The patent document No. CN205125582U of China discloses a stable assembly mechanism of a furniture drawer and a sliding rail assembly in the year 2016 of 4 and 6, the stable assembly mechanism comprises a furniture main body, a drawer main body, a fixed sliding rail and a movable sliding rail, wherein the fixed sliding rail is fixedly arranged on the furniture main body, the drawer main body is detachably arranged on the movable sliding rail and comprises a side plate, a supporting part is arranged on the side plate, a cavity part is upwards arranged on the supporting part, a stable part is downwards arranged on the supporting part, a front end of the stable part is provided with a stable operation device, the stable operation device comprises a fixing seat, a locking rod and an elastic piece, the locking rod is limited and swings on the fixing seat, one end of the elastic piece acts on the locking rod, the other end of the elastic piece acts on the fixing seat, the locking rod is provided with a locking tongue and an operation part, the locking rod is detachably buckled with the front end of the movable sliding rail through the locking tongue, and the front end of the locking tongue and the movable sliding rail is mutually separated through pressing the operation part. The back plate and the bottom plate of the structure are in split arrangement, meanwhile, the back plate and the front panel are respectively connected with the side plates through the back connecting device and the front connecting device, so that the whole production cost of the drawer is high, the assembly process is complex, and the whole drawer is only supported on the fixed sliding rail by the aid of the bottom plate due to the fact that the back plate and the bottom plate are in split arrangement, so that the bearing capacity of the drawer is poor, the assembly is unstable, and meanwhile, a user needs to position the lock rod and the clamping part and the position between the positioning hook part and the rear end of the side plate for many times to realize the installation of the fixed sliding rail and the side plate, so that the operation is complex. Therefore, further improvements are needed.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a simple and convenient dismounting structure of a drawer, so as to overcome the defects in the prior art.
The simple and convenient dismounting structure of the drawer designed according to the purpose comprises a drawer component and is characterized in that the drawer component at least comprises a side plate, a bottom plate and a back plate, wherein the side wall of the side plate is vertically arranged, a back bending part is integrally bent at the back end, a side plate supporting part is integrally bent or separately arranged at the lower part, a bottom plate assembly cavity is arranged on the bottom plate, the outer side of the back plate is fixedly connected with the back bending part, a back connecting part is arranged at the lower part towards the direction of the bottom plate assembly cavity, the back connecting part is arranged at the back end of the bottom plate assembly cavity, and the bottom plate and/or the bottom of the back connecting part is supported on the side plate supporting part.
The bottom plate is made of metal or plastic, the outer side of the bottom plate is integrally bent downwards or is separately provided with a bottom plate leaning part which is mutually leaning or clearance fit with the vertical inner wall of the side plate, the bottom plate leaning part is transversely integrally bent towards the inner cavity of the drawer assembly or is separately provided with a bottom plate supporting part which is supported on the side plate supporting part through the bottom plate supporting part, and a bottom plate assembling cavity is formed between the upper surface of the bottom plate and the bottom plate leaning part and the bottom plate supporting part.
The backboard is made of plastic, a plurality of backboard reinforcing ribs are arranged on the backboard, the outer side and the rear bending part are mutually fixed through clamping, and/or fastening, and/or magnetic attraction pieces, and/or welding, and the rear connecting part is basically vertical to the backboard, is arranged at the rear end of the bottom plate assembly cavity, and is mutually fixed with the rear end of the bottom plate leaning part and/or the bottom plate supporting part.
The structure also comprises a sliding rail assembly, wherein the sliding rail assembly at least comprises a movable sliding rail, the bottom plate supporting part is supported on the side plate supporting part and/or the movable sliding rail, and the bottom of the rear connecting part is supported on the side plate supporting part and/or the movable sliding rail.
The rear connecting part is provided with a plurality of reinforcing ribs of the rear connecting part, and the reinforcing ribs are mutually fixed with the rear ends of the base plate leaning part and/or the base plate supporting part through clamping, and/or fastening pieces, and/or magnetic attraction pieces, and/or welding, so that the fixed assembly of the back plate and the side plates is realized, wherein the back plate and the rear ends of the base plate lean against each other.
The front end of the bottom plate assembly cavity is fixedly provided with a front connecting piece, and the bottom of the front connecting piece is supported on the side plate supporting part and/or the movable sliding rail.
