And fishing light complementary photovoltaic power plant, because the construction is in aqueous, the manual maintenance is more inconvenient. The water delivery system realizes local self-water supply. The transverse and longitudinal rail system can drive the cleaning mechanism to clean in a large-area movable manner, and meanwhile, the cleaning mechanism is firstly subjected to rolling brushing and then is rotationally dragged and smeared, so that dirt on the surface of the solar photovoltaic panel can be effectively removed, and the photoelectric conversion efficiency is improved.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows: a fishing light complementary solar photovoltaic panel cleaning device comprises a water delivery system, a supporting and fixing system, a track system, a solar photovoltaic panel 5, a cleaning mechanism 9, a storage battery 10, an inverter 11 and a controller 12;
the supporting and fixing system comprises a floating device 1, a fixed pile 2, a support I3 and a support II4, wherein the floating device 1 is fixed on the water surface, the fixed pile 2 is fixed on the floating device 1, the support II4 is obliquely fixed above the fixed pile 2 through the support I3, and four sides of a solar photovoltaic panel 5 are fixed on the inner side of the support II 4;
the water delivery system comprises a water pumping pipe 15, a filter 16, a water pump 17, a telescopic water delivery pipe 18, an inner water delivery pipe 910 and a nozzle 911, wherein one end of the water pumping pipe 15 is immersed in water below the floating device 1, the other end of the water pumping pipe passes through the filter 16 and then is connected with the water pump 17, the water outlet of the water pump 17 is connected with the telescopic water delivery pipe 18 to guide water into the inner water delivery pipe 910, and the water is sprayed onto the solar photovoltaic panel 5 through a touch nozzle 911 arranged on the inner water delivery pipe 910 to provide cleaning water for cleaning the solar photovoltaic panel 5;
the track system comprises a longitudinal electric control slide rail 6, a longitudinal electric control slide block 7, a transverse electric control slide rail 14, a transverse electric control slide block 19 and limit switches 8 arranged at two ends of the longitudinal electric control slide rail 6 and the transverse electric control slide block 19, wherein the longitudinal electric control slide rail 6 is divided into two parts and is arranged at two sides of a solar photovoltaic panel 5, the longitudinal electric control slide block 7 is arranged in the longitudinal electric control slide rail 6, two ends of the transverse electric control slide rail 14 are fixedly arranged on the longitudinal electric control slide blocks 7 at two sides and can longitudinally move along with the longitudinal electric control slide block 7, the transverse electric control slide block 19 is arranged in the transverse electric control slide rail 14, and a cleaning mechanism 9 is fixedly arranged on the transverse electric control slide block 19 and can transversely move along with the transverse electric control slide block 19;
the cleaning mechanism 9 is fixedly arranged on the transverse electric control slide block 19 and can move transversely and longitudinally along with the rail system to complete a large-range cleaning task, and the controller 12 is connected with the water pump 17, the rail system and the cleaning mechanism 9.
As a further scheme of the invention, the storage battery 10 is connected with the solar photovoltaic panel 5 through a lead and supplies power to the whole fishing light complementary solar photovoltaic panel cleaning device after passing through the inverter 11.
As a further scheme of the present invention, the water pumping pipe 15 and the inner water conveying pipe 910 adopt PPR water pipes, the telescopic water conveying pipe 18 adopts TPE telescopic pipes, and the filter 16 adopts a T-shaped filter.
As a further scheme of the present invention, the cleaning mechanism 9 includes a cleaning mechanism housing 901, an upper roller brush 909, a lower roller brush 914 and two round cleaning mops 902, the motor II and the motor III in the cleaning mechanism 9 are respectively disposed in the motor II fixing seat 907 and the motor III fixing seat 912, and respectively drive the motor II rotating shaft 908 and the motor III rotating shaft 913 to rotate at high speed, so that the upper roller brush 909 and the lower roller brush 914 on the rotating shafts are scrubbed in a high-speed rolling manner, and a water delivery system is matched to complete a heavy cleaning, and an inner water delivery pipe 910 of the water delivery system is installed between the upper roller brush 909 and the lower roller brush 914; and the motor I915 drives the motor I rotating shaft 916 to rotate, so that the large cylindrical gear 904 rotates at a high speed, the small cylindrical gears 905 on the two sides are driven to rotate, the small cylindrical gear 905 drives the cleaning mop rotating shaft 906 to rotate at a high speed, and therefore the two cleaning mops 902 at the bottom ends of the cleaning mop rotating shafts 906 are driven to complete rotary mopping, and double cleaning is completed, wherein the cleaning mechanism shell 901 is made of ABS plastic.
