s1, a cloth receiving device arranged at the front end of a preshrinking finishing machine controls a piston rod of an air cylinder 131 to stretch and retract through a controller, so that a push plate 132 is lower than a first chute 14 and higher than a second chute 15, then a clamping groove 3 is placed in the first chute 14, the clamping groove 3 slides onto the push plate 132, the piston rod of the air cylinder 131 stretches, and the upper surface of the clamping groove 3 is pushed to be flush with the upper surface of a workbench 1 by pushing the push plate 132;
s2, the cloth receiving device in S1 controls the electric push rod 121 to shrink through the controller, a worker sleeves the clamp spring 2 on the clamping hook 122, and the electric push rod 121 stretches and stretches the clamp spring 2;
s3, stacking the grey cloth and the guide cloth on the clamping groove 3 by a worker, driving the sliding block 113 to move downwards by the cloth receiving device in S1 through the motor 114 so as to drive the clamp spring 2 to move downwards, controlling the electric push rod 121 to shrink by the controller after the clamp spring 2 moves downwards to a proper position, resetting and clamping the grey cloth and the guide cloth in the clamping groove 3, and fixing the grey cloth and the guide cloth in the clamping groove 3;
s4, starting a preshrinking finishing machine, pulling the grey cloth connected with the guiding cloth in S3 through traction guiding cloth, preshrinking the grey cloth in the preshrinking finishing machine, enabling the joint of the guiding cloth and the grey cloth to flow out of the finishing preshrinking machine after a period of time, and putting the clamping groove 3 into a groove 13 of a rear end cloth receiving device of the preshrinking finishing machine by staff;
s5, the cloth receiving device in S4 drives the clamping hook 122 to move downwards through the motor 114, the clamping hook 122 penetrates into a round hole of the clamping spring 2 after moving to a proper position downwards, the controller controls the electric push rod 121 to extend and stretch the clamping spring 2, the motor 114 drives the clamping hook 122 to move upwards, the clamping spring 2 is separated from the clamping groove 3, the controller controls the electric push rod 121 to shrink, the clamping spring 2 resets and is separated from the clamping hook 122, and a worker sleeves the clamping spring 2 on the fixing rod 44;
s6, the cloth receiving device in S4 controls the piston rod of the air cylinder 131 to shrink through the controller, the clamping groove 3 moves downwards along with the shrinkage, meanwhile, the elastic push rod 161 is pressed into the mounting groove 16 by the push plate 132, the push plate 132 continues to move downwards, at the moment, the elastic push rod 161 resets, the clamping groove 3 is pushed into the second sliding groove 15, and the clamping groove 3 falls into the hanging basket 4 from the second sliding groove 15.
The specific working procedure is as follows:
during working, the connection and the separation of the grey cloth and the guide cloth are quick and efficient by arranging the clamp springs 2 and the clamping grooves 3, and cloth loss is avoided; when the grey cloth and the cloth guide are connected, firstly, the clamping groove 3 is placed in the groove 13 on the workbench 1, then the grey cloth and the cloth guide are stacked above the clamping groove 3, then the clamp spring 2 is sleeved on the clamping hook 122, the controller controls the electric push rod 121 to stretch, stretches the clamp spring 2 and fixes the clamp spring 2 on the clamping hook 122, the clamp spring 2 is narrowed in a stretching state, at the moment, the motor 114 drives the screw rod 112 to rotate, the screw rod 112 drives the slide block 113 to move on the feed beam 111, and then drives the cross beam 12 to move, so that the clamping hook 122 and the clamp spring 2 move, when the clamp spring 2 moves into the clamping groove 3, and the grey cloth and the cloth guide are pressed into the clamping groove 3, at the moment, the electric push rod 121 contracts, and the clamp spring 2 is shortened and widened to be clamped into the clamping groove 3, so that the grey cloth and the cloth guide are connected, and the motor 114 moves up and resets on the drive cross beam 12; when separating the grey cloth and the guide cloth, putting the clamping groove 3 and the clamp spring 2 into the groove 13, driving the clamping hook 122 to move downwards by the motor 114, penetrating the clamping hook 122 into a round hole of the clamp spring 2, controlling the electric push rod 121 to extend by the controller, stretching the clamp spring 2, driving the clamping hook 122 to move upwards by the motor 114, separating the clamp spring 2 from the clamping groove 3, controlling the electric push rod 121 to shrink by the controller, resetting the clamp spring 2, taking down the clamp spring 2, and then respectively placing the grey cloth and the guide cloth into a designated storage area; the clamping groove 3 made of hard rubber has certain deformability when the clamping groove 3 is clamped with the clamping spring 2, and the thickness of the clamping groove 3 is controlled, so that the clamping groove 3 can pass through a preshrinking finishing machine conveniently; by arranging the first sliding groove 14, a plurality of clamping grooves 3 are convenient to place, automatic feeding of the clamping grooves 3 is facilitated, and the denim processing efficiency is improved; when the clamping groove 3 is fed, a proper clamping groove 3 is selected according to the jean production requirement, the clamping groove 3 is placed in from one side with a higher opening of the first chute 14, the clamping groove 3 slides to the upper side of the push plate 132 along the first chute 14, the rest of the clamping groove 3 stays in the first chute 14, when the grey cloth and the cloth are connected, the controller controls the extension of a piston rod of the air cylinder 131, so that the upper surface of the clamping groove 3 on the push plate 132 is flush with the upper surface of the workbench 1, meanwhile, the push plate 132 blocks the clamping groove 3 in the first chute 14, after the grey cloth and the cloth are connected, the clamping spring 2 and the clamping groove 3 which are mutually clamped are moved out of the groove 13, the push plate 132 moves down between the first chute 14 and the second chute 15, the clamping groove 3 in the first chute 14 slides to the push plate 132, and the next grey cloth to be connected is continuously; by arranging the second sliding groove 15, the clamping groove 3 can be automatically discharged conveniently, the labor intensity of personnel is effectively reduced, and the working efficiency is improved; when the clamping groove 3 is fed, the controller controls the piston rod of the air cylinder 131 to shrink, the push plate 132 moves downwards, the clamping groove 3 on the push plate 132 moves downwards along with the push plate, the elastic push rod 161 is pressed into the mounting groove 16 when the push plate 132 moves downwards, the spring 162 is compressed, the push plate 132 continues to move downwards, the elastic push rod 161 is separated from the push plate 132, the spring 162 is reset, the elastic push rod 161 stretches to push the clamping groove 3, the clamping groove 3 is pushed into the second sliding groove 15, and the clamping groove 3 slides out of the second sliding groove 15 and falls into the hanging basket 4.

