The middle-low radioactive solid waste generated by nuclear technology application of nuclear power plants or nuclear industry and the like, such as waste filter elements, is generally treated by adopting a process of filling and fixing after barreling, and the materials used for filling comprise cement powder. In a nuclear power plant, the cement storage position and the grouting operation room are usually not at the same position, and a movable material chamber is used for transferring cement to the grouting operation room before grouting. In order to meet the requirements of the grouting process of continuous feeding, continuous stirring and continuous pumping of the movable grouting equipment, the cement powder needs to meet the requirement of uniform and stable quality in any time period in the conveying process; in order to ensure that the waste bag fixed by grouting has good mechanical property, chemical stability and irradiation stability so as to meet the requirements of later storage and disposal, the method has extremely high requirement on the quality precision of cement powder.
In the related art, the powder is usually metered by a weighing and metering device with a weighing sensor, but the weighing and metering device usually performs batch quantitative weighing and cannot ensure uniformity and stability at any moment in the conveying process. When the total weight of the loaded powder material chamber and the screw conveyor is too large, the weighing device has too high requirement on the precision of the existing weighing sensors, and meanwhile, in order to ensure the quality precision of weighing, the weighing device needs to be fixedly installed and ensure the levelness of a plurality of weighing sensors, so that the weighing device is not suitable for the use working condition that the site cement material chamber of the nuclear power plant moves and loads materials for many times.
In the related art, the cement powder metering device can also be provided with a star-shaped feeder and an inclined screw conveyer, but the screw conveyer for metering is complex in structure, large in volume and not compact enough in grouting equipment structure.

Referring to fig. 2, the feeding screw 17 is disposed in the housing 7, and the gap between the diameter of the feeding screw 17 and the inner diameter of the housing 7 is 2mm, so as to ensure that the powder at the feeding port moves forward along the bottom of the groove, and the pitch of the feeding screw 17 is preferably 45mm-55 mm. The feeding screw 17 is provided with a feeding hole and a discharging hole 9, the discharging hole is provided with a scraping plate 18 and a reverse helical blade 19, and the discharging hole 9 is provided with a discharging hole connecting end 8.

The feeding motor 3 drives the feeding screw 17 to rotate to push the powder to advance. According to the characteristics of the powder, the clearance between the diameter of the feeding screw and the inner diameter of the shell is 2mm, the powder at the feeding hole moves forwards along the bottom of the conveyor, when the powder reaches the discharging hole 9, the scraper 18 scrapes the whole powder, the reverse helical blade 19 conveys the powder at the rear end of the discharging hole to the discharging hole 9, and the powder falls and is output. The powder material conveyed by the feeding screw 17 is completely output, so that the consistency of feeding and discharging is ensured.
The pitch design of the feeding screw 17 fully considers the characteristics of mass flow, density, mesh number and the like of conveyed materials, and in order to achieve the feeding quality precision of not less than +/-1%, the pitch of the feeding port is controlled to be 4mm-55mm after verification for many times, and the pitch of the outlet can be properly adjusted according to the characteristics of the materials.
When the powder conveying and metering device receives a feeding stop signal of the system, the feeding motor 3 and the conveying motor 12 are stopped immediately, and the feeding screw 17 stops rotating.
