Abstract
The invention discloses a novel repairing and reinforcing method for a jacket platform structure rod piece, which is completed by the following steps: s1, prefabricating a clip and a crown plate, wherein grouting holes and exhaust holes are preset at two ends of the clip respectively; s2, arranging crown plates sealed with the rod piece above and below the area to be repaired of the rod piece respectively; s3, mounting the upper end and the lower end of the clip on the upper crown plate and the lower crown plate respectively in a sealing manner, and positioning the exhaust hole above the grouting hole; and S4, grouting from the grouting holes until the space inside the clamp is filled, and combining the clamp and the rod piece into a whole after the clamp and the rod piece are condensed, namely, repairing and reinforcing the rod piece of the jacket platform structure. The invention can simply and quickly reinforce and repair the deformed area of the jacket platform structure rod piece, thereby avoiding the extension of the engineering period and the unnecessary cost expenditure.

If thoroughly restore and change original structure, need strengthen original structure upper and lower both ends, increase interim support, frock and scaffold frame work load is big, and the construction cycle is long, can't realize the quick recovery of structure and strengthen, leads to the risk of further unstability of structure.
