The beater is installed in the annular mesh belt frame in the shape of Chinese character tian, heavy materials in decoration garbage slide down the ramp under the action of beating jolt and the ramp, and the heavy materials are conveyed to the lower position. Light materials in the decoration garbage are conveyed to the upper part of the ramp to be supplied to the lower part under the action of flapping and bumping and the upward rotation of the annular net belt. Heavy materials (including glass bottles, pop-top cans and the like, and some heavy materials are light but cubic, such as plastic foam and the like) with the thickness of more than 40mm slide into the receiving hopper towards the lower end of the ramp under the action of the vibration of the beater and the dead weight of the heavy materials.
