after the adjustment is finished, the negative pressure device is communicated with the suction cylinder 200, the tumor is adsorbed at the bottom end of the suction cylinder 200 through the negative pressure device, then the torsion block 340 is moved, the rectangular groove 341 is separated from the rectangular block 313, the torsion block 340 on one side can be rotated, the torsion block 340 can drive the second rotation block 312 to rotate through the insertion block 342, the second rotation block 312 can drive the first rotation block 311 to rotate through the two connecting lines 350, and the first rotation block 311 can drive the excision piece 320 to rotate, so that the excision piece 320 cuts the bottom of the tumor;
