During normal sputum aspiration, the on-off control valve 3 of the airway connecting pipe 1 and the negative pressure device connected with the negative pressure connecting pipe 4 are opened, the negative pressure connecting pipe 4 moves towards the airway connecting pipe 1, the end part of the sputum aspiration pipe 5, which passes through the joint B end of the airway connecting pipe 1, sequentially passes through the airway connecting pipe 1 and the trachea cannula and stretches into the respiratory tract of a patient, then the negative pressure control valve 7 is controlled to enable the negative pressure generated by the negative pressure device connected with the negative pressure connecting pipe 4 to be communicated with the respiratory tract of the patient and to begin sputum aspiration under the action of the negative pressure, sputum flows out along the sputum aspiration pipe 5 and the negative pressure connecting pipe 4, and the negative pressure connecting pipe 4 moves towards a direction far away from the airway connecting pipe 1 through repeated intermittent operation of the negative pressure control valve 7, so that the end part of the sputum aspiration pipe 5, which stretches out of the airway connecting pipe 1, gradually moves outwards along the respiratory tract of the patient, and then aspirates sputum at a plurality of parts in the respiratory tract of the patient; until the sputum suction tube 5 returns to the initial position in the airway connecting tube 1 again, at the moment, the negative pressure control valve 7 is controlled to ensure that the negative pressure generated by the negative pressure device connected with the negative pressure connecting tube 4 is not communicated with the respiratory tract of a patient, and the airway switch control valve 3 is closed to finish sputum suction.
When sampling is needed, the tubular joint 20 is respectively in butt joint with the sampling air inlet 8 and the sampling air outlet 9, the tubular joint 20 is continuously inserted into the negative pressure connecting pipe 4 from the sampling air inlet 8 and the sampling air outlet 9 through the threaded connection of the fixing piece 12 and the sleeve 22, the sealing gaskets 15 of the sampling air inlet 8 and the sampling air outlet 9 are upwards moved to the notch of the sealing spring groove 14 against the acting force of the spring 16, so that the installation of the sampling bottle 18 is realized, then the airway switch control valve 3 and the negative pressure device connected with the negative pressure connecting pipe 4 are opened, the negative pressure connecting pipe 4 is moved to the airway connecting pipe 1, the sputum sucking pipe 5 penetrates through the joint B end of the airway connecting pipe 1 and the trachea cannula into the respiratory tract of a patient, then the negative pressure control valve 7 is controlled to enable the negative pressure connecting pipe 4 to be communicated with the respiratory tract of the patient, sputum sucking is started under the negative pressure effect, and the sputum flows out along the sputum sucking pipe 5 and the negative pressure connecting pipe 4; when the sputum flows to the negative pressure connecting pipe 4, the tubular joint 20 blocks the flow path of the sputum, the sputum flows downwards from the sampling air inlet 8 to the sampling bottle 18 along the tubular joint 20 through the groove 21, and the negative pressure gas leaves the sampling bottle 18 from the sampling air outlet 9 along the tubular joint 20, enters the negative pressure connecting pipe 4 again and flows out of the negative pressure connecting pipe 4; after the sampling is finished, the negative pressure generated by the negative pressure device connected with the negative pressure connecting pipe 4 is not communicated with the respiratory tract of a patient through the negative pressure control valve 7, the tubular joint 20 is continuously moved away from the negative pressure connecting pipe 4 from the sampling air inlet 8 and the sampling air outlet 9 through the threaded connection of the fixing piece 12 and the sleeve 22, the sealing gasket 15 is continuously moved downwards under the acting force of the spring 16 until the sampling air inlet 8 and the sampling air outlet are blocked and sealed, and when the fixing piece 12 is separated from the sleeve 22, the tubular joint 20 is pulled out from the sampling air inlet 8 and the sampling air outlet 9 again, so that the separation of the sampling bottle 18 and the negative pressure connecting pipe 4 is realized; finally, the sealing cover B25 and the sealing cover A19 are respectively taken off from the sampling bottle 18, and the upper bottle mouth of the sampling bottle 18 is immediately sealed by the sealing cover B25.
