The working principle is as follows:
when the rice noodle cutting machine is used, firstly, rice noodles extruded from an extruder are pulled out and pass through the cooling mechanism 3, one end of each rice noodle is respectively placed on the first conveying rod 102 and the second conveying rod 202, and finally, the rice noodles are placed into the cutting chamber 501 from the feeding groove 502, the fan 304 is started to introduce cold air into the cooling pipe 302 and eject the cold air through the cooling nozzle 303, meanwhile, the lifting cylinder 305 is arranged to drive the cooling pipe 302 to lift, the distance between the cooling pipe 302 and the rice noodles is adjusted, and the extruded high-temperature rice noodles are cooled;
the adjusting seats 2033 are rotated, the adjusting seats 2033 are driven to move on the adjusting threads 2032 through the threaded connection between the adjusting seats 2033 and the adjusting threads 2032, so that the distance between the two adjusting seats 2033 is adjusted, and the laying width of the rice noodle conveyed on the second conveying rod 202 is adjusted;
the handle 406 is rotated to drive the first threaded rod 405 to rotate, the height of the leveling rod 403 and the leveling roller 404 is adjusted through threaded connection of the first threaded rod 405 and the sliding seat 401, the moving motor 409 is started to drive the second threaded rod 410 to rotate, and the sliding plate 411 is driven to move through threaded connection of the second threaded rod 410 and the sliding plate 411, so that the sliding seat 401 is driven to move on the second conveying table 2, and the leveling roller 404 levels the rice noodles to ensure the uniformity of the rice noodles;
the cutoff motor 510 is started to drive the driving bevel gear 511 to rotate, so as to drive the driven bevel gear 512 meshed with the driving bevel gear to rotate, the driven bevel gear 512 drives the rotating shaft 508 to rotate, so as to drive the eccentric disc 509 to rotate, the cutoff knife 504 slides back and forth between the two sliding rods 503 in cooperation with the reset effect of the reset spring 507, and the rice noodle is cut off in cooperation with the cutoff groove repeatedly.

Claims (8)

1. A cutting device for rice noodle production and processing comprises a first conveying platform (1) and a second conveying platform (2), wherein the tops of the first conveying platform (1) and the second conveying platform (2) are respectively provided with a first conveying groove (101) and a second conveying groove (201), and the cutting device is characterized in that a plurality of uniformly distributed adjusting components (203) for adjusting the laying width of rice noodles are arranged between the inner walls of the two sides of the second conveying groove (201);
the top of first transport platform (1) is equipped with and is used for carrying out refrigerated cooling body (3) to the rice noodle that extrudes, and the top of second transport platform (2) is equipped with and is used for spreading out mechanism (4) that paves to the rice noodle, and the one end that first transport platform (1) was kept away from in second transport platform (2) is equipped with cuts off mechanism (5) that cuts the rice noodle.

The cutting device for the production and processing of rice noodles as claimed in claim 1, wherein a plurality of first conveying rods (102) are rotatably connected between the inner walls of the two sides of the first conveying groove (101), and a plurality of second conveying rods (202) are rotatably connected between the inner walls of the two sides of the second conveying groove (201).

The cutting device for the production and processing of the rice noodles as claimed in claim 1, wherein the adjusting assembly (203) comprises an adjusting rod (2031) rotatably connected with the inner wall of the second conveying groove (201), adjusting threads (2032) are symmetrically arranged at two ends of the adjusting rod (2031), an adjusting seat (2033) is sleeved on the outer surface of the adjusting threads (2032), and the adjusting seat (2033) is in threaded connection with the adjusting threads (2032).

The cutting device for the rice noodle production and processing according to claim 1, wherein the cooling mechanism (3) comprises a cooling chamber (301) fixed with the top of the first conveying platform (1), an opening is formed in the bottom of the cooling chamber (301), cooling pipes (302) are connected to two side walls in the cooling chamber (301) in a sliding mode, and a plurality of cooling nozzles (303) are uniformly distributed in the bottom of each cooling pipe (302).

The cutting device for the rice noodle production and processing according to claim 1, wherein the paving mechanism (4) comprises two sliding seats (401) which are symmetrically distributed and are slidably connected with two sides of the top of the second conveying platform (2), sliding grooves (402) are formed in two sides of each sliding seat (401) in a penetrating mode, a paving rod (403) is connected between the two sliding grooves (402), and a paving roller (404) is fixed on the outer surface of each paving rod (403).

The cutting device for the rice noodle production and processing as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cutting mechanism (5) comprises a cutting chamber (501), a feeding groove (502) is formed in one side, close to the second conveying table (2), of the cutting chamber (501), two symmetrically distributed sliding rods (503) are fixed between two side walls of the inner portion of the cutting chamber (501), and a cutting knife (504) is arranged between the two sliding rods (503).

The cutting device for the rice noodle production and processing as claimed in claim 6, wherein a return spring (507) is sleeved on the outer surface of the sliding rod (503), a rotating shaft (508) is rotatably connected between the top end and the bottom end of the inside of the cutting chamber (501), an eccentric disc (509) is fixed on the outer surface of the rotating shaft (508), and one side of the eccentric disc (509) is in contact with one side of the cutting knife (504).

firstly, one end of a rice noodle extruded from an extruder is pulled out and respectively placed on a first conveying rod (102) and a second conveying rod (202), and finally placed into a cutting chamber (501) from a feeding groove (502), and the rice noodle is cooled through a cooling mechanism (3);
