Background
The hub is an important part of a modern automobile, has important effects on the aspects of energy conservation, driving safety and the like, and is greatly influenced by wind resistance in the high-speed driving process of the traditional automobile hub due to the structural problem of the hub, so that the energy consumption of the automobile is increased.
In order to solve the problems, in recent years, a hub cover is added to a hub of a small number of new energy automobiles to achieve the purpose of reducing wind resistance and thus reducing energy consumption, but the hub cover also causes the problems of increased quality of the hub, poor brake heat dissipation performance and the like, so that a novel hub with excellent performance in the aspects of light weight, aerodynamics and brake heat dissipation is urgently needed.

The invention provides an automobile hub with a new structure, which solves the technical problem that the brake and heat dissipation performance are poor due to the fact that a hub cover is additionally arranged on the existing automobile hub.
In order to solve the technical problem, the automobile hub with the new structure comprises a rim, wherein two ends of the rim are fixedly provided with check rings, the inner surfaces of the check rings are fixedly provided with spokes, the middle of each spoke is provided with a ball groove at the inner surface position of the check ring, the middle of each spoke is fixedly provided with an offset distance, the rear part of each spoke is fixedly provided with a groove bottom at the inner position of the rim, and the front end of each groove bottom is provided with an air valve;
the spoke includes back bracing piece, the front end of back bracing piece is fixed with the spoiler, the front end of spoiler is fixed with preceding bracing piece, the one end of preceding bracing piece and back bracing piece is fixed with the connecting block.
Preferably, bolt fixing holes are formed in the surface of the offset distance, the fixing holes are uniformly distributed in the surface of the offset distance, and the connecting blocks are annularly distributed in the surface of the offset distance.
Preferably, the cross sections of the front support rod and the rear support rod are triangular.
Preferably, the front support rod and the rear support rod are obliquely arranged relative to the connecting block and have equal inclination angles, and the inclination directions of the front support rod and the rear support rod relative to the connecting block are opposite.
Preferably, three spoilers are equidistantly arranged on the surfaces of the front support rod and the rear support rod, and the spoilers are obliquely arranged relative to the front support rod and the rear support rod.
Preferably, the three spoilers have the same inclination angle on the surfaces of the front supporting rod and the rear supporting rod.
Preferably, the surface of the connecting block is provided with two groups of front support rods, spoilers and rear support rods, and the angles of the front support rods, the spoilers and the rear support rods are opposite.

Compared with the prior art, the automobile hub with the new structure has the following beneficial effects:
1. the invention provides the ball groove, so that the overall mass of the automobile hub is reduced through the ball groove, the load of an automobile is reduced, and the endurance mileage of the automobile is increased.
2. The invention provides a double-layer spoke structure, and the design of staggered two-layer spokes is innovatively adopted, so that the integral stress performance of the hub is better through the front supporting rod and the rear supporting rod.
3. The invention provides a multilayer spoiler blade between two layers of spokes, wherein the spoiler blade has excellent aerodynamic characteristics, and can effectively reduce wind resistance and guide part of air flow to blow a brake system at the inner side of a hub when an automobile runs at high speed, so that the energy consumption of the automobile is reduced and the running safety of the automobile is improved.

the spoke 2 includes a rear support rod 23, a spoiler 22 is fixed to the front end of the rear support rod 23, a front support rod 21 is fixed to the front end of the spoiler 22, and a connecting block 24 is fixed to one end of the front support rod 21 and one end of the rear support rod 23.
The working principle is as follows:
