At present, in the process of installing a packaging machine, a suspension beam is fixedly installed at a reserved hole of a top plate, the suspension beam is located above the top plate, and then the packaging machine is installed below the suspension beam after being hoisted. For large and medium-sized packing machines, a travelling crane or a truck crane is generally adopted, a lifting rope is lowered from the upper part of a suspension beam and then hoisted, and the packing machine is installed below the suspension beam.
The packaging machine is required to be installed at a preset position in the hoisting process, certain installation position precision requirements are required for installation, and otherwise the installation positions and the matching of the intermediate bin and the dust collecting bin can be influenced. For the packing machine in hoisting, fine adjustment of the position of the packing machine is difficult to achieve, because the crane boom is long, once the crane boom moves, the amplitude is large, generally, the position of the packing machine is adjusted by pushing the crane boom by hand or pulling the crane boom by a chain block, but the packing machine can be inclined, once the crane boom is inclined, the fitting surface between the packing machine and the suspension beam is not parallel, the precision of the mounting position is affected, long-time adjustment is needed to achieve preset mounting precision, and the mounting process is time-consuming and labor-consuming.

s2, marking and positioning on the suspension beam, determining the installation position of the lifting rope guide mechanism, and installing the lifting rope guide mechanism; the lifting rope guide mechanism comprises at least three groups of guide structures, each guide structure comprises a support frame and a guide wheel, and a wheel carrier of each guide wheel is fixedly connected with the support frame;
s3, installing a lifting rope; a lifting rope is penetrated from the upper part of the suspension beam, so that the lifting rope is attached to the guide wheel, the upper end of the lifting rope is connected with the suspension arm, and the lower end of the lifting rope is connected with a lifting point of a packing machine;
and S4, hoisting the packaging machine, attaching the upper mounting surface of the packaging machine to the suspension beam, and then fixing.