The front connecting piece, the rear connecting part or the bottom of the bottom plate is provided with a protruding part, the side plate is made of metal, the lower part of the inner side of the side plate is transversely integrally bent towards the inner cavity of the drawer assembly or is separately provided with a side plate supporting part, the side plate supporting part is downwardly integrally bent or is separately provided with a side plate leaning part, a spacing groove is formed between the protruding part and the side plate leaning part, and the movable sliding rail is limited in the spacing groove.
The size of the spacing groove is equal to the width of the movable slide rail, the outer side of the movable slide rail is in mutual leaning or clearance fit with the side plate leaning part, and the inner side of the movable slide rail is in mutual leaning or clearance fit with the protruding part.
The front connecting piece is provided with a plurality of front connecting piece reinforcing ribs which are mutually fixed with the front end of the base plate leaning part and/or the base plate supporting part through clamping, and/or fastening pieces, and/or magnetic attraction pieces, and/or welding.
The front and rear positions of the side plates are respectively provided with a front dismounting part and a rear dismounting part, and the front and rear positions of the movable slide rail are respectively provided with a front dismounting matching part and a rear dismounting matching part.
The side plate is at least assembled, the side plate is limited to slide left and right towards the direction of the movable slide rail through the interval groove, meanwhile, the bottom plate supporting part and/or the front connecting piece and/or the rear connecting piece are/is supported on the movable slide rail in a sliding mode, and the side plate is assembled on the front assembling and disassembling matching part and the rear assembling and disassembling matching part respectively through the front assembling and disassembling part and the rear assembling and disassembling matching part when the side plate slides to a certain position, so that the assembly between the drawer assembly and the slide rail assembly is realized.
The convex part is also provided with an inclined position, the inner side of the movable slide rail is also provided with an inclined matching position, and a front-back distance is formed between the inclined matching position and the front dismounting matching part and between the inclined matching position and the rear dismounting matching part respectively.
The side plate is at least when dismantling, preceding dismouting portion, back dismouting portion respectively with preceding dismouting cooperation portion, back dismouting cooperation portion interconnect segregation, the side plate is spacing the slip about the opposite direction of moving the slide rail through the interval groove, and bottom plate supporting part, and/or preceding connecting piece, and/or back connecting portion sliding support are on moving the slide rail simultaneously, and the side plate is on the slope cooperation position through the slope position effect when sliding to certain position to drive bottom plate supporting part, and/or preceding connecting piece, and/or back connecting piece are separated with moving the slide rail, in order to realize the dismantlement between drawer assembly and the slide rail assembly.
The drawer assembly further comprises a panel, the front end of the side plate is integrally bent to form a front bending part, and the front end of the bottom plate assembly cavity is fixedly provided with a front connecting piece.
The panel and the front bending part and/or the front connecting piece are mutually fixed through clamping, and/or fastening pieces, and/or magnetic attraction pieces, and/or welding, so that the panel and the side plate and/or the bottom plate are fixedly assembled, wherein the panel and the front end of the bottom plate and/or the front connecting piece are mutually relied on.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages by improving the structure:
1. The bottom plate utilizes the bottom plate supporting part, the bottom plate depending on the portion encloses into the bottom plate assembly chamber, is provided with preceding connecting piece and back connecting portion respectively in the bottom plate assembly chamber front and back end simultaneously, because be provided with preceding connecting piece strengthening rib and back connecting portion strengthening rib respectively on preceding connecting piece, the back connecting portion, consequently can improve the structural strength of bottom plate effectively, can also reduce the manufacturing cost of bottom plate simultaneously.
2. The backboard reinforcing ribs are arranged on the backboard, and are formed in a vertical mode with the rear connecting portion, the rear connecting portion is fixedly connected with the bottom plate in a matched mode, and the backboard is fixedly connected with the rear bending portion at the rear end of the side plate, so that the assembling stability and the connecting compactness of the backboard, the side plate and the bottom plate are effectively improved.
3. When the drawer assembly is assembled, the bottom plate supporting part is supported on the side plate supporting part and the movable slide rail, the bottoms of the front connecting piece and the rear connecting part are supported on the movable slide rail, the bottom plate supporting part is in mutual dependence or clearance fit with the vertical inner wall of the side plate, the outer side and the inner side of the movable slide rail are respectively in mutual dependence or clearance fit with the side plate supporting part and the protruding part, so that the assembly stability among the side plate, the bottom plate and the movable slide rail is effectively improved, the stable assembly among the side plate, the bottom plate and the movable slide rail is realized, the connection compactness among the side plate, the bottom plate and the movable slide rail can be improved, the force can be dispersed to the front connecting piece and the rear connecting part when an object is placed on the bottom plate, and then the force is transmitted to the side plate and the movable slide rail through the front connecting piece and the rear connecting part, so that the force transmission is more reasonable and stable, and the bearing capacity of the drawer assembly is improved.
