It can be appreciated that in the above alternative implementation manner, whether to present the network information may be determined by determining whether the network information meets a rule expression of a location area where the network information is located, so that the presented network information may meet the presenting condition, thereby improving the standard reaching degree and the enriching degree of the network information of the target object to be presented, and helping to ensure the quality of the network information to be presented.

As can be seen from fig. 2, the flow 200 of the network information presenting method in this embodiment may determine, in advance, the presenting condition of the target object for each location area, so as to determine whether the network information satisfies the respective presenting conditions after obtaining the network information, thereby helping to increase the speed of adjusting the network information that does not satisfy the presenting conditions.
In the prior art, whether the house can be displayed to the user or not is not unified, the quality of the house is not guaranteed, the trust degree of the platform can be greatly reduced for the user, and the success rate is affected. Meanwhile, the performance of the broker cannot be improved, the house success rate is reduced, the broker may fill in the volume, the volume is increased, but the quality cannot be guaranteed, the performance cannot be improved, and a vicious circle is formed for a long time.
As an example, in the case where the target object is a house, please continue to refer to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a first application scenario of the network information presentation method of the present disclosure.
In fig. 3, a base rule base in the network information presentation method of the present disclosure includes rules 1 to N, wherein the rules 1 to N each contain a presentation condition. Generating presentation rules with city self-features on the basis of the basic rule base, wherein each city can correspond to one basic configuration table, and thus a city rule expression (namely, the basic configuration table of the position area) is obtained. In the process of monitoring the data source, if the fact that the presentation rules need to be calculated is monitored, a calculation module calculates calculation results corresponding to all the presentation rules one by one according to the rule combination expression, and finally calculates a final presentation result by integrating the calculation results corresponding to all the rules and acts on the house, so that whether the network information of the house can be presented can be judged.
Wherein the calculation result may be indicative of presentable or non-presentable (i.e., network information is prohibited from being presented in the wide area network). Here, if it is not presentable, the reason for the unrepresentable is reversed (i.e., which rule is determined to be unable to be presented) and fed back to the broker, thereby driving the broker job.
Next, please continue to refer to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of a second application scenario of the network information presentation method of the present disclosure.
In fig. 4, the above-described execution body may present network information from the following manner:
first, a base presentation rule base is designed, wherein presentation rules in the base presentation rule base contain presentation conditions.
Specifically, the requirements of each place on the trading house can be automatically obtained by monitoring whether the official website posting of each location area is updated. The original rules (i.e. candidate warehouse-in presenting conditions) are obtained through semantic analysis and extracted, and the same or opposite rules (i.e. at least two candidate presenting conditions with target relation) in the original rules of all areas are combined (for example, the previously issued "not more than 100 square meters" and the later issued "more than 100 square meters" are combined into "more than 100 square meters"). The original rule without the same or opposite rule is stored directly (resulting in a binned rendering condition). And then, monitoring whether the platform audits the basic requirement database of the real house or not, and merging the newly added or changed rules to form a basic rule base (namely, a basic presentation condition base). Subsequently, the rule change is continuously monitored, an automatic library brushing mechanism is established, all rules and monitoring sources are checked in a certain time, and the data in the basic rule library is ensured to be the latest rule meeting the position area of the city and the platform requirement.
Then, the deployment rule is designed.
Specifically, while extracting the rule, a basic configuration table may be established according to the needs of each location area (city). And if the rule combination exists later (the candidate warehousing presentation conditions which meet the combination conditions are combined to obtain the warehousing presentation conditions, and the candidate warehousing presentation conditions which do not meet the combination conditions are used as the warehousing presentation conditions), modifying the basic configuration table according to the combined rule. In the table, a labeling method may be used to label which rules are configured for a single city, and finally a rule combination for that city is generated.
Thereafter, the presentation result is calculated.
Specifically, after the data source (house information) is changed and the calculation is triggered, the calculation results corresponding to the rule combinations are calculated for the individual rule combinations, respectively, based on the rule combination expression (including a plurality of rule combinations). If all pass, then the description house can be presented; otherwise, the house cannot be presented, and the reason for the non-presentability is fed back to the broker, so that the broker is driven to perfect house information.
Next, a regular expression is generated.
Specifically, the obtained rules can be grouped, then grouping results are calculated respectively, and finally the final result is obtained according to the logic relation of all grouping sub-rules in the integral expression. Each grouping is combined in a nor relationship, and finally the overall expression is calculated in a nor logic.
For example, if there is a rule 1, a rule 2, a rule 3, a rule 4, and a rule 5 in the base presentation rule base. Then the regular combination expressions for the cities may all be different, such as:

