Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the preferred embodiment of the present invention provides a handle 1, the handle 1 is pivotally disposed on a mounting side 11 of an electronic device 10 for supporting or carrying the electronic device 10. The electronic device 10 is a flat board, and preferably is a tablet computer, and has an electrical docking connector or a plurality of electrical docking terminals on an electrical docking side 12 of the tablet computer for electrically docking to a transmission socket or other electronic devices, and the mounting side 11 is disposed on an opposite side of the tablet computer from the electrical docking side 12, but the invention is not limited thereto. The two sides of the electronic device 10 are a display surface 21 and a back surface 22, and the electronic device 10 is provided with at least one stopping portion 30.
As shown in fig. 1, the handle 1 can be held by a user to lift the electronic device 10. When the handle 1 is pivoted to be located at the back 22 of the electronic device 10 as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the handle 1 can support the electronic device 10 to enable the electronic device 10 to stand on a plane for placement as shown in fig. 4. For example, the electronic device 10 stands on a flat surface. As shown in fig. 5, the electronic device 10 is laid flat and supported by the handle 1 to be lifted upward. Further, as shown in fig. 6, the user may grip the electronic device 10 by passing the palm 2 between the handle 1 and the electronic device 10, and restrain the palm 2 by the elastic restoring force of the handle 1 to prevent slipping.
Referring to fig. 7, 8 and 11, in the present embodiment, the handle 1 of the invention includes a pair of rigid swing arms 100 and an elastic band 220. As shown in fig. 9 to 11, the pair of rigid swing arms 100 are spaced apart from each other, one end of each rigid swing arm 100 is a pivot end 110, and each pivot end 110 is respectively pivoted to the mounting side 11 along the same pivot axis a, and the pair of rigid swing arms 100 are preferably respectively pivoted to two ends of the mounting side 11, but the invention is not limited thereto, and for example, the pair of rigid swing arms 100 can be pivoted between two ends of the mounting side 11. Moreover, the pair of rigid swing arms 100 respectively extend from the pivot ends 110 to form a support section 120.
Referring to fig. 2 to 5, when the handle 1 is pivoted to the back 22 of the electronic device 10, the stopping portion 30 on the electronic device 10 abuts against any one of the rigid swing arms 100 to fix the position of the handle 1. The support segments 120 of the rigid swing arms 100 are in contact with the surface on which they are placed. Thereby, the electronic device 10 is supported so that the electronic device 10 stands on the plane on which the electronic device is placed.
Referring to fig. 7, 8 and 11, the elastic band 220 is extended between the pair of rigid swing arms 100, and more specifically, the elastic band 220 is extended between the pair of support sections 120. In the present embodiment, the elastic band 220 is preferably formed with a plurality of blocks 210, the blocks 210 are arranged between the supporting sections 120 of the pair of rigid swing arms 100, and adjacent blocks 210 are connected to each other by a connecting section 220. The connecting segments 220 are preferably narrower than the blocks 210, so that the connecting segments 220 are recessed in the gaps between adjacent blocks 210, the elastic band 220 can be supported by the blocks 210 to maintain the shape of the elastic band 220, and the elastic band 220 can be elastically deformed to allow the blocks 210 to be relatively displaced to change the relative positions of the blocks 210 in the arrangement. When the elastic band 220 between the rigid swing arms 100 is subjected to a sufficient lateral external force, the elastic band 220 can be elastically deformed by bending the connecting segments 220. Preferably, the support sections 120 of the pair of rigid swing arms 100 are respectively embedded in the elastic bands 220 in a two-shot manner, and the elastic bands 220 can be deformed in the radial direction of the pivot axis a by using the portions of the pair of rigid swing arms 100 that are not embedded. When the weight of the electronic device 10 is applied to the handle 1, the elastic band 220 is maintained in its original shape by the respective support sections 120 of the pair of rigid swing arms 100.
Preferably, a protrusion 130 is optionally protruded on the side of each supporting segment 120. Each of the protrusions 130 protrudes from and is higher than the side surface of the support section 120, and in detail, the protrusion 130 is located outside the support section 120 and protrudes from the surface of the support section 120 by protruding outward along the radial direction and the circumferential direction of the pivot axis a, and in addition, the protrusion 130 further protrudes outward along the radial direction of the pivot axis a to form a flange 133, and protrudes outward along two circumferential directions to form a first exposed portion 131 and a second exposed portion 132, respectively, for the mold to clamp the rigid swing arm 100 during the dual shot, in other words, the rigid swing arm 100 is suspended in the mold by clamping the first exposed portion 131 and the second exposed portion 132 of the rigid swing arm 100.
