The present invention addresses the above problems by providing a container type refrigeration station.
The container type freezing station comprises a freezing station box body, wherein mounting grooves are formed in the front end and the rear end of the freezing station box body, vertical plates are fixedly connected to the left side and the right side inside the mounting grooves, a lead screw is rotatably connected between the two vertical plates, a movable block is movably connected to the outer wall of the lead screw, a first hinged support is fixedly connected to the front end face of the movable block, a connecting rod is movably connected to the outer wall of the first hinged support, a second hinged support is movably connected to one end, away from the first hinged support, of the connecting rod, a water collecting chamber is fixedly connected to the front end face of the second hinged support, a plurality of uniformly distributed spray heads are arranged at the back of the water collecting chamber, and a water pump is mounted on the front end face of the water collecting chamber.
In order to facilitate external water supply, the bottom of the water pump is preferably communicated with a water inlet connecting pipe as one container type freezing station of the invention.
In order to facilitate driving the screw rod to rotate, the container type freezing station is preferably provided with a motor which is arranged on the outer wall of the right vertical plate, and the output end of the motor penetrates through the vertical plate and is fixedly connected with the screw rod.
In order to limit the rotation of the movable block, it is preferable that a slide rail is provided at the rear of the inside of the mounting groove, and the back of the movable block is slidably connected to the slide rail.
In order to make the folded connecting rod have the water collecting chamber higher than the top of the box body of the freezing station, the length of the connecting rod is preferably greater than half of the height of the box body of the freezing station.
In order to facilitate moving of the freezing station, the container type freezing station is preferably used, the lower end face of a box body of the freezing station is fixedly connected with a bottom plate, and four corners of the lower end face of the bottom plate are respectively provided with universal wheels.
In order to fix the position of the connecting rod conveniently, it is preferable that the outer walls of the first hinged support and the second hinged support are provided with locking bolts.
