when the device works, the clamp spring 2 and the clamp groove 3 are arranged, so that the connection and separation of the grey cloth and the guide cloth are quick and efficient, and the cloth loss is avoided; when the grey cloth and the guide cloth are connected, firstly, the clamping groove 3 is placed in the groove 13 on the workbench 1, then the grey cloth and the guide cloth are stacked above the clamping groove 3, then the clamp spring 2 is sleeved on the clamping hook 122, the controller controls the electric push rod 121 to extend, the clamp spring 2 is stretched and fixed on the clamping hook 122, the clamp spring 2 becomes long and narrow in the stretching state, at the moment, the motor 114 drives the lead screw 112 to rotate, the lead screw 112 drives the sliding block 113 to move on the optical lever 111, and further drives the cross beam 12 to move, so that the clamping hook 122 and the clamp spring 2 move, when the clamp spring 2 moves into the clamping groove 3 and presses the grey cloth and the guide cloth into the clamping groove 3, at the moment, the electric push rod 121 contracts, the clamp spring 2 resets, becomes wide and is clamped into the clamping groove 3, so that the grey cloth is connected with the guide cloth, and the motor 114 moves upwards and resets on the driving cross beam 12; when the grey cloth and the guide cloth are separated, the clamping groove 3 and the clamp spring 2 are placed into the groove 13, the motor 114 drives the clamping hook 122 to move downwards, the clamping hook 122 penetrates into a round hole of the clamp spring 2, the controller controls the electric push rod 121 to extend, the clamp spring 2 stretches, the motor 114 drives the clamping hook 122 to move upwards, the clamp spring 2 is separated from the clamping groove 3, the controller controls the electric push rod 121 to contract, the clamp spring 2 resets, the clamp spring 2 is taken down, and then the grey cloth and the guide cloth are respectively placed into a designated storage area; the clamping groove 3 made of hard rubber has certain deformation capacity when the clamping groove 3 and the clamp spring 2 are clamped, and the thickness of the clamping groove 3 is controlled, so that the clamping groove 3 can conveniently pass through a pre-shrinking finishing machine; by arranging the first sliding chute 14, a plurality of clamping grooves 3 can be conveniently placed, automatic feeding of the clamping grooves 3 is facilitated, and the processing efficiency of the denim is improved; when the clamping grooves 3 are fed, proper clamping grooves 3 are selected according to the production requirements of denim, the clamping grooves 3 are placed from the side with the higher opening of the first sliding groove 14, the clamping grooves 3 slide above the push plate 132 along the first sliding groove 14, the rest clamping grooves 3 stay in the first sliding groove 14, when the greige cloth is connected with the cloth guide, the piston rod of the air cylinder 131 is controlled by the controller to extend, so that the upper surfaces of the clamping grooves 3 on the push plate 132 are flush with the upper surface of the workbench 1, meanwhile, the push plate 132 blocks the clamping grooves 3 in the first sliding groove 14, after the connection of the greige cloth and the cloth guide is completed, the clamping springs 2 and the clamping grooves 3 which are clamped with each other are moved out of the grooves 13, the push plate 132 is moved downwards between the first sliding groove 14 and the second sliding groove 15, the clamping grooves 3 in the first sliding groove 14 slide on the push plate 132, and the next greige cloth to be connected is continuously connected; the second sliding groove 15 is arranged, so that automatic blanking of the clamping groove 3 is facilitated, the labor intensity of personnel is effectively reduced, and the working efficiency is improved; when the clamping groove 3 is discharged, the controller controls the piston rod of the air cylinder 131 to contract, the push plate 132 moves downwards, the clamping groove 3 on the push plate 132 moves downwards, the elastic push rod 161 is pressed into the mounting groove 16 when the push plate 132 moves downwards, the spring 162 is compressed, the push plate 132 continues to move downwards, the elastic push rod 161 is separated from the push plate 132, the spring 162 resets, the elastic push rod 161 extends to push the clamping groove 3, the clamping groove 3 is pushed into the second sliding groove 15, and the clamping groove 3 slides out of the second sliding groove 15 and falls into the hanging basket 4.