In this embodiment, when the soft material of the elastic band 200 is wrapped around the ridge 130, the soft material will stop at the periphery of the flange 133 of the hard material. However, in other embodiments, the ridge 130 does not have the aforementioned flange 133, and the soft material of the elastic band 200 and the hard material of the ridge 130 together terminate at the through hole TH. In the present embodiment, the first exposed portion 131 and the second exposed portion 132 are both exposed from the soft material, wherein the exposed area of the first exposed portion 131 is significantly larger than the exposed area of the second exposed portion 132, and compared with the exposed surface of the second exposed portion 132 which is cut to be flush with the outer surface formed by the soft material, the exposed surface of the first exposed portion 131 is slightly raised to protrude from the outer surface formed by the soft material, and when the handle 1 is installed, the first exposed portion 131 is on the same side as the display surface 21, and the second exposed portion 132 is on the same side as the back surface 22.
When the electronic device 10 is standing on a plane and forms an inclination angle with the plane by using the handle 1, the exposed surface of the first exposed portion 131 can be used as a supporting foot pad at a position as far as possible from the pivot axis a, so that the handle 1 can use the first exposed portion 131 to provide enough moment of inertia or moment of inertia for supporting the mass center of the electronic device 10 and using the first exposed portion 131 as a fulcrum, because the first exposed portion 131 is far from the display point of the mass center of the electronic device 10 on the plane on the supporting plane, the handle 1 can also use the first exposed portion 131 to provide enough reaction force when the operator uses the touch function of the electronic device 10 to touch the display surface 21, and the electronic device 10 is not toppled.
When the electronic device 10 is vertically placed on a plane, the protruding first exposed portion 131 serves as a foot pad, so that the handle 1 and the plane are only contacted with the two first exposed portions 131 and the end edges of the pivot joint end 110, the rest is approximately suspended, and the electronic device 10 utilizes the end edge of the stopping portion 30 to contact with the supporting plane, thereby preventing the handle 1 from being uneven due to the manufacturing tolerance of the contact surface caused by too many contact points, and providing enough support for the electronic device 10. And the respective protrusions 130 are embedded in the soft material of the elastic band 220 in a two-shot manner. At least one of the support segments 120 may optionally have a through hole TH formed therein, and the through hole TH preferably penetrates the protruding portion 130 to be located at a predetermined support point (i.e., the first exposed portion 131). The through hole TH allows a rod (not shown) to be inserted, thereby extending a distance between the supporting point and the center of mass of the electronic device 10 to more stably support the electronic device 10. The present invention is not limited to the form of the stick body, and for example, a general pen barrel or an attached stylus is the simplest form.
As shown in fig. 1, when the handle 1 is pivoted to be located on the same plane as the electronic device 10, the user can hold the elastic band 220 between the pair of rigid swing arms 100 to lift the electronic device 10. As shown in fig. 6 and 11, when the handle 1 is pivoted to be located at the back 22 of the electronic device 10, the user can pass the palm 2 between the elastic band 220 and the electronic device 10 to hold the electronic device 10, and the elastic restoring force of the elastic band 220 restrains the palm 2 to prevent slipping, while the rigid swing arm 100 provides sufficient structural rigidity when the electronic device 10 is extracted or supported, and can also satisfy the required structural rigidity by the rigid swing arm 100 when the electronic device 10 and the handle 1 are in a falling test. The predetermined spacing of the elastic band 220 from a mounting side 11 of the electronic device 10 accommodates users with smaller palm 2 sizes. When the palm 2 of a user is large, the elastic band 220 can be stretched outward by the large palm 2 and elastically deformed, so that the palm 2 of different sizes of users can be adapted.
In summary, the handle 1 of the present invention includes the rigid swing arm 100 and the elastic band 220 that are integrated by two-shot molding. The rigid swing arm 100 can be used to support the weight of the electronic device 10 when the electronic device 10 is standing on a flat surface. When the user holds the electronic device 10, the elastic band 220 can be elastically deformed to accommodate different sizes of palms 2 of the respective users. Therefore, the handle 1 of the present invention can be used for both supporting and restraining, and can be applied to restrain palms 2 of different sizes.
The invention also provides an electronic device, wherein a handle is pivoted on one mounting side of the electronic device 10.