4. Because the size of interval groove is equivalent with the width size of moving the slide rail, consequently move the slide rail and can spacing setting in interval inslot to prevent stopping slide rail before the dismouting portion and before between the dismouting mating portion, back dismouting portion and back dismouting mating portion unexpected problem of separating, so that the curb plate can assemble on moving the slide rail safely, firmly.

Detailed Description
The invention is further described below with reference to the drawings and examples.
Referring to fig. 1-17, the simple and convenient dismounting structure of the drawer comprises a drawer assembly, wherein the drawer assembly at least comprises a side plate 2, a bottom plate 3 and a back plate 19, the side wall of the side plate 2 is vertically arranged, a back bending part 22 is integrally bent at the back end, a side plate supporting part 4 is integrally bent or separately arranged at the lower part, a bottom plate assembling cavity 7 is arranged on the bottom plate 3, the outer side of the back plate 19 is fixedly connected with the back bending part 22, a back connecting part 9 is integrally arranged at the lower part towards the direction of the bottom plate assembling cavity 7, the back connecting part 9 is arranged at the back end of the bottom plate assembling cavity 7, and the bottom of the bottom plate 3 and/or the back connecting part 9 is supported on the side plate supporting part 4.
Specifically, the bottom plate 3 is made of metal or plastic, the outer side of the bottom plate 3 is integrally bent downwards or is separately provided with a bottom plate leaning part 6 and is mutually leaning or clearance fit with the vertical inner wall of the side plate 2 through the bottom plate leaning part 6, the bottom plate leaning part 6 is transversely integrally bent towards the inner cavity of the drawer assembly or is separately provided with a bottom plate supporting part 5 and is supported on the side plate supporting part 4 through the bottom plate supporting part 5, and a bottom plate assembling cavity 7 is formed by surrounding the upper surface of the bottom plate 3, the bottom plate leaning part 6 and the bottom plate supporting part 5.
The back plate 19 is made of plastic, a plurality of back plate reinforcing ribs 31 are arranged on the back plate, the outer side and the back bending part 22 are mutually fixed through clamping, fastening, magnetic attraction and welding, and the back connecting part 9 and the back plate 19 are basically vertical, are arranged at the back end of the bottom plate assembly cavity 7 and are mutually fixed with the back end of the bottom plate leaning part 6 and/or the back end of the bottom plate supporting part 5.
The structure also comprises a sliding rail assembly, wherein the sliding rail assembly at least comprises a movable sliding rail 1, a bottom plate supporting part 5 is supported on the side plate supporting part 4 and/or the movable sliding rail 1 in a bottom mode, and a rear connecting part 9 is supported on the side plate supporting part 4 and/or the movable sliding rail 1 in a bottom mode.
The rear connecting portion 9 is provided with a plurality of rear connecting portion reinforcing ribs 32, and the rear connecting portion reinforcing ribs are mutually fixed with the rear ends of the bottom plate leaning portion 6 and/or the bottom plate supporting portion 5 through clamping, fastening, magnetic attraction and/or welding, so that the rear plate 19 and the side plate 2 are fixedly assembled, wherein the rear ends of the rear plate 19 and the bottom plate 3 are mutually leaned for improving the assembly compactness between the rear plate 19 and the bottom plate 3.
The front end of the bottom plate assembly cavity 7 is fixedly provided with a front connecting piece 8, and the bottom of the front connecting piece 8 is supported on the side plate supporting part 4 and/or the movable slide rail 1.
The bottom of the front connecting piece 8 or the rear connecting part 9 or the bottom plate 3 is provided with a protruding part 10, the side plate 2 is made of metal, the inner lower part of the side plate is transversely and integrally bent or split to the inner cavity of the drawer assembly, the side plate supporting part 4 is downwardly and integrally bent or split to be provided with a side plate leaning part 11, a spacing groove 12 is formed between the protruding part 10 and the side plate leaning part 11, and the movable sliding rail 1 is limited in the spacing groove 12.
The size of the spacing groove 12 is equal to the width of the movable slide rail 1, the outer side of the movable slide rail 1 is in mutual leaning or clearance fit with the side plate leaning part 11, and the inner side of the movable slide rail 1 is in mutual leaning or clearance fit with the protruding part 10.
