Detailed Description
Fig. 1 to 3 show an embodiment of the present invention. In the present embodiment, directions are described as a front-back direction, a width direction, and an up-down direction as shown in fig. 1.
The rice husker 1 of the present invention is used for husking rice in which rice is classified into brown rice and rice husks, and is used, for example, to measure the degree of drying of rice dried by a grain dryer. The degree of drying of the rice is measured by measuring the amount of moisture contained in the brown rice from which the husks of the rice are removed by the rice huller 1 by a moisture measuring device. Therefore, the rice huller 1 can separate the rice taken out from the grain dryer into the brown rice and the rice hull and take out only the brown rice.
As shown in fig. 1, the rice huller 1 includes: a case 10; a rice husking part 20 for husking rice in which the rice put into the housing 10 is divided into brown rice and rice husks; and a handle 30 for a user to manually drive the rice hulling part 20.
The case 10 has: a main body 11 having a rectangular parallelepiped shape with its longitudinal direction facing upward and its rear surface opened; a lid 12 closing an opening in the back surface of the main body 11; and an opening/closing member 13 for opening and closing an opening portion, which will be described later, provided on both upper and lower surfaces of the main body 11.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the main body 11 includes: a pair of rectangular openings 11a provided in the upper surface portion and the lower surface portion and having a function as an inlet for introducing rice and a function as an outlet for taking out brown rice and a rice husk; and a communication path 11b extending in the vertical direction between the pair of openings 11 a. The main body 11 has a support hole 11c formed in a substantially central portion of the communication path 11b in the vertical direction and the width direction, through which a tip end side of a rotation shaft described later of the rice hulling section 20 passes, and which rotatably supports the tip end side of the rotation shaft.
The lid 12 is formed of a rectangular plate-like member, and as shown in fig. 3, a support recess 12a is formed at the center in the vertical direction and the width direction to rotatably support an end of a rotation shaft, which will be described later, of the rice hulling section 20.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the opening/closing member 13 is formed of a rectangular member, and a rear end portion as one end portion is connected to the main body 11 and the lid 12 so as to be swingable. The opening/closing member 13 closes the opening 11a by engaging an engaging portion 13b provided at a front end portion as the other end portion with the main body 11, and opens the opening 11a by releasing the engagement of the engaging portion 13b with respect to the main body 11 and swinging the front end portion rearward. The opening/closing member 13 has a rice husk discharging portion 13a for discharging the rice husk separated into brown rice in the rice hulling portion 20. The rice husk discharging portion 13a has a plurality of rice husk passage holes 13a1, is formed in an elongated hole shape having a width dimension smaller than the particle diameter of the brown rice, and prevents passage of the separated brown rice while allowing passage of the rice husk. The plurality of rice husk passage holes 13a1 are arranged at predetermined intervals in the front and rear directions of the opening/closing member 13 in a state of closing the opening 11 a.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the rice hulling section 20 includes: a rotating shaft 21 rotatably supported by the case 10; a roller 22 attached to an outer peripheral surface of the rotating shaft 21; and a pair of flat plates 23 attached to the center in the vertical direction of the communication path 11b of the main body 11.
The rotary shaft 21 is provided so as to extend in the front-rear direction, and has a front end rotatably supported via a bearing 21a by a support hole 11c of the main body 11 of the housing 10, and a rear end rotatably supported via a bearing 21b by a support recess 12a of the lid 12 of the housing 10. The front end of the rotary shaft 21 protrudes outside the case 10 through the support hole 11c of the main body 11. A handle coupling portion 21c to which the handle 30 is coupled is formed at a portion of the rotation shaft 21 exposed to the outside of the case 10. The handle coupling portion 21c is formed by cutting out portions of the outer peripheral portion, other than the distal end portion of the rotary shaft 21, which portions face each other so as to be flat.
The roller 22 is made of a synthetic resin member having elasticity, and is formed in a ring shape. On the outer peripheral surface of the roller 22, a plurality of grooves extending parallel to the rotation center axis of the roller 22 are formed at circumferentially increasing intervals, and thus, irregularities are formed in the circumferential direction. The roller 22 is attached to the rotary shaft 21 in a state where rotation with respect to the rotary shaft 21 is regulated, and rotates together with the rotary shaft 21. The roller 22 is disposed at the center in the vertical direction of the communication path 11b in a state of being attached to the rotary shaft 21.
The pair of flat plates 23 are made of a synthetic resin member, and are formed in a rectangular plate shape, like the rollers 22. The pair of flat plates 23 are attached to wall surfaces of the communication path 11b facing the outer peripheral surfaces of the rollers 22.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the handle 30 is a plate-shaped member having a coupling hole 31 that can be coupled to the handle coupling portion 21c of the rotary shaft 21 on one end side and an operation portion 32 that is operated while being held by a hand of a user on the other end side. The coupling hole 31 is formed in an elongated hole shape, and has a fixing portion 31a having a width dimension substantially equal to a distance between a pair of planes of the handle coupling portion 21c of the rotary shaft 21 and an insertion portion 31b having a size allowing a distal end portion of the rotary shaft 21 to pass therethrough. The handle 30 can be operated to rotate the rotary shaft 21 by moving the rotary shaft 21 to the fixing portion 31a side and fixing it to the rotary shaft 21 in a state where the end portion of the rotary shaft 21 passes through the insertion portion 31b of the coupling hole 31.
