the SS01 adjusts the width of the front wheel, loosens the bolt for fixing the connecting handle 115, adjusts the angle of the connecting handle 115, further adjusts the width between two small wheels 3 at the front end of the wheelchair, and adjusts the stress surface of the wheelchair.
The SS02 adjusts the sitting height of the wheelchair, and the controller 114 controls the lifting of the electric scissor lift 6 to raise or lower the patient as a whole, thereby changing the sitting height of the patient.
SS03 adjusts the elevation angle of backrest 9, the patient sitting on the wheelchair controls the electric screw rod slide block guide rail mechanism 112 to move back and forth through the controller 114, when the seat plate 8 is driven to move forward, the backrest 9 is driven to increase the inclination angle; when the seat plate 8 is driven backward, the reclining angle is reduced with the backrest 9.
SS04 adjusts the elevation angle of thigh, the patient sitting on the wheelchair controls the swing driver 111 to swing through the controller 114, when the paddle of the swing driver 111 swings upwards, the front end of the base rocker 7 lifts passively, the thigh lifts along with the passive lifting, and the upward elevation angle of thigh is increased; when the paddle of the swing driver 111 swings downward, the front end of the base rocker 7 falls passively, and the thigh falls with it, reducing the upward elevation angle of the thigh.
The SS05 adjusts the stretching state of the lower leg, the controller 114 controls the stretching of the electric telescopic rod 113 for the patient sitting on the wheelchair, and when the electric telescopic rod 113 stretches out, the leg support 10 turns upwards to enable the lower leg to be in the stretching state; the electric telescopic rod 113 retracts the leg support 10 to turn the lower leg downwards to bend downwards.
SS06 can be freely adjusted, the adjustment steps of SS02-SS05 can be carried out synchronously without being divided into front and back, and the adjustment can be carried out before the patient sits on the wheelchair.
The whole wheelchair can be adjusted in multiple directions, and a patient can be helped to adjust to the most proper position.

Claims (10)
1. A wheelchair for orthopedics convenient to adjust sitting postures and a using method thereof comprise a wheelchair frame (1); two main wheels (2) are arranged on two sides of the wheelchair frame (1); two small wheels (3) are arranged at the front end of the wheelchair frame (1); a driving power supply (4) is arranged on the wheelchair frame (1);
the method is characterized in that:
the wheelchair frame (1) comprises a U-shaped frame (11) with an opening in the horizontal direction; a pair of guide insertion tubes (12) which are vertically arranged are fixed on the upper surfaces of the two walls of the U-shaped frame (11); two guide inserting pipes (12) on the same side are symmetrically fixed with guide grooves (13) relative to the inner wall; two slide ways (14) are symmetrically fixed on the upper surface of the connecting rod in the middle of the U-shaped frame (11); an operating handle for assisting pushing is arranged on the U-shaped frame (11); a T-shaped sliding block (15) is arranged in the slide way (14) in a sliding way;
the guide insertion pipe (12) and the guide groove (13) are provided with a movable seat (5) which moves vertically; the upper surfaces of the two side walls of the U-shaped frame (11) are respectively provided with an electric scissor type lifting machine (6) for supporting the movable seat (5), and the electric scissor type lifting machine (6) is positioned between the two guide grooves (13);
a base wane (7) is rotatably arranged on the movable seat (5); a swing driver (111) is arranged on the movable seat (5) and used for driving the base wane (7) to upwarp;
the upper surface of the base wane (7) is provided with a seat plate (8) through an electric screw rod slide block guide rail mechanism (112);
the two T-shaped sliding blocks (15) are rotatably provided with a backrest (9) through pin shafts; the lower end of the backrest (9) is in rotating fit with the end part of the adjacent seat plate (8) through a hinge;
the other end of the seat board (8) is provided with two leg supports (10) for supporting legs;
an electric telescopic rod (113) is arranged between the leg support (10) and the seat plate (8);
the movable seat (5) is provided with a controller (114); the electric shear type lifting machine (6), the swing driver (111), the electric screw rod slide block guide rail mechanism (112) and the electric telescopic rod (113) are all connected with the driving power supply (4).