As a further scheme of the invention, the cleaning mechanism 9 supplies water by being connected with the telescopic water pipe 18, and supplies power and control signals by being connected with the spiral spring cable 13, so that the cleaning mechanism 9 can move transversely and longitudinally along with the track system.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the solar water supply device pumps water locally by virtue of the water delivery system water pump, supplies water for the cleaning mechanism, realizes self power supply by virtue of the connection of the storage battery and the solar panel, realizes local material utilization to the greatest extent, and is convenient and efficient;
2. according to the solar photovoltaic cleaning device, the built transverse and longitudinal electric control slide rail is adopted, so that the cleaning mechanism can move up and down and left and right on the solar photovoltaic panel, the cleaning mechanism can complete cleaning of the large-area solar photovoltaic panel with a small size, the flexibility of the cleaning mechanism is improved, and the cleaning device is lighter and smaller and is more suitable for being used in a fishing light complementary photovoltaic power station;
3. the cleaning mechanism designed by the invention adopts the front half part, the two roller brushes are matched with the upper nozzle to roll and brush the dirt of the solar photovoltaic panel, and the rear half part adopts the two round cleaning mops to rotationally mop, so that the cleaning mechanism can perform secondary cleaning after the front half part is brushed and cleaned, and meanwhile, water stains are not left on the solar photovoltaic panel;
4. the device can efficiently and flexibly remove various dirt on the surface of the solar photovoltaic panel and improve the photoelectric conversion efficiency.

Example (b): as shown in fig. 1-3, a fishing light complementary solar photovoltaic panel cleaning device comprises a water delivery system, a supporting and fixing system, a track system, a solar photovoltaic panel 5, a cleaning mechanism 9, a storage battery 10, an inverter 11 and a controller 12;
referring to fig. 1, the supporting and fixing system includes a floating device 1, a fixing pile 2, a bracket I3 and a bracket II4, the floating device 1 is fixed on the water surface, the fixing pile 2 is fixed on the floating device 1, the bracket II4 is fixed above the fixing pile 2 through the bracket I3 in an inclined manner, and four sides of a solar photovoltaic panel 5 are fixed on the inner side of the bracket II 4;
the water delivery system comprises a water pumping pipe 15, a filter 16, a water pump 17, a telescopic water delivery pipe 18, an inner water delivery pipe 910 and a nozzle 911, wherein one end of the water pumping pipe 15 is immersed in water below the floating device 1, the other end of the water pumping pipe passes through the filter 16 and then is connected with the water pump 17, the water outlet of the water pump 17 is connected with the telescopic water delivery pipe 18 to guide water into the inner water delivery pipe 910, and the water is sprayed onto the solar photovoltaic panel 5 through a touch nozzle 911 arranged on the inner water delivery pipe 910 to provide cleaning water for cleaning the solar photovoltaic panel 5;

As a further scheme of the invention, the storage battery 10 is connected with the solar photovoltaic panel 5 through a lead and supplies power to the whole fishing light complementary solar photovoltaic panel cleaning device after passing through the inverter 11.
As a further scheme of the present invention, the water pumping pipe 15 and the inner water conveying pipe 910 adopt PPR water pipes, the telescopic water conveying pipe 18 adopts TPE telescopic pipes, and the filter 16 adopts a T-shaped filter.
As a further scheme of the present invention, please refer to fig. 2 and fig. 3, the cleaning mechanism 9 includes a cleaning mechanism housing 901, an upper roller brush 909, a lower roller brush 914 and two circular cleaning mops 902, each motor is fixed inside the cleaning mechanism housing 901 by each motor fixing seat, the motor II and the motor III inside the cleaning mechanism 9 are respectively disposed in the motor II fixing seat 907 and the motor III fixing seat 912 and respectively drive the motor II rotating shaft 908 and the motor III rotating shaft 913 to rotate at a high speed, so that the upper roller brush 909 and the lower roller brush 914 on the rotating shafts are brushed at a high speed in a rolling manner, and a heavy cleaning is completed in cooperation with a water delivery system, and an inner water delivery pipe 910 of the water delivery system is installed between the upper roller brush 909 and the lower roller brush 914; the motor I915 drives the motor I rotating shaft 916 to rotate, so that the large cylindrical gear 904 rotates at a high speed to drive the small cylindrical gears 905 on the two sides to rotate, the small cylindrical gear 905 drives the cleaning mop rotating shaft 906 to rotate at a high speed, and therefore the two cleaning mops 902 at the bottom ends of the cleaning mop rotating shafts 906 are driven to complete rotary mopping, and double cleaning is completed, and the cleaning mechanism shell 901 is made of ABS plastic.
As a further scheme of the invention, the cleaning mechanism 9 supplies water by being connected with a telescopic water pipe 18, and ensures that the cleaning mechanism 9 can move transversely and longitudinally along with the track system by being connected with a spiral spring cable 13 for supplying power and control signals, and the spiral spring cable 13 is respectively connected with the cleaning mechanism 9 and the controller 12.
Further, the water pump 17, the track system and each motor inside the cleaning mechanism 9 are controlled by the controller 12, and the controller 12 is a time controller and controls the cleaning period of the solar photovoltaic panel 5 according to the actual situation.
