Background
The biochemical engineering is a cross discipline composed of multiple disciplines such as biology, chemistry, engineering and the like, and researches basic theories and engineering technologies in the process of participating organisms or bioactive substances. It is an important branch and a secondary subject of important development in a primary subject 'chemical engineering and technology', and plays a key role in the process of biotechnology industrialization;
when biochemical sewage is treated, because the sewage contains a large amount of harmful substances, the harmful substances in the sewage need to be removed firstly, but the treatment device used at present generally adopts a stirring mode to remove the harmful substances, but the sewage deposited at the bottom cannot be well mixed and stirred due to the fixed position of a stirring rod, so that the condition that the harmful substances in the sewage are not completely removed can occur, and therefore, the biochemical sewage treatment device is provided.

The invention aims to provide a biochemical sewage treatment device, which solves the existing problems through a rotating mechanism.

according to the invention, through the rotating mechanism, the second fixing rod is influenced by centrifugal force to move outwards, the arc-shaped block is extruded by the second cylindrical connecting block and moves outwards at the same time, the fixing rod is jacked up for a moment when the second fixing rod moves so as to achieve the effect of stretching, then sewage at the bottom can be driven through the first unfolded fixing rod and the second unfolded fixing rod, the situation that the sewage at the bottom cannot be treated is avoided, and the rotating block positioned in the arc-shaped groove of the first fixing rod can swing to a certain extent under the influence of the sewage due to the driving of the sewage to rotate, so that the stirring and mixing effects are increased.
According to the invention, the first fixed block and the second square block push the trapezoidal blocks out under the influence of centrifugal force, so that the phenomenon that sewage exists in gaps of the first fixed block and cannot be stirred and mixed is avoided, the stirring effect is improved, the sizes of the three square blocks are different, the situation that the sewage cannot be pushed out due to different elastic forces of the three springs is avoided, the distances pushed out by the three trapezoidal blocks are different, and the sewage in the gaps inside the first fixed block can be stirred to the maximum extent.
According to the invention, the rotating mechanism is extruded, the diluent is injected into the first cylindrical block through the water pipe, the first fixing plate moves upwards under the pressure of the diluent and pushes the rotating mechanism out of the first cylindrical block, the sewage is injected into the box body from the water inlet, the second fixing plate applies pressure to the first fixing plate through the elastic plate under the influence of water pressure, then the diluent in the first cylindrical block is discharged into the box body through the second one-way valve, the sewage is diluted and sterilized, the discharged diluent can be adjusted according to different sewage inflow amounts at each time, the waste caused by excessive medicament is avoided to the maximum extent, the diluent outlet is arranged at the bottom, and the stirring and mixing effects of the sewage at the bottom of the box body are ensured to the maximum extent.
According to the invention, through the rotating mechanism, when the rotating mechanism moves downwards to a certain range, the positive magnet can enter the range influenced by the negative magnet, and then the positive magnet rotates along with the attraction of the negative magnet through the state of opposite attraction, so that the sewage at the top of the fixing plate II in the cylindrical block I is treated, and the phenomenon that the sewage entering the cylindrical block I cannot be stirred is avoided.
Of course, it is not necessary for any product in which the invention is practiced to achieve all of the above-described advantages at the same time.

Referring to fig. 1-7, the invention relates to a biochemical sewage treatment device, which comprises a box body 1, wherein the bottom of the box body 1 is provided with a bracket 2, and the top of the box body 1 is fixedly provided with a water inlet 3;
the box body 1 comprises water-stop sheets 11, motors 12, rotating rods 13, rotating mechanisms 14, extrusion rotating mechanisms 15, water outlets 16 and water pipes 17, the water-stop sheets 11 are fixedly connected to the left side and the right side inside the box body 1, the motors 12 are arranged inside the two water-stop sheets 11, the rotating rods 13 are rotatably connected to the tops of the two motors 12, the rotating mechanisms 14 are arranged at the tops of the two rotating rods 13, the extrusion rotating mechanisms 15 are arranged at the bottom center shaft of the inner wall of the box body 1, the water outlets 16 are arranged at the lower end of the right side of the box body 1, and the water pipes 17 are fixedly arranged at the bottom center shaft of the box body 1;

The bottoms of the two motors 12 are fixedly connected with the left side and the right side of the bottom of the inner wall of the box body 1, and the rotating mechanism 14 is rotatably connected with the motors 12 through rotating rods 13.
The rotating mechanism 14 internally comprises a first fixing block 141, a first cylindrical connecting block 142, a first fixing rod 143, a second fixing rod 144, a second cylindrical connecting block 145 and a negative magnet 146, the first cylindrical connecting blocks 142 are all arranged on the left side and the right side of the upper end and the lower end of the first fixing block 141, the first fixing rods 143 are all arranged at the ends, close to the first four cylindrical connecting blocks 142, of the first four fixing rods 143, the second fixing rods 144 are all arranged at the ends, far away from the first four cylindrical connecting blocks 142, the second cylindrical connecting blocks 145 are all arranged at the ends, close to the second four fixing rods 144, of the first four fixing rods, and the negative magnet 146 is embedded and connected to the left side and the right side of the first fixing block 141;

The left side of the negative magnet 146 is fixedly connected with a first cylindrical rod w1, the left side of the first cylindrical rod w1 penetrates through the first fixing block 141 and extends to the inside, and the left side of the first cylindrical rod w1 is fixedly connected with a stress plate w 2;

An arc-shaped groove z1 is formed in each of the sides, far away from each other, of the four first fixing rods 143, and a rotating block z2 is arranged inside each arc-shaped groove z 1;
the rotating blocks z2 are rotatably connected with the inner part of the arc-shaped groove z1 through rollers.
The rotating mechanism 15 comprises a cylindrical block II q1, a rotating rod q2, a long rod q3 and a positive magnet q4, the rotating rod q2 is rotatably connected to the central shaft inside the cylindrical block II q1, the long rod q3 is fixedly connected to the outer surface of the rotating rod q2 in an annular mode, and the positive magnet q4 is fixedly installed on the outer surface, far away from the rotating rod q2, of the long rod q 3;