The wheelchair as claimed in claim 1, wherein the movable seat (5) comprises a U-shaped groove plate (51); a rectangular notch (52) is formed in the bottom of the U-shaped groove plate (51) close to the front end; the lower surface of the U-shaped groove plate (51) is positioned at the opening end of the rectangular notch (52), and a lapping plate (53) for limiting the swing driver (111) is fixed; the lower surface of the U-shaped groove plate (51) is positioned below the rectangular notch (52) and is fixedly provided with a U-shaped bracket (54) for mounting a swinging driver (111); the side wall of the U-shaped groove plate (51) is provided with a guide insertion rod (56) which is in insertion fit with the guide insertion pipe (12) through a cushion block (55); the upper ends of the two guide inserting rods (56) on the same side are fixed with armrests (57); two telescopic rods (58) are fixed on the lower surface of the handrail (57) and positioned between the two guide inserting rods (56); the lower ends of the two telescopic rods (58) are fixed with a guide cushion block (59) matched with the guide grooves (13) on the two sides.
3. The wheelchair for orthopedics convenient to adjust sitting posture as claimed in claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the swing driver (111) comprises a swing motor and a dial plate connected with an output shaft of the swing motor.
4. The wheelchair with the function of adjusting the sitting posture for orthopaedics is characterized in that the front end of the base rocker (7) extends to the outer side of the movable seat (5).
5. The wheelchair for orthopedics convenient sitting posture adjustment according to claim 1, characterized in that the seat board (8) is provided with a cushion (81) on the upper surface.

The wheelchair convenient for sitting posture adjustment in orthopaedics as claimed in claim 1, wherein a back cushion (91) is arranged on the side of the backrest (9); two double-lug hinged bases (92) matched with the T-shaped sliding blocks (15) are fixed on one side of the upper end part of the backrest (9) adjacent to the T-shaped sliding blocks (15).
7. The wheelchair as claimed in claim 1, wherein the leg rest (10) comprises a plate (101) for supporting the lower leg; the lower end of the plate body (101) is provided with a pedal (102); and a baffle plate (103) is arranged on the outer side of the plate body (101).

The wheelchair capable of adjusting the sitting posture for orthopedics department as claimed in claim 1, wherein the controller (114) comprises a switch, a first button and a second button for controlling the swing driver (111) to jack up or level the base wane (7), a third button and a fourth button for controlling the electric scissor lift (6) to lift, a fifth button and a sixth button for controlling the electric screw rod slider guide rail mechanism (112) to move back and forth, and a seventh button, an eighth button, a ninth button and a tenth button for controlling the electric telescopic rod (113) to extend and retract.
9. The wheelchair convenient for sitting posture adjustment in orthopaedics is characterized in that a connecting handle (115) is arranged between the small wheel (3) and a U-shaped frame (11) of the wheelchair frame (1); the whole connecting handle (115) is of a convex structure, and the convex end of the connecting handle (115) is rotationally connected with a threaded rod fixed on the U-shaped frame (11) and is fixed through a bolt; the other end of the connecting handle (115) is used for mounting the small wheel (3).
10. Use of an orthopaedic wheelchair for facilitating adjustment of the sitting posture according to any of claims 1-9, comprising the steps of:
SS01 adjusts the width of the front wheel, loosens the bolt of the fixed connecting handle (115), adjusts the angle of the connecting handle (115), and then adjusts the width between two small wheels (3) at the front end of the wheelchair, adjusts the stress surface of the wheelchair;
the SS02 adjusts the height of the wheelchair, a patient sitting on the wheelchair controls the lifting of the electric scissor lift (6) through the controller (114), so that the whole patient is lifted or lowered, and the sitting height of the patient is changed;
SS03 adjusts the elevation angle of the backrest (9), the patient sitting on the wheelchair controls the electric screw rod slide block guide rail mechanism (112) to move back and forth through the controller (114), and when the seat plate (8) is driven to move forward, the backrest (9) is driven to increase the inclination angle; when the seat plate (8) is driven backwards, the backrest (9) is driven to reduce the inclination, and the inclination angle is reduced;
SS04 adjusts the elevation angle of the thigh, the patient sitting on the wheelchair controls the swing driver (111) to swing through the controller (114), when the pulling plate of the swing driver (111) swings upwards, the front end of the base rocker (7) is passively lifted, the thigh is lifted along with the passive lifting, and the upward elevation angle of the thigh is increased; when the shifting plate of the swing driver (111) swings downwards, the front end of the base wane (7) falls passively, the thigh falls along with the base wane, and the upward elevation angle of the thigh is reduced;
SS05 adjusts the stretching state of the lower leg, the patient sitting on the wheelchair controls the stretching of the electric telescopic rod (113) through the controller (114), and when the electric telescopic rod (113) stretches out, the lower leg is in the stretching state; the electric telescopic rod (113) retracts the shank and bends downwards;
the SS06 can be freely adjusted, and the adjustment steps from the SS02 to the SS05 can be synchronously performed without being divided into front and back.
