before using, inputting needed gun head models on a touch screen control panel, automatically matching information of each model to different first adjustable guide rail mechanisms by a preset program, adjusting the widths of a first limit groove and a second limit groove by controlling a first driving assembly and a second driving assembly, putting gun heads of different models into corresponding first adjustable guide rail mechanisms by a worker through a feeding door after setting, and then automatically conveying the gun heads by pressing a determination button on the touch screen control panel;
automatically matching information of each model to different first adjustable guide rail mechanisms through a preset program; the width of the first limit groove and the width of the second limit groove are adjusted by controlling the first driving assembly and the second driving assembly; limiting gun heads of different types through a first adjustable guide rail mechanism, wherein the limited gun heads are clamped in a first limiting groove; the gun head sequentially moves into the second limiting groove through blowing of the fan and sequentially slides into the gun head positioning hole through the second limiting groove; screening a first adjustable guide rail mechanism group with a gun head and a first adjustable guide rail mechanism group without a gun head by controlling an electromagnetic valve; the size of the gun head positioning hole is matched with the gun head of the largest model, a stop block is arranged on the outer side of the bottom in the gun head positioning hole, and the gun head entering the gun head positioning hole is positioned in an inclined posture through the support of the stop block; and (5) carrying out ultraviolet disinfection on the gun head in the box body through an ultraviolet lamp for a preset time.