The front connecting piece 8 is provided with a plurality of front connecting piece reinforcing ribs 33, and the front connecting piece reinforcing ribs are mutually fixed with the front ends of the base plate leaning part 6 and/or the base plate supporting part 5 through clamping, fastening, magnetic attraction and welding.
The bottom plate 3 of the present embodiment is made of metal. The front connecting piece 8 is clamped with the base plate leaning part 6 in advance and then fixed with each other by a fastener, and the rear connecting piece 9 is clamped with the base plate leaning part 6 in advance and then fixed with each other by a fastener. The front connecting piece 8 and the bottom plate leaning part 6 and the rear connecting part 9 and the bottom plate leaning part 6 are assembled conveniently, and the assembling stability of the front connecting piece 8 and the bottom plate leaning part 6 is improved.
The bottom plate 3 encloses the bottom plate assembly cavity 7 by the bottom plate supporting part 5 and the bottom plate leaning part 6, and simultaneously, the front end and the rear end of the bottom plate assembly cavity 7 are respectively provided with the front connecting piece 8 and the rear connecting part 9, and the front connecting piece 8 and the rear connecting part 9 are respectively provided with the front connecting piece reinforcing rib 33 and the rear connecting part reinforcing rib 32, so that the structural strength of the bottom plate 3 can be effectively improved, and the production cost of the bottom plate 3 can be reduced.
Moreover, the back plate 19 is provided with back plate reinforcing ribs 31 which are vertically formed with the back connection part 9 with the back connection part reinforcing ribs 32, and are fixedly connected with the bottom plate 3 by matching with the back connection part 9 and the back bending part 22 at the back end of the side plate 2, so that the assembly stability and the connection compactness of the back plate 19, the side plate 2 and the bottom plate 3 are effectively improved.
In order to make the assembly of the side plate 2 and the movable slide rail 1 more stable, a front dismounting part 13 and a rear dismounting part 14 are respectively arranged at the front and rear positions of the side plate 2, and a front dismounting matching part 15 and a rear dismounting matching part 16 are respectively arranged at the front and rear positions of the movable slide rail 1.
The side plate 2 is at least assembled, the side plate 2 slides towards the left and right limit in the direction of the movable slide rail 1 through the spacing groove 12, meanwhile, the bottom plate supporting part 5 and/or the front connecting piece 8 and/or the rear connecting part 9 are/is supported on the movable slide rail 1 in a sliding mode, and the side plate 2 is assembled on the front assembling and disassembling matching part 15 and the rear assembling and disassembling matching part 16 through the front assembling and disassembling part 13 and the rear assembling and disassembling part 14 respectively when sliding to a certain position, so that the assembly between the drawer assembly and the slide rail assembly is realized.
Because the size of the interval groove 12 is equivalent to the width of the movable slide rail 1, the movable slide rail 1 can be limited in the interval groove 12, so that the problem that the movable slide rail 1 is accidentally separated between the front dismounting and mounting part 13 and the front dismounting and mounting matching part 15 and between the rear dismounting and mounting part 14 and the rear dismounting and mounting matching part 16 in the sliding process is prevented, and the side plate 2 can be safely and stably assembled on the movable slide rail 1.
Meanwhile, the side plates 2 can slide towards the left and right in the direction of the movable slide rail 1 through the limiting action of the spacing grooves 12 during assembly, so that assembly between the front assembling and disassembling parts 13 and 15 and assembly between the rear assembling and disassembling parts 14 and 16 is facilitated, the number of times of alignment required by a user is reduced, and the assembly of the components can be completed, so that the user can rapidly and conveniently assemble the side plates 2 on the movable slide rail 1.
The side plate 2, the bottom plate 3 and the movable slide rail 1 of the embodiment are assembled, the bottom plate supporting part 5 is supported on the side plate supporting part 4 and the movable slide rail 1, the bottoms of the front connecting piece 8 and the rear connecting part 9 are supported on the movable slide rail 1, the bottom plate leaning part 6 and the vertical inner wall of the side plate 2 are mutually leaning or clearance fit, the outer side and the inner side of the movable slide rail 1 are respectively mutually leaning or clearance fit with the side plate leaning part 11 and the protruding part 10, so that the assembly stability among the side plate 2, the bottom plate 3 and the movable slide rail 1 is effectively improved, the stable assembly among the side plate 2, the bottom plate 3 and the movable slide rail 1 is realized, the connection compactness among the side plate 2, the bottom plate 3 and the movable slide rail 1 is also improved, in addition, the bottom plate 3 can disperse the force to the front connecting piece 8 and the rear connecting part 9 when an object is borne, and the front connecting piece 8 and the rear connecting part 9 are transferred to the side plate 2 and the movable slide rail 1, the action force is more reasonable and stable, and the bearing capacity of the drawer assembly is improved.