In the rule combination expression, a plurality of rules are wrapped by brackets to form a group (for example, rule 1& rule 4), a single rule can also be a group, the results of the groups are respectively calculated, and finally, the results of the final rule combination expression and the final presentation result are calculated according to the logical relationship among the groups.
If the final presentation result is non-presentable, tracing to which rule group or which rule results in the non-presentable result, and feeding back the result to the broker to drive the broker to perfect house information and maintain the house. Meanwhile, the monitoring capability is improved, the monitoring broker cannot present the data such as the number and the proportion of houses, and when the number of houses which are in charge of maintenance by the manager does not present exceeds a threshold value, a message is sent to the broker to warn. If the number of non-presented houses fails to decrease below the threshold for a certain period of time, a partial penalty is placed on the broker (e.g., the houses that the broker does not maintain are dropped from the shared pool for other brokers to maintain, or an upper limit on which the broker can maintain houses is lowered).
Here, the above-described rule (including the presentation rule, the rule combination, the rule in the rule combination expression) may be expressed as: if the condition (e.g., the presentation condition) is satisfied, it is determined that the target object can be presented.
It should be noted that, in addition to the above, this example may further include the same or similar features and effects as those of the embodiment corresponding to fig. 1 or fig. 2, which are not described herein again.
As can be seen from fig. 4, the application scenario shown in fig. 4 can implement on-line management of presentation rules, support city customization and configurability, and can be configured regularly according to city features to enhance house quality control, improve house exposure rate, and drive brokers to actively maintain house quality with rules, so as to form virtuous circle, ensure that users are safe for platform house quality, and be helpful for improving yield.
With further reference to fig. 5, as an implementation of the method shown in the foregoing figures, the present disclosure provides an embodiment of a network information presentation apparatus, which corresponds to the method embodiment shown in fig. 1 to 2, and which may further include, in addition to the features described below, the same or corresponding features as the method embodiment shown in fig. 1 to 2, and produce the same or corresponding effects as the method embodiment shown in fig. 1 to 2. The device can be applied to various electronic equipment.
As shown in fig. 5, the network information presentation apparatus 500 of the present embodiment includes: a first determination unit 501 and a presentation prohibition unit 502. Wherein, the first determining unit 501 is configured to determine, in response to acquiring network information of a target object, whether the network information meets at least one presenting condition corresponding to the target object, where the at least one presenting condition is determined based on a location area where the target object is located; the presentation prohibition unit 502 is configured to prohibit presentation of the network information in the wide area network in response to inclusion of a target presentation condition in the at least one presentation condition, wherein the target presentation condition is a presentation condition that is not satisfied by the network information.
In this embodiment, the first determining unit 501 of the presenting device 500 for network information may determine, in response to acquiring network information of a target item, whether the network information meets at least one presenting condition corresponding to the target item, where the at least one presenting condition is determined based on a location area where the target item is located.
In this embodiment, the presentation prohibition unit 502 may prohibit the network information from being presented in the wide area network in response to the at least one presentation condition including the target presentation condition, where the target presentation condition is a presentation condition that is not satisfied by the network information.
In some alternative implementations of the present embodiment, the target presentation conditions are determined as follows:
determining, for each of the at least one presentation condition, whether the network information satisfies the presentation condition; taking the presentation condition which is not met by the network information in the at least one presentation condition as a target presentation condition; and

In the network information presenting apparatus 500 provided in the foregoing embodiment of the present disclosure, the first determining unit 501 may determine, in response to acquiring network information of a target article, whether the network information satisfies at least one presenting condition corresponding to the target article, where the at least one presenting condition is determined based on a location area where the target article is located; the presentation prohibition unit 502 may prohibit the presentation of the network information in the wide area network in response to inclusion of the target presentation condition in the at least one presentation condition, wherein the target presentation condition is a presentation condition that is not satisfied by the network information. The processor 601 may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU) or other form of processing unit having data processing and/or instruction execution capabilities and may control other components in the electronic device to perform desired functions.
The memory 602 may include one or more computer program products that may include various forms of computer-readable storage media, such as volatile memory and/or non-volatile memory. The volatile memory may include, for example, random Access Memory (RAM) and/or cache memory (cache), and the like. The non-volatile memory may include, for example, read Only Memory (ROM), hard disk, flash memory, and the like. One or more computer program instructions may be stored on the computer readable storage medium that can be executed by the processor 601 to implement the network information presentation methods and/or other desired functions of the various embodiments of the present disclosure described above. Various contents such as an input signal, a signal component, a noise component, and the like may also be stored in the computer-readable storage medium.
In one example, the electronic device may further include: input device 603 and output device 604, which are interconnected by a bus system and/or other form of connection mechanism (not shown).
For example, when the electronic device is a first device or a second device, the input means 603 may be a microphone or a microphone array as described above for capturing an input signal of a sound source. When the electronic device is a stand-alone device, the input means 603 may be a communication network connector for receiving the acquired input signals from the first device and the second device.
In addition, the input device 603 may also include, for example, a keyboard, a mouse, and the like. The output device 604 may output various information to the outside, including the determined distance information, direction information, and the like. The output means 604 may include, for example, a display, speakers, a printer, and a communication network and remote output devices connected thereto, etc.
Of course, only some of the components of the electronic device relevant to the present disclosure are shown in fig. 6, with components such as buses, input/output interfaces, etc. omitted for simplicity. Claims (9)

