the action of the vacuum pump, and then the packaging bag is transferred to the station of the sealing mechanism for sealing by the rotary platform 1.
The sealing mechanism comprises a first heating strip and a second heating strip, the first heating strip and the second heating strip are driven by a sealing driving device to move close to each other or move away from each other, the packaging bag moves between the first heating strip and the second heating strip, the bag mouth of the packaging bag is clamped by the close movement of the first heating strip and the second heating strip and sealed, and the first heating strip and the second heating strip are preferably heat-sealed heating strips.