1. A denim processing system comprises a preshrinking finishing machine; the method is characterized in that: cloth receiving devices are arranged at the front and the rear of the preshrinking finishing machine; the cloth receiving device comprises a workbench (1) and a controller; the two sides of the top of the workbench (1) are fixedly connected with linear guide rails (11); a pair of feed bars (111) are fixedly connected inside the shell of the linear guide rail (11); a lead screw (112) is arranged between the light bars (111); the screw rod (112) is rotationally connected with the shell of the linear guide rail (11), and sliding blocks (113) are arranged on the screw rod (112) and the feed beam (111); the sliding block (113) is in threaded connection with the screw rod (112), and the sliding block (113) is in sliding connection with the feed rod (111); a motor (114) is arranged at the top of the linear guide rail (11), and the motor (114) is in transmission connection with the screw rod (112); a cross beam (12) is fixedly connected between the sliding blocks (113); the bottom of the cross beam (12) is fixedly connected with a pair of electric push rods (121); the two electric push rods (121) face opposite directions, and a clamping hook (122) is fixedly connected to the bottom of one end of each push rod of the electric push rod (121); a clamp spring (2) is connected between the clamping hooks (122); round holes are formed in two ends of the clamp spring (2), and the clamping hooks (122) penetrate through the round holes and are connected with the clamp spring (2); a groove (13) is formed in the top of the workbench (1); a clamping groove (3) is arranged in the groove (13), the clamping groove (3) is made of hard rubber, the thickness of the clamping groove (3) is not more than four times of the thickness of grey cloth, and the clamp spring (2) can be clamped in the clamping groove (3); the controller is used for adjusting the operation of the cloth receiving device;
the bottom of the workbench (1) close to the groove (13) is fixedly connected with an air cylinder (131); the piston rod of the air cylinder (131) penetrates through the inside of the groove (13), and a push plate (132) is fixedly connected to the top of the piston rod of the air cylinder (131); the clamping groove (3) is arranged at the top of the push plate (132); a first chute (14) is formed on one side of the groove (13); the first sliding groove (14) is obliquely arranged, one end of the first sliding groove (14) close to the groove (13) is lower than the other end, and the expansion and the contraction of a piston rod of the air cylinder (131) are controlled through the controller.

A denim processing system according to claim 1, characterized in that: the groove (13) is provided with a second chute (15) at one side opposite to the first chute (14); the second sliding groove (15) is obliquely arranged, one end of the second sliding groove (15) close to the groove (13) is higher than the other end, and an opening of the second sliding groove (15) in the groove (13) is lower than an opening of the first sliding groove (14) in the groove (13); the first sliding groove (14) is provided with a mounting groove (16) below the opening in the groove (13); an elastic push rod (161) is arranged in the mounting groove (16); the elastic push rod (161) is in sliding connection with the mounting groove (16), one end of the elastic push rod (161) extends into the groove (13), and the other end of the elastic push rod (161) is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the mounting groove (16) through a spring (162); the workbench (1) is connected with a hanging basket (4) in a sliding way on one side close to the second sliding groove (15).

A denim processing system according to claim 2, characterized in that: t-shaped grooves (17) are formed in two sides, close to the first sliding groove (14) and the second sliding groove (15), of the workbench (1); a T-shaped limiting block (41) is fixedly connected to one side, close to the workbench (1), of the hanging basket (4); the T-shaped limiting block (41) is clamped in the T-shaped groove (17), and the T-shaped limiting block (41) is connected with the T-shaped groove (17) in a sliding mode; handles (42) are fixedly connected to two sides of the top of the hanging basket (4).

s4, starting a preshrinking finishing machine, pulling the grey cloth connected with the guiding cloth in the S3 through traction guiding cloth, preshrinking the grey cloth in the preshrinking finishing machine, enabling the joint of the guiding cloth and the grey cloth to flow out of the finishing preshrinking machine after a period of time, and putting the clamping groove (3) into a groove (13) of a rear end cloth receiving device of the preshrinking finishing machine by a worker;
s5, the cloth receiving device in S4 drives the clamping hook (122) to move downwards through the motor (114), the clamping hook (122) penetrates into a proper position after moving downwards, the electric push rod (121) stretches and stretches the clamping spring (2) under the control of the controller, the motor (114) drives the clamping hook (122) to move upwards, the clamping spring (2) is separated from the clamping groove (3), the controller controls the electric push rod (121) to shrink, and the clamping spring (2) resets and is separated from the clamping hook (122), so that a worker sleeves the clamping spring (2) on the fixed rod (44);