1. A method for presenting network information, the method comprising:
in response to acquiring network information of a target item, determining whether the network information meets at least one presentation condition corresponding to the target item, wherein the at least one presentation condition is determined based on a location area where the target item is located;
in response to the at least one presentation condition including a target presentation condition, prohibiting the presentation of the network information in a wide area network, wherein the target presentation condition is a presentation condition not satisfied by the network information;
the method further comprises the steps of:
acquiring presentation conditions of target objects corresponding to each position area in a position area set as candidate warehousing presentation conditions;
combining at least two candidate warehousing presentation conditions in response to the existence of a target relationship between the at least two candidate warehousing presentation conditions, so as to obtain and store one warehousing presentation condition, wherein the target relationship is the same relationship or opposite relationship;
acquiring a basic configuration table of the position area;
generating a rule expression containing the warehousing presentation conditions according to the logic combination among the warehousing presentation conditions in the basic configuration table;
Determining whether the network information satisfies the rule expression;
and if the network information does not meet the rule expression, the at least one presentation condition comprises the target presentation condition.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the target presentation condition is determined by:
determining, for each of the at least one presentation condition, whether the network information satisfies the presentation condition; taking the presentation condition which is not met by the network information in the at least one presentation condition as a target presentation condition; and
the method further comprises the steps of:
and generating prompt information for indicating to adjust the network information based on the obtained target presentation conditions.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein the target object is associated with a maintenance personnel identifier, the prompt information is used for instructing an associated terminal to adjust the network information, and the adjusted information is sent via the associated terminal of the maintenance personnel identifier; and
the method further comprises the steps of:
sending the prompt information to the associated terminal;
the method comprises the steps of responding to the maintenance personnel identification to meet a preset condition, sending warning information to the associated terminal, or responding to the maintenance personnel identification to meet the preset condition, and reducing the number or the upper limit value of target objects associated with the maintenance personnel identification;
Receiving the adjusted information of the target object, which is returned by the associated terminal and aims at the prompt information;
presenting the network information of the target item based on the network information and the adjusted information in response to the adjusted information meeting the target presentation condition;
wherein the preset conditions include at least one of:
the number of the prompt messages received by the associated terminal exceeds a first number threshold;
the quantity of the adjusted information sent by the associated terminal exceeds a second quantity threshold;
the ratio of the quantity of the adjusted information sent by the associated terminal to the quantity of the adjusted information sent by the associated terminal exceeds a preset ratio threshold;
the frequency of the associated terminal receiving the prompt information exceeds a preset frequency threshold;
and when the time length to be adjusted of the information after the adjustment sent by the associated terminal exceeds a preset time length threshold.

The method of claim 1, wherein after the obtaining of the presentation condition of the target item corresponding to each of the set of location areas as a candidate binning presentation condition, before performing a merging operation on at least two candidate binning presentation conditions, the method further comprises:
Establishing a basic configuration table of the location area, wherein the basic configuration table of the location area is used for recording the candidate warehousing presentation conditions corresponding to the location area and logic combinations among the candidate warehousing presentation conditions; and/or
After the candidate binning rendering conditions perform a merging operation, the method further comprises updating a base configuration table of the location area in the following manner:
updating the candidate warehouse-in presenting conditions corresponding to the position areas into warehouse-in presenting conditions corresponding to the candidate warehouse-in presenting conditions, and updating the logic combination between the candidate warehouse-in presenting conditions into the logic combination between the warehouse-in presenting conditions.
5. The method according to claim 4, characterized in that the method comprises:
acquiring the network information of the target object;
and determining the position area of the target object.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the at least one presentation condition for the location area is generated by:
and responding to the monitoring of the target information issued for the position area, carrying out semantic analysis on the monitored target information, and generating at least one presentation condition for the position area based on the obtained semantic analysis result.
7. The method according to one of claims 1 to 6, wherein each presentation condition corresponding to the target item comprises: all conditions currently used to determine whether the network information is presented.
8. A method according to any of claims 2-3, wherein the target item is a house, the location area in which the target item is located is a city in which the target item is located, and the hint information is used to indicate at least one of information update and information replenishment.
9. A computer readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, characterized in that the computer program, when being executed by a processor, implements the method of any of the preceding claims 1-8.