In order to facilitate the disassembly between the side plate 2 and the movable slide rail 1, the convex part 10 is also provided with an inclined position 17, and the inner side of the movable slide rail 1 is also provided with an inclined matching position 18.
As shown in fig. 14 and 15, at least when the side plate 2 is detached, the front detachable portion 13 and the rear detachable portion 14 are separated from the front detachable portion 15 and the rear detachable portion 16, respectively, the side plate 2 is slid to the left and right in the opposite direction of the movable rail 1 through the spacing groove 12, and simultaneously the bottom plate supporting portion 5 and/or the front connecting piece 8 and/or the rear connecting piece 9 are slidably supported on the movable rail 1, and when the side plate 2 is slid to a certain position, the side plate 2 acts on the inclined engaging portion 18 through the inclined position 17 and drives the bottom plate supporting portion 5 and/or the front connecting piece 8 and/or the rear connecting piece 9 to be separated from the movable rail 1, so as to detach the drawer assembly from the rail assembly.
The side plate 2 can be separated from the movable slide rail 1 automatically by the interaction between the inclined position 17 and the inclined matching position 18 when the side plate 2 is detached and slid, so that a user can detach the side plate 2 from the movable slide rail 1 quickly and conveniently, and the use experience of the user is improved.
In order to avoid interference between the front assembling and disassembling and assembling portion 13 and the front assembling and disassembling and assembling portion 15, and between the rear assembling and disassembling and assembling portion 14 and the rear assembling and assembling portion 16, the inclined position 17 and the inclined assembling and assembling position 18 interfere with each other, so that the components cannot act, front and rear spaces are formed between the inclined assembling and assembling position 18 and the front assembling and disassembling and assembling portion 15 and the rear assembling and assembling portion 16 respectively, the side plates 2 can be placed in the front and rear spaces during assembling, and the problem that sliding assembly cannot be realized between the front assembling and disassembling and assembling portion 13 and the front assembling and assembling portion 15 and between the rear assembling and disassembling and assembling portion 14 and the rear assembling and assembling portion 16 due to interference of the inclined position 17 and the inclined assembling and assembling position 18 can be avoided.
The drawer assembly also comprises a panel 20, a front bending part 21 is integrally bent at the front end of the side plate 2, and a front connecting piece 8 is fixedly arranged at the front end of the bottom plate assembly cavity 7.
The panel 20 and the front bending part 21 and/or the front connecting piece 8 are mutually fixed through clamping, and/or fastening pieces, and/or magnetic attraction pieces, and/or welding, so as to realize the fixed assembly of the panel 20 and the side plate 2 and/or the bottom plate 3, wherein the panel 20 and the front end of the bottom plate 3 and/or the front connecting piece 8 mutually depend in order to improve the assembly compactness between the panel 20 and the bottom plate 3 and/or the front connecting piece 8.
The embodiment also comprises a drawer cabinet body. The sliding rail component further comprises a fixed sliding rail which is fixedly arranged on the drawer cabinet body. The movable slide rail 1 is slidably opened and closed on the fixed slide rail. Namely, the drawer assembly can be opened and closed on the drawer cabinet body through the matching sliding of the movable sliding rail 1 and the fixed sliding rail.
The drawer assembly of this embodiment has a smaller width, and therefore, is provided with an upper drawer assembly and a lower drawer assembly, which are fixedly connected to a panel 20, respectively. Simultaneously, because the width dimension of the upper drawer component and the lower drawer component is less, the left side and the right side of the upper drawer component are respectively connected with the movable slide rail 1 in a dismounting way, namely, the left side of the upper drawer component is dismounted and mounted with a slide rail component, the right side of the lower drawer component is dismounted and mounted with another slide rail component, and the upper and the lower slide rail components are respectively arranged on the upper and the lower drawer components in a vertically staggered way, so that the assembly space is reasonably utilized, and simultaneously, the upper and the lower drawer components can be stably and simultaneously slide and be opened and closed on the drawer cabinet body.