When husking rice, the rice husker 1 configured as described above is first set in a posture in which one of the pair of openings 11a faces upward and the other faces downward.
Next, the user using the rice huller 1 swings the opening/closing member 13 of the opening 11a facing upward to open the opening 11a and throw rice in, and swings the opening/closing member 13 to close the opening 11 a.
Then, the user using the rice huller 1 rotates the handle 30 while keeping the direction of the housing 10, thereby driving the rice hulling part 20.
Thus, the rice fed into the communication path 11b through the opening 11a enters the grooves of the rollers 22 of the rice hulling part 20 and moves together with the rollers 22. The rice moved by the rotation of the roller 22 moves downward by contacting the flat plate 23, and is separated into brown rice and a rice husk, and falls from the rice hulling section 20.
The brown rice dropped from the rice husking part 20 and the rice husk are mixed and dropped to the opening/closing member 13 closing the opening 11a at the lower end of the communicating path 11 b. At this time, the brown rice has a particle diameter larger than the width of the rice husk passage hole 13a1 provided in the rice husk discharge portion 13a of the opening/closing member 13, and therefore stays on the lower end side of the communication path 11 b. Further, since the outer size of the rice husk is smaller than the width of the rice husk passage hole 13a1, the rice husk is discharged to the outside of the housing 10 through the rice husk passage hole 13a1 as shown in fig. 3.
The rice husk sandwiched between the brown rice and the unpolished rice and left below the communication path 11b is moved downward or swung in the left-right direction by raising the entire rice huller 1, and is discharged to the outside of the casing 10 through the rice husk passage hole 13a1 while passing through the unpolished rice and the unpolished rice.
The brown rice remaining below the communication path 11b can be removed by opening the opening 11a by swinging the opening-closing member 13 of the opening 11a located at the lower end.
Thus, according to the rice huller of the present embodiment, the housing 10 is provided with the rice husk discharging portion 13a, and the rice husk discharging portion 13a has the rice husk passage hole 13a1 for preventing the brown rice separated in the rice hulling portion 20 from passing therethrough and allowing the rice husk to pass therethrough.
Thus, the rice husk can be separated by a simple structure, the brown rice can be reliably taken out, and the manufacturing cost can be reduced and the device can be miniaturized.
The rice husk passage hole 13a1 is a long hole having a width smaller than the particle diameter of the brown rice, and the rice husk discharge portion 13a has a plurality of rice husk passage holes 13a1 arranged at intervals that are higher in a predetermined direction.
Accordingly, the rice husks can be discharged to the outside of the casing 10 through the plurality of rice husk passage holes 13a1 formed in the shape of long holes, and therefore, a large number of rice husks can be discharged to the outside of the casing 10 in a short time, and the work efficiency of the work of separating the brown rice from the rice husks can be improved.
The box 10 has an opening 11a as an outlet for taking out the brown rice, the opening 11a is openable and closable by an opening-closing member 13, and the rice husk discharging portion 13a is provided in the opening-closing member 13.
Accordingly, the rice husk can be discharged to the outside of the box 10 through the opening 11a for taking out the brown rice, and therefore, the operation for taking out the brown rice can be performed following the operation for discharging to the outside of the box 10 of the rice husk, and the operation efficiency of the operation for taking out the brown rice can be improved.
The opening/closing member 13 is coupled to the case 10 so as to be swingable at a rear end portion thereof, and closes the opening 11a by engaging an engaging portion 13b provided at a front end portion thereof with the case 10, and opens the opening 11a by releasing the engagement of the engaging portion 13b with the case 10.
Thus, when the rice husks are discharged to the outside of the box 10 by swinging the entire rice husker 1, the opening 11a can be prevented from being unintentionally opened by the user.
The rice hulling section 20 includes a roller 22 rotatably provided in the casing 10 and a flat plate 23 disposed in the vicinity of the outer peripheral surface of the roller 22, and hulling rice is performed between the outer peripheral surface of the roller 22 and the flat plate 23.
Thus, rice husking can be performed with a simple configuration, and thus manufacturing cost can be reduced.
In the above embodiment, the rice hulling part 20 is shown to be driven manually, but not limited thereto. The rice husking unit may be driven by a rotational force output from, for example, an electric motor or may be driven by a rotational force output from an engine.
In the above embodiment, the rice hulling section 20 having the roller 22 and the flat plate 23 is shown, but is not limited thereto. The unhulled portion may be formed by dividing the unhulled rice into brown rice and unhulled rice, or may include a pair of rollers having different numbers of rotations.
In the above embodiment, the pair of openings 11a formed as the box 10 have a function of serving as an inlet for inserting rice and a function of serving as an outlet for taking out brown rice and rice husks, respectively, but the present invention is not limited thereto. A hopper for loading rice may be provided at an upper portion of the casing 10, a take-out port may be provided at a lower portion, and an opening/closing member having a rice casing discharge portion may be provided at the take-out port.
In the above embodiment, the rice husk discharging portion 13a is provided in the opening/closing member 13 for opening/closing the opening 11a, but the invention is not limited thereto. The rice husk discharging unit may be provided in a portion other than the opening of the casing as long as it can discharge only the rice husk to the outside of the casing 10.
In the above embodiment, the rice husk passage hole 13a1 formed in a long hole shape is shown, but the rice husk passage hole may be a plurality of circular holes, square holes, or the like as long as it is a hole that prevents passage of brown rice and allows passage of the rice husk, and is not limited to a long hole shape.
